To be honest I thought the holidays would be a catalyst as maybe they would be given as presents, but that's a notion that's obviously been blown right outta the water.
Just back from golf and blimey didn't expect that rev figure.
Unless we've all failed to take 'something' into consideration, (ie the need to restate 2013 and 2014 Q1/2/3 filings) I agree 100%, luckily I'm playing golf on one of Costa Blanca's finest courses so I won't be around to see what happens at the open. If it is filed tomorrow, file it about 2 hours into trading, get the stock halted, gap up and bury the shorts. JMO
GLTUA @ ECIGD (cuz we may need it, lol)
"According to their filings it was due today. Obviously we don't have it yet so it must have been submitted late and will be out tomorrow morning. I'll worry on the gap down at 9:30 am tomorrow without the 10k. I have a hard time comprehending that management and noteholders would let this company become a delinquent filer."
Agree 100%, there'll be no hiding, no B/S speculation, just facts from the filing.
Thanks for the info, much appreciated! GLTUA @ MONIF
Yep Market Cap says it all with products selling on shelves in 143,000 outlets and counting. Facts always top hypothosis, let's see where we are in 6 weeks time GLTUA @ ECIG(D)
Wow, a huge congrats for THCZ. I followed you over here and grabbed a few but sold way to early, guess I need to listen a bit harder next time. GLTY
Yes I am, pure speculation by me but something's not gone well or they would've posted the news by now. It just seems strange that the cert doesn't come and the CFO gets fired (no matter what has been said). I'm fully onboard with resubnitting their application (if that is indeed what's happened) but it's a little frustrating being so close and then hearing nothing. 2+2=? JMO
PS: I still believe UMEWF is marked for greatness but uncertaintity is a stock's biggest killer/ GLTUA @ UMEWF
Don't rule out MBAY or COHI taking over after VFIN bows out. JMO
Can't wait to see everything 'reset' soon. Q1/Q2 will be the real catalysts IMO
Not sure that's gonna happen but I am however prepared to be totally wrong
and we'll see how well real soon
Yep, I can't wait for the next few sequential 'Q' filings to get rid of all the B/S here and settle down at a much more improved PPS as we head towards uplisting. JMO
Go check the Reg SHO list.
This isn't a pinky it's a fully reporting company that has to abide by SEC rules and with this management I can't see them taking any unnecessary risks that would cause them to be charged by the SEC. JMO
Insiders aren't dumping zilch, period! If they did they'd have to file within 2 working days and so far nada!
OK found it, forgot all about it to be honest, it's almost 12 months since the first bit of news I saw on it. In any event the subscription based platform is the way to go if we are to remain competitive. GLTUA @ MONIF.
Thanks for the insight, much appreciated.
I missed this one, can you quickly share the date on the release as I'd like a more in depth look, sounds cool.
"consumer-empowered profiling with transactional and behavioural intelligence."
Is that the new Santander ISA app?
"A new platform is to be released in April, as the upside driver."
Yep, certainly gonna be an interesting few qtrs ahead. GLTUA @ MONIF
Good point but wouldn't it have to be a hostile takeover because they just announced they weren't for sale didn't they?
LOL
"So I guess the plan tomorrow IMO(correct me if I am wrong) is everybody sells and buys back at 46 cents going into what will be good Q4 numbers"
Forever the optimist, 60 days to repeat the application means 60 more days of purgatory, hoping I haven't been taken for a mug! GLTUA @ UMEWF
I feel I must be missing something and it makes me think of the song in 1985 "That was then but this is now" I don't really care what the O/S was on Dec 31st, I only care about what the O/S is now and is going to be. I've already said anything less or equal to pre IPO numbers (80m) will not effect long term price appreciation, ( so long as revs keep on increasing)
There are many things we need that management have identified, clean up the balance sheet, retsructure the debt, maintain distribution channels (revs will follow) and the PPS will take care of itself. JMO
I'm not very intelligent so I always try to keep everything to the most basic concept, in this case sales and distribution, and here there is no doubt. Distribution has increased across 10's of thousand of new outlets on a global scale, huge retail giants have the product on their shelves and are aggressively marketing it (prime location within outlets) and exponential increasing revs confirm that. So is this a good buy or a good bye? I think I'll take the former, just need a lil patience. JMO
Agree 100%, Q4 just needs to show we have increased revs QoQ, YoY and then await to see if we get an 8K by end of the first week in April to inform us that 50% of warrants have been eliminated, then it's a wait for Q1 which will be indicative of where we're going in future qtrs. JMO
"The 10K will only audit to year-end December 31st, so the recent financings will not likely be articulated until the end of the first quarter March 31st, with the 10Q due May 15th."
Sean you have a valid point but what makes this diffrent is ECIG(D) has huge revs that are increasing QoQ, YoY. If revs don't increase in the Q4 over Q3 I'll take the loss and move on. As BJ pointed out earlier, with sustainable growth better financing will come and I believe that wholeheartedly. JMO
"Like I said, I hope I'm wrong, but this smacks of a company on the financial rocks grabbing at any bone thrown their way."
PS: Many thanks for your contribution, really appreciate your insight.
Haha Bingo! Whatever happens here will not be down to Ihub control, way beyond that IMO.
"Do people understand what a slice of this market could be worth to ECIG. Are we loosing sight of the prize.
We are just getting started. Whose going to stop this.
Not some IHubbers"
Agree 100%! Nobody likes conversions but better now than in the future to slow down momentum. JMO
"Conversions were welcomed on my behalf. I rather get this out of the way now, then deal with this later."
OK understood, thanks for the clarification and I agree wholeheartedly with your last sentence. I'm slightly more optimistic in revs but I certainly won't be worried if they are in your range. GLTUA @ ECIG(D)
But aren't the 3 monthe before xmas the worst times for the company, I don't see how COGS or liabilities can be down?
FWIW After friday's action I think after the 10k is filed, it will be a sell on news event. JMO
Surely the 'good stuff', restructuring debt etc etc, won't come until Q1? Won't the main 'underpinning' positive thing to look forward to in the Q4 be increasing revs? JMO
"If Q4 doesn't show significant improvement I'll be out."
PS: Once again many thanks for the discussion with Sean Boy, Tesla777 and Yerboss, really look forward to the weekend 'chat'. GLTUA @ ECIG(D)
I believe the only thing in their mind was survival, nothing else. I belive B/K was a very real danger and although the pain is horrendous, it's short term IMO. This isn't some Billion share stinky pinky with zero revs, I think it's completely different and I'm here until the EOY or we reach my target. I'm lucky though I've traded around a core position and sold twice already to lock in profits. I've also added small amounts (3 times post split) at $1.47, $1.25 and $1.08 levels and I won't lose my ass if it all goes t&ts up.
FWIW Nebs here's my thinking, yes you're right further convertions going on coupled with aggressive shorting (Reg SHO list) but imagine an 0/S less than or equal to pre IPO failure (80m), micro Market Cap, decreased manageable debt, cash flow positive, increasing revs (10's of millions per qtr) and increasing distribution, would you like to get into that stock now at decreased levels? I'm already in it! Have a good weekend!
Cheers
S/F
PS: It has dropped further than I predicted in Feb (I thought 50%) but I'm keeping the faith. GLTUA @ ECIG
Stop sitting on the fence and tell us how ya really feel
I must have about 5 stocks I'm waiting for filings on, all doing shiiite, lol.
Are you back in Nebs?
I have considered that, maybe as a special divi. Don't think it will be in the immediate future though. JMO
