JV with a company in Nicaragua
I'm going out on a limb and gonna bet it hits a nickel before the bell tomorrow.
MISLEADING HEADLINE - could put people off.
PennyStocksGuru.net Issues Commentary: Do Not Trade the Following Stocks Until You Read the Trend Analysis Report:
Just one more reason I hate these 'pumpers-in-disguise'.
I wonder if this is partly a reaction to the European situation. It is pretty dire over there and that is the main market PSPW are involved in. Once things stabilize, which they will eventually, expect a more realistic picture. Short-term expect turbulence, IMHO of course.
Wow- a pulse!
Is the patient still alive or is there a problem with the heart monitor?
Shorty pants needs to cover his butt- then this soars.
Another piece of the puzzle falls into place. This is starting to take form as a masterpiece. I bow to you, Falarco!
As a long here, I don't know what to expect, but I am certainly more optimistic than I was a few weeks ago. I have a feeling this conference call is going to be over-shadowed by the Facebook deal, but by Monday morning, people are going to be hearing about gold in Montana. Some of us have been more than patient.
Well Well Well. Hopefully this is the beginning of a nice rise.
Thanks for your summary. Your analysis is obviously riddled with conjecture, but that is the best any of us can do at this point. I would also factor into the situation reports from Dredgemaster and his people in the field that suggest busy people and good things happening on the ground. What does it all mean? It means we have to be patient. IMHO In time, the SNEY story will come together and hopefully be a real legend in African gold and REE investment.
Does it make sense that this stock is in any way connected to the European debt crisis?
Sweet music:
"This acquisition is the culmination of a year of discussions, reviews and good faith by both companies in reaching this point and has been part of Global's long term plans for our future. As I have stated in the L.O.I., MSE and all the business of MSE will remain in Butte, Mt. We also will keep the name MSE Technology Applications, Inc.
"What we will do: Have our Sr. advisors review all current management performance to determine what management positions need to be changed and bring in very talented executives that will be placed in key positions from outside the company.
"We will send our technical advisors to MSE within the next few weeks to assess what upgrades are needed to create a modern state of the art facility.
"We intend to increase employees threefold over the next six to twelve months after closing and employ an aggressive marketing campaign globally to bring international awareness to MSE for major projects and projects which will utilize our technologies covering heavy metal remediation, mercury removal from cement plants and power plants in several countries including the U.S.
"We will bid on all government projects as we have the capability to act as a contractor and meet the requirements for all projects.
Don't give up yet. You may find yourself playing fully and happily on a golf course of your choice before long.
I really don't think people are seeing the big picture here.
The company were not holding up the filings, it was the auditors.
Word was they were just drawing this out longer and longer, crossing every T and dotting every I six times. Maybe they were charging $500/hr. Have you never worked with a legal firm that charges so much that you can't afford them anymore and it just never ends?
I am not sure this is all bad news. The river is still there, the gold is still there, the price is just going up, and the technology to get the REEs out of the sand is getting better every day, or so some would say.
I get it that it doesn't meet my greedy little deadlines. But remember, money often flows from the impatient to the patient.
The show ain't over til the fat lady sings.
Everyone's a pro-bowl armchair quarterback.
The veteran auditor has not preformed according to anyone's expectations. Deadlines missed are not the CEO's fault every time. Everyone has been frustrated.
So the old veteran is being sent to the showers and a new guy with everything to prove is being sent in. After all this time the coach is looking for someone with a different attitude, who is ready to show us they can make the team and be part of a winner.
I say, go to work Marty, get this done and make your girlfiend, your teammates and your share-holders proud. Let's see what you can do! This is youor chance to make it in this league.
Sometimes you have to cut bait. It's all part of the game.
We have had a good working relationship with De Joya Griffith and Company over the past year and there have been no unresolved issues between them and our Company. An 8-k will be filed shortly that will contain a letter from De Joya Griffith and Company, LLC to that effect.

So, is anyone still invested here?
Consequently, I fear the worst. Pride is a poison in this case.
This ship has been taking on water and the captain and crew are bailing as fast as they can, but they can't survive without signalling for help.

