I have got balcony seats for this show, I am pretty sure I have all tickets for the first three front rows as well. Never had any luck scalping tickets either.....so lets watch show! LOL
ncpti
I agree. O'Bryant has done or started everything he said he was going to do! LOL, the website needs a little help, but none the less it was changed! WIP (work in progress)
And having said the goals are in the share holders value through positive EPS.....doesn't mean RS. As I have said it would be a death warrant, been in a few myself and none has rebounded. And in those cases possibly only line managements pockets...but short lived!
So in reality none of us know the status of where this is but can only voice opinions....which is good to some extent.
I too believe there is sincerity there also! I have had many correspondences with Matt O'Bryant. If anyone thinks this is an overnight thing...not going to happen, takes time! Especially coming from way behind like this one!
ncpti
He also said in earlier posts that is not in the cards! Note that there was a posting on PinkSheets of a 5 bil count and since updated it now stands at the original 2 Bil.
Things change but we here always will think the worst with no valid information to take judgment from! If running this company was up to us..????
And if the anticipated dollars are flowing into PGPM as stated, there would be no reason for it! I have said this will take time and not happen over night! Hope I am right, but looks like a plan is in the works!
ncpti
Good and bad things coming soon.
Means a R/S That is his only choice.
That will pretty much be a death warrant here, not sure if that is what they want!!!!
ncpti
I hear from him everytime I send him an email......
Hi ncpti
Read some stuff on the boards. Been avoiding posting there.
I know you usually post my emails on IHub so here’s some info: (some forward looking)
No production has occurred on any leases since 2008.
Springfield is a 50% JV owner of Climax only and is currently trying to sell their interest.
Total fine on Lariat is around $12,000. (I’m being told)
3 interested parties in the Arcland lease package. 2 foreign, 1 domestic, 1 LOI currently. (I’m being told)
I am working on generating cash flow. I am hoping for 50K to 100K per month by Jan 2011.
Going to NAPE next week to push the property package fbo Arcland as well as drum up some cash flow business.
Good and bad things coming soon.
As always my honest and ethical commitment is to the shareholders.
Matt
What needs to be shown is what the SEC inquiry into ACLY was all about.......probably would answer all our questions! Anyone know how to get that???
ncpti
I seem to think that ACLY still has the leases..at least that was eluded to in replies from O'Bryant as the question was posed to him what would he do with the leases...either sell them or work them. The answer was a combination of both.
The recent fines and court filings that were leveraged from the TRRC was against American and RP. A negotiated reduced amount was was agreed to.
As far as O'Bryant indicated PGPM can be an operator...or does that suggest that the fined leases went to ACLY with the lease deal??? I don't know.
Since ACLY has been demoted down board, they have not been posting any financials or even one ounce of information since the SEC did their inquiry. Even if the leased land was worked and pumped oil like crazy..it went to ACLY since they own the leases. Nothing went back to PGPM..no payments, no nothing as far as we can see, which isn't very far.
Since something stopped the transfer of share holders to ACLY of which we would have been paying for leases that we sold to ACLY as their share holders, PGPM seems to be in a choice spot!
I don't know but looks like PGPM including the share holders will get what they will be due (if there is something) since share holders are still with PGPM that we wouldn't have gotten if transfered to ACLY...big question mark there!
I'll check into the never ever being an operator if fines are accessed...don't know that end of it but should be good reading! Thanks.
ncpti
O'Bryant said he was gone awhile back!
ncpti
So the info what we have is PGPM has an operator they can put forth at a moments notice. Has this been deployed and are underway?? I also believe PGPM can operate as an operator in addition, a PR stating that...
"Scavenger Oil Recovery is forecasting significant oil revenue increases by the end of Q3 of 2010 for Pilgrim Petroleum through the use of Nitrogen injection in existing wells."
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/pilgrim-petroleum-acquires-and-reactivates-scavenger-oil-recoverys-nitrogen-injection-technology-87801632.html
We also know there was a 30 day grant extension on the lease call! Should be around the 15Th or so...???.. of August!
The website a start..the PR firm still in question...!
Here is what I am saying.....There should be a lot of action happening this month and next! O'Bryant has a lot on the plate here......looking forward!!!
ncpti
LOL, caught up on his reading since he signed this officially off on his books....... it may be a good sign! LOL! I do like the guy...I will say! Seems funny....screamed for new management for this to be anything and now new management....what..not good enough??? Let's see what happens here! I think it is still on the table and radar!
ncpti
It's really hard to discount what budfox is saying at this point. There really is no information but what we gather in the recent PR's and our own correspondence and public correspondence with the current management!
Having said that, my own personal correspondence I believe there is an intent to make this company different than before...or more said to prosper!
