Did not check mail till after I got home and a family situation was more important so it happens but we have the weekend to digest and Saturday is already here. My little email pales in comparison to some on this board who do a much better job with DD.

To answer your question, we(most) the share holders believe that when we have lost almost 70%(some more) of our value of pps, communication of facts almost non-existent and not Charles fault but MD and BOD's will not give facts unless its positive even then it can be ambiguous at best. Having talked to my sources and listened to them and how they expressed their disdain for management and how they have not received pay checks to being laughed at and on and on. Most investors have to go off the beaten path to get shares.
Bottom line, the creditors who most likely invested a lot more than I has spoken and want their money hence the sheriff sale.
Do you really need more information?
In 6 months I could be total correct or totally wrong but at this point, something has to give and well, play as a team, fail as a team and move on as a team. Present team has taken this as far as it could with what they had and I am sure it was not an easy task.
I want this company to succeed as much as anyone for a profit and to supply jobs to a community that truly needs them. Also, I want to meet everyone in June and shake hands and eat and to celebrate a hard fought victory.
These are my opinions and I respect yours.

At this point, the management team has had their chance to make it work, now its time to bring in reliable, credible, educated people who will know how to open a can of whoop arse on this land of treasures. Then we bring back all those employees who know how to work the equipment after they get paid of coarse!
Then we all meet in June for a weekend of fun, food, and great company! Lets keep our chins up and know we will be in a better place soon!

yes, you may become a lender looking for credit worthy customers if CPRK does what it supposed to do, make money and lots of it!
Wild speculation has the PPS between .05-1.00 if all works out and that will make a lot of investors very rich indeed!

Good morning all,
As I read the board, aerie, quiet calm, guarded optimism.
I hope we get some news today from our local Milford posters. Sending out another email to Charles and suggest to all who have questions to do the same.
The list of equipment at the sale, do we think that it was used as collateral against the loans? Is the sale for just 1 or 2 creditors?
My gut still tells me, it was to kick Mark in the arse and force a decision as in sign the papers and move forward. All in my opinion as always.
Thoughts and insight would be great.

I am no expert but when I get these green arrows, it tends to be fairly accurate but again these are just indicators, nothing more and have been wrong before.
The last time I had this indicator was in Nov.09 , went from .006 to .0082 in a few days time. But past results are know indicator of future performance(disclaimer).

I nominate you as our front man for information along with a few others of coarse! Your presentation of questions is great and Charles truly does respond back as he has with me. Some have trouble getting answers but some times the wording and tone can be a turn off and Charles will get defensive if pushed, no doubt.

Having talked to Charles many times via email, there are times when he does not respond and at that time it may because I have asked the same questions over and over again. His answer the first time usually applies to the same redundant question until his answers changes. I hope this makes some sense!
Charles has become the human pr punching bag and he is also human and may not have been paid either like most of employees last week per rumor. So we can direct our anger at Charles or simply get information another way such as a visit to the mill or trip into town and talk with locals. Go onto other boards and try there but I believe the IHUB has done a decent job and has allowed all of us give DD and at times allowed wild opinions and even a jab or two.

COPPER GATE!!! The term has been coined and will add to the excitement as we gather information through sources not known to the average public investor but through channels only seen by the elite.

The post was from someone else on the other board. I know as much as anyone else. We are all holding a candle in the dark forest as the the big bad wolf approaches. Maybe a flashlight will be better as we can keep it lit with copper head Duracell!

A general post from the yh board and it has some good info if true and it gives some hope. I can not say if its true or not just sharing what I found is all.

I heard the 1/3 share buyback was true as well from other sources. I did not hear that it would take that long though. I also heard that they signed 150 million dollar loan 1/7/10 from some investors in switzerland and as far as I know we are waiting for funding. The loan will payoff all debts and some will go to share buyback and some will be for the future expansion (X/E Plant etc.) If this is true this is great news and we should get some PR when it is all said and done.

Getting first hand information can be good as long as the source is credible and from the sound of it, it was to you and we then will have to trust.
This is also good for anyone does receive info to understand that not all info will be correct and will be hard to validate so take all info with a grain of salt in my opinion.
I am leaning towards credible because it does fit the situation of a start up company. I am also reminding myself that this company has excellent metal reserves yet to be mined but when that day comes, I may want more then a dollar a share,lol!

