U came back at the right time..
There you go again putting out facts..
Thanks Mike..
Ouch!
So having said that, I have a question..
We know WAG has been in negotiations with MMRF for quite awhile now (which personally I don't have a problem with as all discussions/issues can not be resolve in one meeting) So obviously WAG is following the directions of the judge to negotiate. But I have not seen and documentation/PRs pertaining to meetings/negotiations with the other four participants. Are the other four in violation of the judge's instructions? Is WAG speaking for the others? Is WAG "not waiting in line", is WAG working on being the train's engine and not the caboose? Makes one think..
You are a regular bloodhound FJ and you even come with links..
Thanks for posting..

Patent troll is a pejorative term used for a person or company that enforces its patents against one or more alleged infringers in a manner considered unduly aggressive or opportunistic, often with no intention to manufacture or market the product. A related, less pejorative expression is non-practicing entity (NPE) which describes a patent owner who does not manufacture or use the patented invention."
"if any settlement was established"
Well it nice to see we are all aleast talking settlements. Big or small will always be tossed around.. GLTA

(sorry for the delay, I'm still on a One A Day vitamin regement)
Because maybe that's the law.. The five are apparently infringing on our patents.
Oh no, I'd be out by lunch time..
Happy New year all...
Ooops , I swear I have not had a drink yet..
Talking heads think 1800 on the DOW by end of '14..
Nice reads today guys, thanks! Go MMRF, time is on our side
Agree Sir..
and a Merry Christmas to all and a PROSPEROUS New Year!
EZ
Can you hear the machine warming up?
Happy holidays to all...
Could you get back to us on what you learn from the phone call, we would appreciate it..
Yes Sir, I agree..
I'm done with this, have a nice day..
Well I don't see it that way. I take the PRs seriously, as I do the CEO, his staff and the product.. We'll see..
I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm trying to be serious here..
The Judge requesting a hearing of all parties is a penny stock scam? Am i missing something here?
Good find, thanks
We'll see...
This is not about legal firepower, it's about right or wrong. Unless you're suggesting they can buy the judge..
Strongly agree.
Kinda thought along those lines...
Looking forward to what tomorrow may bring..
Roger that!
What's the old saying, "if you want to dance you MUST pay the fiddler" ! LOL Maybe we can help them out a little bit (after they pay us!)
FJ
Time for WAG to start paying for their rides.. Maybe they think they're to big to pay!
You guys are saying things I have been thinking since FJ brought this up last week. A few think that this is only about draining MMRF of all their money. In normal circumstances that would be an easy argument, a real no brainer.
But IMHO WAG has been dealing with MMRF long enough now that it has given them the opportunity to get down into the "weeds" of this company and what it is really about. Maybe, just maybe, WAG sees something that can be a win win here.. And if there is some sort of deal, does WAG get the sweeter portion as they were the first to step up to the plate? Having said that, would that put them ahead of their completion when the others end up finally coming around? Some keep making jokes about certain meetings not producing any fruit. Well I think these current meetings are continuations of the earlier meetings. ie.. a few things needed to be worked out and maybe that's where we are today. I don't know to many business meetings that go smooth and end up positive on the first go round.. I hope all my friends enjoyed their thanksgiving and had some great turkey.. GLTA, All IMHO
MMRF spent tens of thousands of dollars to scramble across the country to Walgreens Headquarters on one days notice, while Walgreens attorneys simply had to show up at work as usual.
Where the heck did that come from?
Spending a nickel to make a dime.. Bus 101
As a non-angry shareholder, if this deal goes thru with WAG, (percentage wise) the S&P, Dow and Naz will look like chump change and we longs know it. WAG has a lot to gain here as well, why even talk if the possibilities for profits weren't there.. Just keep quite, keep stalling and let MMRF spend there money then.. They only have to file papers every X amount of days, no need to talk, no need to bring the big guns to IL..
GLTA
2 to 1 on the buy side again..
I 2nd that on both counts..
One Really Does wonder why this needed to be done in person.
Good. I couldn't believe that!
That's pretty strong language!
Good stuff(as usual) Mr. T, thanks
