Why is XLPI choosing to dilute, rather than split? Was this not their modus operandi back in '04 (5/11 & 7/27)? Would this not work the same way while giving current long investors a better feel about this stock? They still could buy them back when the revenue starts to flow?
If not a split, XLPI can phase in dilution gradually. If it gets things right, it can offset this dilution by growing the business and increasing the value of shares.
Are their other opinions? Like to hear them…
If we can't get a direct answer on the inked deal with FAW, then I guess we can watch this page and see if there is a change to the warranty period.

This is just a major bottom play gimme, I'm not worried about this one either way, if I lose it won't be anymore than dinner and a movie.
The next five years could see ethanol go from a mere sliver of the fuel pie to a major energy solution in a world where the cost of relying on a finite supply of oil is way too high.
A Silicon Valley venture capitalist who has become one of the nation's most influential ethanol advocates says, "I'm absolutely convinced that without putting any more land under agriculture and without changing our food production, we can introduce enough ethanol in the U.S. to replace the majority of our petroleum use in cars and light trucks."
He is mad about the funding methods used by almost any company when they are starting out, you can't make something from nothing. If you don't believe in it, don't buy it, and get off this board...
And I thought this was the INVESTORShub, is that not what we are?? Most here are in this for the long haul, I am. If you think I am crazy then so be it, am I, maybe but we who are in this long are going to ride the waves and see where we end up, because at the end of the day I am happy with my choice...
Not as much as I had hoped for, but I felt that was good...
An hour in and still going??? Step it up I have to work tomorrow!! haha
I just heard Brad Novak dial in, either it was a joke or he isn't going to be talking during the call, or he has a different code.

Got off @ 6:30... I'm dialed in...

Just doing your job...
From JB2U:
Bill tells people when news is coming & they frontload, then sell on the news?Nobody likes that as well & its very obvious.
From JB2U:
I bot some @ 01 the other day & took 30% yesterday.Just call me flippa lololol
That's all I have to say about that...
I think quiet is good about the board, we know that we don't have to talk up a stock to make ourselves feel good about our investment. Other boards I assume are looking and searching for something that gives them a little calm to hang on one more day to a POS that has no potential. That's my take...
Then enjoy your S&P 500 as someone told me one time.
Thanks!! Wow looks like a little of both...
203K @.0125 Loading
3.3K @ .011 MM
What R the size of the buys? Small or Large? Haven't been able to watch today, just keeping up through here. But I did watch that I was UP, but now I'm down again. averaged in @ .0132
Obviously we are moving down since we hit .015 today so,
small buys=MM
Large buys=loading before the CC
IN A ROW!!! I've been trying to figure out what 'arrow' meant Hahahahaha!!!
I think that one is implied with the use of MGMT
I hereby officially change the acronym of MM, it will now be known to mean Market Manipulator(s).
Why build the PPS over the past two days, and then suck it down, MMs trying to sucker more investors before the news?
And I mean "sucker" in the most positive way, just used it for affect.
Still manipulation going on...

Des Moines Surgical Clinic Awards Consultancy Contract to MedSpa Solutions
Last Update: 4:05 PM ET Aug 15, 2006
LAS VEGAS, NV, Aug 15, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- MedSpa Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Winsted Holdings Inc. wins, today announced that it was awarded a comprehensive consultancy contract by a group of surgeons operating a surgical clinic in Des Moines, Iowa. This Contract covers Business Development, Core Site Design, Vendor Relationships, Licensing & Compliance Assistance and Custom Marketing Development.
"This is a large 5000 square feet surgical clinic facility," stated Winsted CEO Mark Ellis. "3000 square feet will be allocated for cosmetic surgical procedures. Our job is to work with the surgeons on the 2000 square feet designated for medspa usage. This area will provide the ambiance of a medical spa for patients who desires to have non-surgical procedures performed in a spa like setting."
"We are steadily growing in the area of assisting doctors in the expansion of their medical practice through medspa addition or augmentation. This Des Moines award was especially rewarding due to the large scale of operating facility and great number of medical staff we will be working with. Our medspa expertise has withstood the test of time and has proven successful for our clients," concluded Ellis.
Des Moines (French for "City of the Monks") is the capital and largest city of Iowa. It was incorporated on September 22, 1851, as Fort Des Moines, until it was shortened to "Des Moines" in 1857. The City is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country with about 500,000 residents. Long known as the "Hartford of the West," Des Moines is the world's 3rd largest insurance center behind London and Hartford, Connecticut. Principal Financial Group and Equitable of Iowa are among the 60 plus insurance companies that have their headquarters here. Affordable housing, one of the nation's shortest commute times, and an increasingly diverse population, makes Des Moines a wonderful place to live, work and visit.
Ellis further stated, "Forbes Magazine ranked Des Moines as the 11th 'Best Center for Business' ( http://www.forbes.com/lists/2006/1/2856.html). Large companies such as Wells Fargo, IGN, and John Deere have taken notice in Des Moines and established centers there. As a major crossroads, U.S. Interstate 35 and 80 passes through the city, the new surgical-medspa facility is well poised for exponential growth serving Des Moines and nearby communities of West Des Moines, Urbandale and Ankeny."

We are crawling out of the deepest hole we have been in over the last three months, we have news coming, I'm not selling. I think the quite time is over, and we are in for some good news...
Oh man I hope you didn't jinx us with the Enron comment!!
From CUSAFR
Please see post 7988 and 8001.
If you do not want me to continue this effort, please tell me now.
If all is well, you and anyone else please send questions ASAP. I want to get our questions in early so the company has plenty of time to formulate intelligent answers.
CUSAFR
Yeah CUSAFR (I think) is taking questions to compile, look for his email, jeff something or other.
Hmm... First sorry to hear you bought into a P&D scam like I did.
Good to hear you didn't buy as high as I did.
But sorry to say I don't have a reason other than that looks to have risen and fallen on just a couple orders, so today you weren't lucky...
CUS is taking up the collection remember... he posted his email address to compile the list.
The reason I no longer carry flextek is because full flex is a better quality product.

Subject: Full Flex or Flextek??
Importance: High
When and Y did you stop using Flextek??
I don't know if I will be able to make the CC, so right now I am counting on you guys to give the scoop, and what you feel, felt about it.
I'm gonna try, but I may have to work. The "sucky" part of being on-call.
So I will hold any and all comments on what I think about this company, and the direction it is choosing to go.
Probably pushing the price down to load up big at the lower price
Haha what is up with this...???
The bid is higher than the price!!!
I may just get my money back after all!!
I haven't been watching the sales here today, been busy with work, jeez!!!
Does it look like manipulation to "load up?"
R they small trades at the bid?
For those of you that care, a score of 709 on RiskGrades today.
Looks like alot is going on overseas.
http://www.xcelplusasiapacific.com/news&events/news&events_main.html
Holey moley I might get my money back too!! Yeah!!! As soon as even hits I'm out!
Thats scary, it wouldn't last long, right up until the customer comes back and sues your a** off!!
I hope today is the last day we see .009 on PPS.
I can't stand to watch this or any position constantly trade at the 'ask' and it never move up, what really peeves me is on the rare occasion they move the 'ask' below the last price. Just a little venting there sorry, good to hear from all about the patent info and status, the upcoming legal maneuvers against Fullflex aka Xpertech Auto Inc., and the fact that they are full of sh*t.
OT: Everyone have a good weekend? I had some really awesome hot wings!!
