I think what needs to be realized is sales date value, as a contract will not change based on actual value at the time of sale. To convolute todays environment with actual contract value would constitute fraud in the event of a lesser consideration of a settlement!

Not withstanding a settlement agreed by both parties in the event of and an agreed to, a just settlement! But at an extreme arms length deal ........ here! In public contract you can't go back and re-negotiate!

But value and settlement should be based on contract only! As that was the driver in the initial deal! AND it was taken!

There should be no giving up in anything here on this side...PGPM!