I think maybe some are waiting for the entry point to become a share holder.
we welcome all who wish to buy some shares. I will have mine up for sale at $1.00 a share but you can get them cheaper today but a time will come when they will get much more expensive so why wait?

I would think the prudent thing to do would find a friend and maybe have a cup of coffee or a favorite bev.
Cprk has issues as a start up company and and richwaters pointed out, we are as share holders relieved to know they are getting things done. Certainly not the way some would hope but something nevertheless!

Awesome post but I would love to know the source! How credible?
To me to get that much info out leans towards an indirect pr without stating its a pr and that may be ok for now!
If thats the case, that would give a whole lot of wiggle room because it was not official then if something truly goes bad then they can say something like, "I never said that"(example) or that was not an official pr and so on.
Maybe my wish is the word ambiguity will never be used in the same sentence as CPRK!

If I am correct, I had filled out an app. that asked how many shares of the 4 classes I had and then I was scoffed at in the yhoo chat board by other posters when I asked if I should even fill this out. Boy did that spur some remarks.

With all do respect and I mean loads of respect, CPRK has information and they are holding back. It is a share holders right to ask for answers, it is also our duty as a share holder to do DD.
If you do not want to participate, that's your prerogative.
There is times when the group stands together and joins in a fight for what is right!
Email, Call, Fax, Snail mail, all of the above but do not let this great company get complacent. You have to remember, the family runs the front office from what I understand and in my experience, that can be very difficult to manage because nobody will rat out another family member, just won't happen!

Just walk away from the computer and it may stop dropping.
Very frustrating but as I talk to some of the more knowledgeable posters and they assured me that we will eventually see some positive events. They are producing so we have a mine and mill running and is head and shoulders above what this was just 12-18 months ago. Hang in best as you can as we all wait for the prize.
All in my opinion and good luck to all. Keep the phone calls and emails going and demand some answers as it is your hard earned money.

I have to say this Nate, the posters moral in my opinion is getting quite low. The posters who I used to read that sold me on this company have become quite negative as well as they should.

What I think is we are all hoping that MD has gotten it together enough and maybe the new wife will help him to focus.

One thing that helps me is the land that this company is working on. We know in our hearts that there is money in the ground but do we believe enough and have confidence that they can get it out to the market and sell it?

Having heard a thing or two is they need dryers for the wet tailing. Someone in a previous post had said something like, they had to build a fire on the piles to dry it out well I heard that they need equipment to speed that process up but my info is not reliable so if anyone could add or just tell me I am wrong, that would be ok.

I am just trying with all my heart to find answers to this company but lately, that DD I search for is not here.

My posts of late are pro CPRK and Con CPRK and I guess I am somewhere in the middle as few can relate.

Maybe a new term is born, "COPPER GATE"! Lets get to the bottom of this!

To me it looks as if the charts are leveling off and my Fidelity is showing a green arrow, may be a buy point. I did get some shares yesterday using Fidelity and finally hit the Million Share Club, Woohhoooo!
Hey Eye, GREAT POST! SPOT ON! A very clear argument for transparency and NO MORE F@#ing around,the company needs to just be straight up with its investors.
I still suggest that when we email Charles, address your comments and views directly at Mark and BOD's. At this point in time, Charles can only be a messenger for us so treat him as such, IMO! We have been using Charles as our "redheaded step child" (so to speak and no offense) and he can't change policy, make policy, or pretty much anything else. I have talked to him countless times and he is frustrated as we all are. If I am correct, he is a share holder also so he has skin in the game.
These are suggestions and all in my opinion.

You were the original guy who I first met on the board who convinced me to stay. The way you knew the area, how you saw mining(Great DD), and your ability to just be genuine is something I respect. Please believe we will be in a better place as I have wavered also now I ask you to hang in there with us. We all could have doubled(or more) our money since the S&P500 666 mark but we chose to stay and the miracle is at our finger tips.
Ford truly had issues also but great forsight and aggressive management before the crisis started saved them(for now).
CPRK needs that type of management and maybe instead of us (in general) harping against Charles and even blaming him, we should just talk to Mark directly as in using Charle's email address but start our email with Hello Mark,! I think this will help our friend Charles maybe.
Nate some of what I said was a general statement to all of us so you know.
