The issue is that they are asking for $54 million in operating expenses and only $10-20 million in revenue. That's going to drive the company into the ground. Take a minute and regroup. Get through the notes and then let's move forward.
Nice rumor. Got proof?
TPT Global Tech's direct focus is rural markets:

States want government to provide rural broadband funding, enter BridgeInternet:

More 5G in the midst of all the CV issues:
President Trump signed, on March 23, 2020, the "Secure 5g and Beyond Act of 2020". (10) A plan for engagement with private sector communications infrastructure and systems equipment developers to encourage the maximum participation possible on standards-setting bodies related to such systems and infrastructure equipment standards by public and private sector entities from the United States.
TPTW IS PRIME FOR THIS MARKET!
No one shorts this POS pump and dump. Lol
This rocket is fueled up and ready to go!!! We are launching tomorrow! Go $TPTW!
Conservatively, if ER comes PM, .005. Otherwise it'll open weak and then have to work back to where it closed today.
According to 10K-NT it provided them 15 days. Tomorrow is day 15. They have a history of meeting that deadline. SEC has allowed for companies to file up to 45 days late, however, they need to inform the SEC by March 16th. Not sure if that's going to be public through EDGAR or not though.
I'm expecting it to be tomorrow.
So reading the SEC order, seems to me that they needed to inform the SEC by March 16 if their intent was to take advantage of the extension allowed by the SEC.
I'm expecting 10K tomorrow. Regardless, why is this even being debated? Go TPTW!
Class action lawsuit filed against them. But you know who's operating in the free and clear?? $TPTW !!
Is he back to posting old news on here that's been repeated...and repeated .....and repeated......

For those that were super duper concerned about it too, short interest updated.......
Go $TPTW!!!!! To the moon!
It will definitely be the best picture into the future. Chapter one so to speak.
The rest is just history. With the recent acquisitions and the possibility of government contracts, it's almost a whole new company.
I think that's what many folks fail to realize. This train has been slowly chugging down the tracks. There have been challenges but Mr. Thomas and the rest of his staff have been persistent to say the least.
Many companies crumble under the debt that they carry until they can't carry it anymore. Here lately, TPT has paid some off in hopes of moving forward. Sure, there had been some [more] acquired along the way as well. Through all of this, revenue has been created, and substantial compared to previous years at that.
I think we are about to see TPT grow and develop nationally and likely internationally.
I have noticed that through their SEC historical filings. I believe they will release Tuesday morning as that is the 15th day!
You can disregard that. I went back through the conversation and followed. I guess the SEC allowed for up to 45 days due to virus if companies needed it?
Can they delay it again?
Excellent breakdown and way to sort through the 10Qs.
As long as all this is managed properly it should be resolved rather expeditiously. Speedconnect now provides a solid revenue stream to be able to accomplish that. Trim some fat from other projects and we are moving at the speed of 5G!
What some fail to realize is how highly competitive the telecomm and internet world truly is. For TPT to be hanging on this long and to FINALLY catch their break is awesome. We are in at the ground floor and it should be a good few years as the company grows!
Go TPTW!!!

Tuesday the 14th of April I expect it, personally.

Quote from the following article "Complaints about the wireless map have poured in to the FCC. The Rural Wireless Association, a trade group, asked the agency to investigate data submitted by Verizon and T-Mobile, suggesting the companies overstated coverage. The companies have denied doing so."
https://federalnewsnetwork.com/government-news/2019/04/questions-over-coverage-plague-rural-broadband-expansion/
There's definitely a market for TPTW. They, along with the prior acquisitions of Speedconnect and Bridge Internet are strategically positioned to bring connectivity to areas that are previously overlooked and under-served.

You're probably right. Too bad we are all shareholders otherwise we'd be able to help with their PR.
Good morning TPTW fam. Let's get ready for another high volume Friday on a Thursday!
From my understanding, and I maybe totally wrong on this, a company must file with the SEC prior to releasing any PR/ER. As soon as it's received by the SEC, they can email/release PR/ER.
However, the NT gives them 15 days, which is Tuesday April 14th this year.
Anything lower than my average is cheap. Lol. Either way. It dropped down and hot my bid at some point during the day.
Picked up some cheapies. Woot. Let's go $TPTW!!!!
So you're actually implying that securities violations SHOULD be occuring and need to be occuring with TPTW?
Who's to say that family, friend etc don't already own low? Portfolios, investment firms and 401ks may also hold the shares on their behalf.
What a bizarre statement.
15 minute chart following right along with previous day's and patterns. Looking good TPTW!
You rock Udder! I see major potential in this company! Thanks for the good vibes!
Stay healthy and safe.
Is it an infinite summer? I plan on hanging around for a while.
Even though FAANG is mentioned here, it is also $TPTW's time to shine!!

Concept*
Surfin Cycle, cool idea but now defunct. Probably got beat out by others already in play. The concert is widely used in cities like Austin.
Agree 1000%. That's what led me here, 5G hopes for the future!!!
Don't lead me down that rabbit hole. I've been trying to find the constitutionality of it all.
But I digress. 3g, 4g, it's only sensical that 5g come next. We all desire for faster speeds and improved coverage. Rural coverage where I live SUCKS. TPTW can improve that.
-towers of fire
-activation of chem trail smart dust
-mass assassination of the human race
-brain tumors
-people mush
I kid I kid.
But for real though, there's already a ton of conspiracy theories out as to how 5G is bad for the human race.
Education is everything.
Thanks for the follow up. I didn't even think of looking through SEC filings. I find them as dry as the dictionary. Like putting a black and white puzzle together as well.
Everything is lining up nicely.
You mean in reference to this?
So I read through one of the "articles" posted. Here's what I gathered:
2nd accused is Stephen Thomas, however, it does not make clear if it is the first, second OR third.....
http://www.standardtimespress.org/artman/publish/article_5156.shtml
"What is clear from exhibit L is that APA is not listed as a VSAT operator; nor is TPT listed anywhere as an internet service provider, nor as a GSM operator. In fact, TPT does not appear anywhere in the record
a system that would enable him to bypass and obstruct Sierratel’s international gateway, thereby depriving Sierratel of its lawful revenue, and also depriving NATCOM of lawful revenue
But it is evidence, coming from the 3rd accused himself that he was aware APA was engaged in providing illegal telecoms services.
In all, he denies installing, or being a party to the installation of the equipment to make illegal call termination.
accused, they succeeded in installing equipment which 2nd accused could use to terminate calls in contravention of the Act. I also believe that they did so in concert with their boss, 1st accused. They were all part of the conspiracy to establish an illegal telecommunications network"
We are also talking about Sierra Leone. Which is widely known to have HUGE corruption issues.
$TPTW is ready for take off!
There's lots of conspiracy theories already surrounding 5G.
As long as TPTW prove that there's nothing wrong with it, it will be OK!
