It's somebody connected to racing somehow. Rusty doesn't show up as a spokesperson for a small company unless its a favor to someone. His list of endorsed products are pretty much big time companies. AERO is a small fry. I'm sure he is compensated but somebody else is calling the shots.

Its a reverse merger. AERO is mergering with a pre-exist public company to go public.

There was a change of manangement in 2002/3 for AERO. I suspect whoever bought out the founders then is the person who has been bankrolling AERO. They've taken some investment money since that period but since its a private company we won't know details till the 8k. It's not peacock I suspect its someone we haven't seen yet.

I agree with you. Hunsaker is not the primary shareholder. I think someone else is. I think Hunsaker was brought to run AERO for the primary shareholder.

I'm not sure about that fccn management has all been replaced by AERO's staff. I think if there are acquistions it will be done under AERO not FCCN. Plus AERO will be the parent not the child in this merger. But it is a good topic!

It looks like it. D&B's TOU basically protects them from any liabity when it come to posted data. It basically a free site that gets folks to pay for reports that may or may not be accurate.

I guess anybody with a PC can put a submission in for them.

When the site updates tomorrow you can take a look. They don't do instant updates.

Ok we can make it 12.5 mil does anyone have a better number? I think we should see the numbers on the 8k. Might be good, bad or great. We can only make guesses right now