So that is where the bank is........as far as the trades, the buy's out number the sell's by far despite what the I-hub ticker says. I know personally as I have bought on the bid and so have others disclosed here!
The game......lets see where this lands.....!!!! Last in last out!
ncpti
PS Hope Mr. Fox gets his money back! Sincerely!
Fully reporting would probably be not in the cards at this time as this company in my view is starting from ground zero at this point. Seems to be cash strapped...and looking to every avenue to generate bottom line.
Even starting off the bat would not be a bad idea to be a reporting company as full disclosure and transparency is a plus here in the pink land! Still cost money to get there!
The up board attempt from previous management has failed miserably as we well know. No yet in the making at this point but not an unreality in the future. If things are done right there would be no reason to not be fully reporting and I suspect after this outcome with the leases there will be a planned objective in company structure and company goals to move forward to achieve such status. I wouldn't see a reason why not!
Time will tell........!!!
ncpti
Yeah, I don't know much about the partner but its there if he needs it from what I gather!
The objective here is to make the company stand on it's own without intervention. He has already turned down millions of dollars from outside/out of country investors due to an unreasonable return. He see this as a viable company just needing a jump start and overcome the trauma/stigmatization of public broadcast and self defeating shenanigans by operating personnel!
Not going to cut his throat to save his heart! If he has to do it the hard way, he'll muster the resources to do so!
I hope I am right here and a good judge of email character as I have good hard earned money here, and could put forth triple the amount or more invested so far if this gets off the ground! What attracted me to this in the first place is when it spiked it went way up fast....but now I am in the soap opera mode to see that this will succeed as a good company, fresh start and not detoured by ..... you name it!
ncpti
LOL, in days like these......a good one never hurt!
ncpti
Brutally honest, even if it is not what we want to hear in all aspects of your email!
Is working to get bottom line dollars for the company and in my correspondence with him that is a major objective that he conveys to me as well.
I do note in your questions that there may be a leading answer in his response as far as the Arcland debt! Waiting for closure...is one, and best to sell them (leases) for cash is another!
It obvious in his reply that cash would be the driver in PGPM going forward for the leases and doesn't want the leases back...period! Seems this is going to be a last minute thing here.
He doesn't want the leases back...and not saying they are good or bad leases! But it's like repossessing a house that you held the note and non payment forced it closed back to the note holder....what will it take to reprocess these back into salable condition! A hassle if you know what I mean, but not manageable to the point of it will just take longer to accomplish objectives that cash would afford!
This will be a teetering point here real soon!
It's either going to move quick and big or continue to struggle to a point the company will sustain it's own and move up in standing! I see it now as totally separated from past entities and bindings! I trust that the deal with American/ACLY has failed to get past the reporting aspect and the SEC by now, and will never!
ncpti
Check out the irony of this, at $145 per barrel of oil in mid 08 PGPM would have had a record earnings year if they would have minded the business, and not tried the up board move! I think we would have all been in different positions today!
ncpti
I follow, good points. Hope Matt's done his homework there! And speaking on that note I am wondering how much incentive for Pinedo to concoct this deal when oil record highs ($145.00 pb) were in July 2008. Wonder how much that is priced in the 40 million????
ncpti
OK after the first A-bomb.........and thinking, (sometimes not good), I have to comment on my post #15918 and say that in any contract there may be weasel clauses that would/could modify or change the content of the contract in certain events!
Unfortunately we have not been privy of the contract contents!
ncpteye.....one is a killer...LOL
Time for an A-Bomb
A-Bomb Cocktail Ingredients
1/3 shot kahlua
1/3 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1/3 shot vodka
1/3 shot tia maria
Remember not more than 4....in this case make it 2!!! There are no cherries, pineapple, lime, lemon, orange wedges involved! However, my preference would to increase the 1/3 shots to 1 full shot! Might as well drink a drink if your going to drink!! LOL
ncpti
Your statement would be an assessment and tool IF the leases are back with PGPM for future marketing or sales/leverage! There not there yet!
ncpti
I think what needs to be realized is sales date value, as a contract will not change based on actual value at the time of sale. To convolute todays environment with actual contract value would constitute fraud in the event of a lesser consideration of a settlement!
Not withstanding a settlement agreed by both parties in the event of and an agreed to, a just settlement! But at an extreme arms length deal ........ here! In public contract you can't go back and re-negotiate!
But value and settlement should be based on contract only! As that was the driver in the initial deal! AND it was taken!
There should be no giving up in anything here on this side...PGPM!
ncpti
Based on todays value or the sale date value???
ncpti
Been here long as well as others, I have no problem waiting to see what the outcome is! Doesn't matter if the leases come back...they will be leveraged in short order..or if the money gets banked...it will be use to produce a viable company...again in short order.
