Really this legal stuff is very interesting? I'd be fascinated by your explanation. Please post how your assumption is 100% correct and can easily be verifiable by 3rd party resources(that also back up their information 100%,without a disclaimer) That means D&B is out becuase their TOU backs nothing up.