Question? Once the first round is done, is a cement plant clean-up a once-in-a-while process, something done periodically, very regularly, or incorporated into daily operations? In other words are there residuals here that GTGP can count on year after year or as repeat business and if so, how will that work?
Either April or MAY...
It's inevitable IMHO.
Hummm... Could it be about plants that produce cement?
That cost millions to clean up, that need a cutting edge technology to make that happen, and have a deadline from the feds? Naw, probably about some plan to build large fake trees out of concrete.
I am guessing that this is all going to come together in one fell swoop. I have no real experience of what is happening on the ground in Sierra Leone, but MY GUT says that there are real security issues and problems associated with announcing that you are pulling gold out of the river at an alarming rate and that the Black Sands are money in the bank.
I have to believe that creating a strong community of respect and support within the environment is a MUST if the riches of Sierra Leone are going to be exported without a fuss.
The CE is going to lift the lid on this and attract a lot of attention. This needs to happen carefully.
Narnia and Choi- thank you for your incredible energy and DD here.
It is making my computer hum with its own mantra-
Contract, contract, contract, Boom!
Connection is just a matter of time
Once this explodes it will be a matter of how high can you sing.
I try to be conservative in my enthusiasm. There are always unforeseen obstacles but realistically, I can't see why this would not penetrate somewhere in $5-10 range once the snowball starts rolling.
Nice stuff. I am encouraged. Got a lot of ground to regain, tho. Maybe I will contemplate averaging down if this keeps up. Other positions are blossoming right now, so that is my focus.
I agree this is encouraging. Sounds like a lot of details
to clean up, but once this comes together it is going to improve. My feeling is this is a sleeper
If we break .20 we can't be red.
Nothing is written in cement yet. But every day it gets harder to imagine nothing coming of this. Still, I'm not fixating on Friday. When it happens, it happens. And once it is set, so are we.
This is looking more and more like it is going to end up with small fines and a slap on the wrist at worst. Once this phase is history, watch out- the true value of this stock is not what we are seeing today. Don't expect JB to be dethroned either- thank goodness- he doesn't deserve this level of flak.
When a small and growing company makes a significant mistake and pays the price but survives, the mistake becomes an asset. They now know just how precise they have to be going forward. What does't kill you makes you stronger.
I would say there are patches of blue sky showing through, and spring will soon turn to summer. Hold the course... good things will come because what this company produces is good karma.
All IMHO of course.
When is the CC going to be accessible to listen to? Or is there anyone out there who can do a quick point by point?
Can't argue with what you have put forth. All I can say is I am holding and not buying until after CC. I'm currently down over 80% and I am sure I am not alone. Depressing as that is, the remaining fraction of the eternal optimist part of my brain is hoping to hear that there is financing on the horizon. Pretty clear they need money that will allow them to proceed with MM, BG and maybe sell or option Jungo.
Whenever I lose sleep over DGRI, I think of just how much more sleep so many others have lost and feel huge empathy for all investors and for DH and the company itself. Nobody sets out to lose. Everyone wants to win. Some have put in a fortune here.
Whether its money or sleep, you have to be lucky in mining. It's a risky game but it seems only fair that one risk could pay off evey now and then. I feel like I am overdue. I guess we'll see...
Good luck everyone.
Well well well. Look who just woke up. Go MGQG
the sleeping giant.
MGQG is finally coming to life.
That'a an interesting color- green? haven't seen that in a few days. Someone must have heard I was waiting for money to buy more shares.
I've been long on this for as long as I can remember in my pre-azheimer's state... so count me in R2G2.
Very encouraging DD- Thanks fangster
Here is the meat of a reply I received today

Wow, Gregg. That is really sad. As a therapist I hear these kinds of stories all too frequently. But that doesn't make it any easier. My heart goes out to you. Keep your perspective!
It is amazing how easily people are able to manipulate stocks in the pinks. It is baffling how utterly vulnerable these things are and that this is all legal. Ho hum. APII will hopefully rise above it all and find its way into a different exchange. All aboard!!!
We could be expecting a new CEO appointment soon, I am guessing.
