We have had a good working relationship with De Joya Griffith and Company over the past year and there have been no unresolved issues between them and our Company. An 8-k will be filed shortly that will contain a letter from De Joya Griffith and Company, LLC to that effect.

Makes me wonder if perhaps someone from the bigger firm sent them to the smaller one, or maybe Mr. Weigel has had some relationship with SNEY in the past and they already know and trust him.

Marty Weigel, CPA has recently formed the accounting Firm, Ingenium Accounting Associates and successfully registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The Firm is located at 4755 Caughlin Parkway in Reno.


Although the timing sucks, as it has all along, I don't buy the theory that there has been malfesiance that De Joya Griffith are so uncomfortable with that they couldn't sign off on. I think it is is more a matter of specialty and the key is "the Firm works with companies that operate in other countries which require their accounting and financial reporting to be maintained in compliance under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). which suggests Sierra Leone and Ghana are not as easy to work with as some would assume.
