Jim...I gave you more credit than that...1st quarter results maybe???
Hey Buckey...what difference does it matter "So who has the shares? hell is you listen to your own BOD member..."
JB posted this response in public space:
"Oh - Kidd doesn't have 3.5M shares. He has not filed a Form 4 lately (go figure) and no we have no relationship with him. And no, he can't sell them on the open market."
Buckey, I would think that the CEO would know exactly, and if he states in the public realm the following:
"JBII (I really don't like dealing with this on my honeymoon): Kidd shares do not go unrestricted next week. Anyone who is bringing that up clearly does not understand securities. The company was a shell as of April 24, 2009. The SEC has very clear rules that shell company restricted stock issued must be held for 12 months."
and...
"Again, I would go back to these people raising the questions who are clearly not shareholders and look at motive. You can find the rules on the Internet for rule-144 as it pertains to companies without operations. As far as the SEC is concerned the company did not begin ops until April 2010 and therefore stock must be held (including mine) at least until then)."
Then I would be willing to believe it has the truth!
If you are under the conviction that "JB" is not being 100% honest in his public posts, then maybe you should challenge him in the public court. I do not have all the necessary regulatory officials telephone numbers, or I would place them in this post for your use.
However, I would like to 'Thank You' for challenging us "loyal shareholders" to dig deeper with higher thinking!
Cheers!
With or without the MOR, it definitely adds to the accumulation time available. That aspect I do like!
I believe that JBI is utilizing many aspects of IsleChem resources. Just a couple that comes to mind are:
Analytical Services supports ongoing Contract R&D, Contract Manufacturing, and Scale Up Services businesses of IsleChem and provides analytical services to offsite clients.
IsleChem performs Contract R&D for a wide variety of industries. Depending on the client's needs for their specific compound of interest, gram to kilogram quantities are prepared. Along with developing the chemistry, the necessary analytical methodology, safety information including MSDS preparation, a complete review of the technical literature, recommendations for alterations to improve economics on a larger scale, are all elements that are finally contained in a technical package prepared for each client's specific compound. IsleChem operates on a totally confidential basis, and all information developed for a specific client is held confidential for a period of 10 years.

...But maybe there will be some available at around $50/share or so.......maybe....... z
Not from my stack! LOL

I have posted the Contact information for you below: Incidentally, if you want to submit your questions/comments to the

I drank the kool-aid!
Nothing short of what many of us would do in the same situation - I am sure! Thanks 2bigcats, and I can assure you that you are not alone in your complete confidence in JB's ability to move this company to much greater heights! I really admire your spirit!
My intent of making that statement was not about my trust of investing in this stock, as I have been doing so since last October. It was an attempt to add credibility to the authenticity of JBI, the company. In reading some of your other posts you have the appearance of weighing whether you should "take the plunge" on this one, and I am just trying to give you another person's true perspective - fwiw.
Sam, I don't know you from adam but after reading many of your posts I have ascertained that you are an extremely logical thinker in terms of trading/investing, and have probably learned how to play the game quite well. Maybe I am still too naive in my investing ideology, but even with the limited knowledge that I have about trading like pros, this company certainly acts like the next Berkshire-Hathaway in it's infancy. If I am correct in my assumptions, then all traders/investors will have the incredible opportunity to make some serious change with this stock in the short & long term. For those that have enough dry-powder lying around, it will not hurt one bit to wait until all doubts are removed; however, some of us must make the decision now, when we can actually afford some of the stock.
Seeing that I am relatively new at this game of stock-trading, I can not say if making fictitious PR's indicating actions taken and going to be taken in the near future is illegal or not, but I am leaning towards it amounting to jail time if it was all bogus info. Another thing that I am not too sure about, is why would the Managing Director of NASDAQ contact a company CEO about listing on his board if there was even an inkling of the legitimacy of the company and what it is proclaiming? Like I said, I am new to all of this, but I can tell you this...the first day that I started my DD of JBII I was completely convinced of buying 100k shares, and have been working towards that goal since sub-dollar range PPS. Perhaps I drank the kool-aid, but to be completely honest with you - it is the best-tasting kool-aid that I have ever had, and most likely, ever will have.
Additionally, I do not know too much about Roth-IRA's either, but from what I do know anyone your age would certainly benefit from putting a few shares of JBII into it.

$7.21
Dude, you will need to wait until Tuesday to sell at will - as the market is closed on Monday. FWIW...
"** I'm bashing JBII to get cheap shares, but it looks like it'll open at $50 monday morning :( "
LOL - I am still trying to get through them all! I woke up to almost 400 new posts! The JBI, Inc. transition phase has just shifted gears, and I suspect that there are many gears left before reaching overdrive! I was expecting some news after the market close and before the CC, but not quite this much! I am feeling a bit blown away by PR's that I have read so for! I can only imagine how the naysayers & shorties are feeling about all of this!
Congrats to all of JBI, Inc. Board Members! I have a feeling that you all will be very busy this year - in a "good busy" way!
It actually went to $7.70 before the selling began. Being a "newbie" is this realm (< 2 years), I missed out on the sell-n-buy concept, so I held, and missed out on at least a $50k profit, but it is still the best investment this side of Texas this century!
Yep! That would suk! I held and am holding for a while for a hefty profit! Take care - ya here?
Thanks "R" for the original "Z" post! Wished like heck that I would have heard that call a few months earlier!
There is always the "sell on news" crowd; however, they will be disappointed on this sell.
Nope...

Looks like this one may be the best deal currently. I will try for some more today. I believe that the CT's are the best LEH stock play. GLTY
Nice close today! Perhaps 6+ before Friday close as the covering concludes for the week.
I consider this the accumulation mode - for me anyways.
SWEET! Gotta' love the candidness of our CEO! Sounds like a pocket P2O to me!
3rd and last post for the day. GLTA - GO JBII!
I agree with several here that the uplist news is too soon and that P2O news is going to be the winner this weekend. With an uplist I would expect to see $18-20 PPS very shortly thereafter. With just the P2O news I would expect to see at least a double from here. Added to my share collection twice this week - thanks to the sellers!
Some modern plants are utilizing Operator Technicians that are capable of performing the duties of both Operator and Maintenance. I believe that 1-2 per shift would be sufficient. Each state has it's on set of rules governing union regulations, which will factor into some of the JV's staffing plans as well.

This is only for the USA - I am not too sure about Europe and Asia.
Agreed. And perhaps even walked away with a signed contract to boot! Let's count how many 'ka-booms' can be placed into a single JBII PR...
Nothing to be concerned about. The true story continues to unfold at it's designated time and place. The smart money knows what JBII holds in store for it's investors. ~IMO
I will be buying at $50 PPS.
That is also indicative of what will happen once the covering starts later this week - except the PPS will be leaping the other direction.
Thanks for sharing your JBII experience and a well-rounded statement to boot!
Definitely a good time to load up on LEH!
IMO, we will see a PR before the CC.
Congratulations on coming full circle on your posts!
Maybe "P2O PWR"?
Yep, they all have me beat as well. I continue to add to my portfolio of JBII stock every chance that I get though - for I am 100% confident that this is an opportunity of a lifetime! GLTA (except shorties)
Shareholders of JBII are part-owners. I believe that you would be a happier camper if you would join in the partial ownership fun instead of the opposite which ultimately will fail you.
LOL - u go Z! Nice blog. btw.
My exact thoughts from the first day that I started the DD process of this company. The first 560 today will be mine as I continue to average up & accumulate shares. GLTY