But as masc points out, clarity is a very good start and O'Bryant is busting out the seams to give us that....when appropriate for him to do so!
ncpti
Just think, take that 10 grand and buy PGPM and send this up into the .00's!!!! LOL
ncpti
Response from O'Bryant;
Hi ncpti
Trying to focus on anything the company can brew for cashflow.
We have NAPE in Houston coming up in a little over a week.
Also, waiting for Arcland debt situation to get wrapped up.
Will update via Wire as soon as things are more clear.
Matt
Holly geeze, bending your femur instead of your knee. It's a wonder you can even walk today!
ncpti
I can relate, spent twelves weeks in the hospital with my 28/29 year old Son with Lekeumia...he survived, thank God! Though the aftermath was not a welcomed event with the precautionary meds...! Wished I could have taken his place!!! At that point, your right..anything is possible and a walk in the park!
GLTA
ncpti
I think you got that nailed buddy!
Hope the root canal don't alter your trading habits, stranger things happen when teeth coming into contact with environmental aspects.... But I would'nt wish a root canal on anyone as I have had several, I know what's involved leading up to them!
ncpti
Don't be confused with buys and sells here at this point as the MM's are only trading what orders they have coming in from retail traders. They are only accommodating us here and not an event to trade this stock in an environment of a trade able stock! Some day we will get there where the market makers will not have the controlling factor of where this stock will eventually go!
At this point any orders that are under 10 mill or so are picking off the bottom.....we trade as we see fit, I guess!
ncpti
LOL, just think....some of us would never have to buy cherries again!
ncpti
There were a lot of us that puked several times when that happened, not good for the share holder in the least.....but they tout that as being good for the share holder. There are many ways to reduce the overall share count and in that case it was only to the benefit of the company....and you see where they are today. Many victims, are intent to educate future share holders especially in todays environment of instant information. Companies that do that are only signing their burial plot papers!
The share count here is the same, at one point it was 5 billion, but recent financials show 2 billion...and at this point could be very well manageable going forward!
ncpti
I been gone all day, work related. Sent M O'B an email to inquire the the next step here!
ncpti
PS Thanks for the cherry/cherry bobby! Pineapple chunks tonight with rum of course!
Oh that would really be scary! He'd be telling masc who does he think he is! I loved that exchange last year...or was it a year and a half ago..two years?? LOL! Maybe he would give us a good pump so he could sell out....lolloolloo!
ncpti
LOL looks like masc snatched them up! I did get another couple mil and a half at bid in the last week or so, but I put my buys in at ask! I have some in at bid...but go figure...they don't take them. MM's are wreaking havoc here because they can and gave the ask at bid...why do they give them to me lower???
On another note, O'Bryant didn't take this company on to take a loss, he knew what he was getting into, and once public disclosure is announced it will be up from there! He has to get past the past in order for this to thrive. My money says he will get there!
ncpti
LOL, I own more shares than pino. If I decided to sell it would go down to .0001 with no bid in a heart beat! Not in the cards at this time...not even close! I am not worried in the least about where this will go!
But masc keeps snatching up the bid, must have orders in way before mine....LOL!
ncpti
LOL! If anyone can find things you can!!! You got to admit he cleared up the financial thing in good time and dispelled the American thing as not related to PGPM. On those items batting 100 plus has more control over this certain items!
Have a good one!
ncpti
LOL, I think he is busy making a company for us! Besides, no major catastrophe this week to have to do damaged control! At least that WE know about......LOL!
ncpti
Yes, very true, if a buy is entered and it is not AON they will pick at will, and you will get what they want to give up and cost you a trade fee.....even if it is 1000 shares. Too bad I-Hub can't get better level trade monitor installed on their trade report!
ncpti
I noticed yesterday when the new financial was posted that one of the MM's went to .0006 from .0005. Seemed that they may have wanted to take it up??? Since it didn't happen we now have 3 MM's back at .0005. Those little bumps in share price I would think are MM re-adjustment. Can see anyone would spend 10 bucks for $2.50 in shares........
ncpti
Oh brother.....don't start.......LOL!
Oil derived from cherry pits are a highly productive source of fuel, mostly of the most sot after fuels around! They can alter combustion and enhance any derivative they come in contact with.
Once the refining process is completed, and the energy propellant is released into a metabolized state...a most productive event occurs! With the explosion of energy that alters most modern physics such as baking soda to a battery terminal, but of course way beyond, things change! Not to be confused with passive events but proactive things seem to take hold! And mostly this is not a controlled environment, we seem to not have the technology to contain the chemical reaction. It usually runs course within a few hours or so...but the harnessing of this time frame is a complete loss to our scientific world to prolong this state. Much like smashing atoms....doesn't last long enough to really get a grip on things.
ncpti
PS I am sending a note upstairs to see if they will give me some cloths and let me out of the basement for a while!!!!
