Did any of you "know-it-alls" ever consider that the company is doing current investors a favor by posting news on their website prior to doing it nationally?
Why do you people continue to press the company for information and think for one moment that they are clueless on how to operate or PR. Why don't you all take a month breather and post ONLY company news. Your constant dribble may impress IHUB but it has no affect on company policy.
JB got rid of Cornell or we would have been goners-so just thank him for protecting ALL our interests & investment in CCAJ. And he could have gone the Radman route and been even worse off. The temptations to make a quick buck has ruined 90% of the pinks and even some biggies who appeared to have been honest in their filings. WAMU anybody!
The scared will only become players again when the company proves itself. Meantime this attitude is a blessing .
Those in the loop continue to scoop-see you all @0.10 ;)
I seen ya-you ain't the only one buying before the big kahuna. ;)
Dan ran his own counter top-marble company and knows the business side so he is a perfect fit. It may be fun to post "IMO" here without a breather but a business & mergers are no easy task.
No disappointment here.
I concur.
When people bet/play for money they cheat or bend the rules-correct.
You do your homework. The real question I would put to the company or CFO-is JB selling, holding, accumulating or has he just found a misguided CEO/owner who thinks buying into a shell will reward. Company info on pinksheets still has Tracy involved & the same TA & counsel-that really bothers me.
Please get real. There are over 2,000 decisions for the game of golf all due from cheaters or those who wanted to "stretch" the set rules of the game. I must say-no matter what opinion or fact one posts there will always be someone who finds fault. :o)
If nobody ever cheated or lied then there would not be rules. Even though the article implies that it was a "shame" for this to happen, we don't know the "intent" so just move on and play with a smile.
Faherty-"Taser them".
Tiger-"no more warnings just immediate 2-stroke penalty."
I'm not moving my position in this company till we see the filings. So whether it is "soon" or later this year, I could care less. JB did not wait this long just to pack fudge. ;)
If these people who can't wait for important developments to be announced would just contact those in charge directly-we can have some civil postings and they then can post the responses from these heads.
HD will not deal with a company/supplier whose books & track record show any signs of weakness or poor financials.
Woods also had a few suggestions about what might be done to speed up the pace of play, which has been a hot-button issue all week, starting with commissioner Tim Finchem's insistence earlier in the week that penalty strokes are not the solution.
Woods said warnings should be eliminated and that players should be hit with penalty strokes as soon as they get a bad time.
"If you get a warning, you get a penalty," he said. "I think that would speed it up."
As far as anybody knows, no player has been assessed a one-shot penalty in 20 years, so the current system of fines is not working.
"Strokes is money," Woods said.
Remember the 7mm block 4sale @ask a few days ago. Now guess who that was? And does anyone believe that a cell phone isn't carried on a cruise. Some people must think we are all buffoons. ;)
Filings come-then symbol change-then R/S of 1 for 40/60-then news of new manufacturing plant-then major order from another biggie. A super year ahead with the same people here wondering why the selling. Track record has to change for the LTer's to feel secure and the newbies to play hard..
As a new trading symbol... ERTH is not taken. Not a bad idea to change and really clean the path for the future.
TA will not release shares owned by persons other than those calling. Therefore we wait to get an accurate count. The noisy one who posts in caps is trading this puppy so until that ceases the bid/ask will swing.
Can you clarify this statement by Jeff from the news? Does this mean he no longer holds 5% or more of the OS or that all his restricted shares are gone???
"Although I am no longer a significant shareholder, as part of this acquisition,"
It would be a huge mistake for the company to release any news short of an SEC filing. History tells anyone who understands this market that investors buy on the rumor and sell on the news. We know what the company is doing or has done so far so it makes no sense to put out a PR if that is your suggestion. Pinks/shells don't want to look or act as if they are using "news" to propel the pps or encourage new investors. The best scenario is for the current shareholders to sit tight or add more on the current company dealings.
Trader's bible says to sell going into the weekend and take your profits. We will see if the ask holds.
Terrific. Once we get to see a few numbers then the remaining puzzles will go away.
I know about this-I'm suggesting there is another merger forthcoming. Stay tuned.
I suspect now that a new CEO is installed that another merger will be announced.
CCAJ just updated the company info on OTC:

Do you remember?
Yes, as long as you also accept the fact that opinions are like A-holes and everyone has one but that does not make an opinion proper, just or correct.
Sean Foley, told Sirius/XM Radio that he felt the criticism and daily takedowns of Tiger need to stop, his point was justified. Tiger gets the most press and the person most in the spotlight is going to get cheered the most when they succeed and tossed to the wolves the second things go downhill.
"Tiger is a wonderful person, and he is a good dude, and he lives a complex life," Foley said. "I think things have got to slow down, it has got to stop, the daily referendums and the criticism."
"I realize it is 2012, and we have dot coms, and you have to write five articles a day, and you run out of things to write about, but we should be in a position where we are trying to help and lift up and support a player like Tiger Woods, instead of tearing him down, because everyone in the golf industry is better off because of his existence."
I think the shot needed a very high spin golf ball to hook that much-I think he plays the ProV1.
Bubba's shot posted by his caddie.

I agree. Add to this the fact that the courses now are SO much tougher and the number of better golfers has increased. Forget the lameless arguments that the equipment is better and the ball flies longer(false). Just look at the foreign players who rank in the top 20. Tiger drove these players to new heights in ability & mental toughness. No matter Tiger's bad traits, he is the best golfer ever.
I don't think Tiger agrees. Jack's record WAS his goal years ago. If he gets rid of Foley then Jack's record major lead will no longer exist. Tiger brought to golf viewing only matched by Arnie. The rest of the greats were VG golfers but not made for TV. If only TV would get rid of commercials and the endless babble of the announcers.
To start any golf tournament with a bogey really tests the mental attitude of a golfer. It seems like the 1st & 18th are really making this year's Masters a test.
If you can't improve then why comment? My day will be very happy, reading this thread will not affect that fact.
