Of course I can silly. I just think it's ridiculous that the government thinks they need to involve themselves in my personal choices.
Those are beautiful flowers in your picture!
Yep, I'm thinking of running for political office just to see what dirt they find. It would be nice to know finally what really happened during my 20's!
I can't possibly show anyone my boobs again until those old, white guys in Washington sort out my birth control issues.

Seems to be an established trend, doesn't it.
Actually, I divide the market into entirely different sectors than the "official" sectors. My Stoner Sector had a fabulous run earlier this week but it has come waaay down now so, maybe there are other options for NHSH until this sector gets high again.

Then it's dependent on geography and weather - well, I guess that's as good a system as any in the Pinks. LOL

Since QASP aquired the contolling block of shares in NHSH, the fight amongst the insiders has escalated several notches. So they must think there is something worth battling over.
Whatever it might be, there is a snowball's chance that common equity will ever see any of it.

yep, it was certainly a factor in my decision to hold - yours too maybe?
for now. We'll see what the next filings show. If they sell some of that huge window of AS they have and use the proceeds to build the business then maybe NEW investors who buy the shares that the company got for FREE from the former investors will generate something. That has not been the history with this company and there are major debt holders here - debt before equity is a term often used here.
There are many people here who held this stock because we were told that the 1 for 1000 was off the table and then it happened anyway, so yes, there are some remnant investors.
If you see an opportunity to make money here don't let anyone hold you from it. I hope it goes well for you.
and all unanswered - I guess the "dots" don't connect.
Thanks Phoenix - if you find any CEO's posting around here - please make sure to add them.
So you are saying that, as a part of his severance agreement the last CEO was not permitted to sell his stock and you know for a fact that he did sell his stock because you have seen the trading records. If there was nothing in written form that precluded the sale of stock - why would the court even allow those records to be part of the proceedings? If there was no severance agreement that addressed this matter in particular, no ongoing compensation or benefits, and he was no longer employed, he could do whatever he wanted. I am interested in the legalese of these matters more than this one in particular - any comment that isn't defamatory?
And, it was the company or it's authorized representative that should have announced any changes in management to the stockholders in a timely fashion. Are you saying that they neglected their fiduciary duty by delaying this announcement?
I am sorry to hear that and I am sure there are many others in the same position that you are. I would caution you about holding too long. 99% of the time the common shares are cancelled as part of these proceedings. Ask the GM shareholders, they paid for the stock, paid the taxes that bailed the company out and their shares were cancelled in the end.
There are so many variables with this one though - it will be interesting to see the outcome of the 3/8 hearing.
I think you should go for it too then - slap that ask - get this show on the road!
Load that boat,
and TIA!
A year is pretty typical but it will all depend on if the creditors are willing to accept the terms of the plan on the first go round.
Thanks!
I see there is a hearing on 3/8 regarding Apple's patent infringement claim. Looks like they are renegotiating retirement benefits too, just as AAMRQ did. My thought is that the judge will throw out Apple's thing so the process can move forward - any word on that patent auction?
Those patents were the reason I thought maybe this BK would not happen.
Thanks for the info.
Go QASP - $10 to get even!
I just read the drama while watching real stocks trade. Entertainment has value I guess.
It's a fun new math problem DB - how many zeros can you actually fit between a . (that would be dot) on the left and a 1 on the right?
Can dots be connected by zeros? I think they can since that happens here every day.
Excellent post and spot on as far as I am concerned. Has EK filed a plan of reorg yet?
Sorry to ask such a basic question but until that plan is filed and accepted by the court, in my experience the commons continue to trade fairly well in these BK's.
Anyway, I have member marked you micgrow! Thanks for the excellent info.
So are you saying that we can petition the court to undo the reverse split via the current proceedings so we should hold our stock for that possibility?
TIA
so we should hold because we will get between $3 and $10 a share then so we will be whole - is that what you are saying Tex? What do you base this on? This is a serious question-TIA.

It's good to see you telling a trader how to trade! I hope you are making as much money on this one as he has! No, that's right, it's all about the filings. Sorry, I forgot for a moment.
and that's the way to trade --too bad so many get so caught in the drama - keep making money my friend --let these others keep the negativity, name calling and general BS flowing. Your candles aren't the only source of light in your life!
The share price has increased steadily for more than 4 months-the chart is a thing of beauty. Lots of shares traded at less than .04 and lots are trading at more than .12 - that's the only story needed here.
Most are playing the stock - that's what experienced traders in this market do. It's actually been said here over and over but drama creation continues while money is made every day.
Laughing all the way to the bank.......and until coffee comes out the nose at the strutting and posturing. Money made and entertainment too - it just doesn't get better!
Hey, does this mean I can write off those 9m shares as a donation to a charity. Nice move joe! And, I can take the purchase price of the stock, not the current value - sweet. Seriously, it was our money that provided this opportunity so we get the tax deduction, correct?
Please provide the ID number for this 501c before 4/15/12. I am stoked beyond words.
Welcome Gail - good to have you on board with this one.
guess it depends on how many times it's incorrectly listed on this board as a problem or even a possibility. Keep listing it and people will continue to attempt to educate.
It's a low floater. It was a low floater when you purchased it, even lower I think.. That's the problem with buying stocks with such a small float - imagine how long it would have taken you to sell if there was still the few shares in the float that there were when you bought it? I am surprised you didn't realize that and factor it into your purchasing decision.
Lots of .15's going off now. I hope you're getting them. Party time for you!
But those are just 5k blocks on the ask - I thought it was a major holding? and once those are gone the next ask is .24
Happy VD everyone - wait, I meant Valentines Day!
