Yea no PR this week, then you'll say next week and
so on. At some point in time you'll have a 50% chance
of being right. Let's face it Walt and the boy's
have a fare amount of investor ass kissing to do
before we have any real faith in what they say.
redrider - The "E" is gone.
No I don't and your right, delays like this sure
don't help. This happens far to often with these
small company's. I know there are new rules going
into effect for Pink Sheet companies eff. 5/01/07

That's what corporate America is all about "THE OLD
BOY SYSTEM" Great if your on the inside and sucks if
your not.
If GBRC has the technoligy Frank say's it has
and get's off his hands we could be a big player
in the world of oil.

willi1- Let me try this again and see how I do.
For the most part I think many would agree with you
in saying the possibilities of this technology and
what it's potential is great That's why I bought in.
The thing that bothers me is Frank has a lot of irons
in the fire a minimal amount of cash and nothing I
can see on the horizon that's coming to a conclusion.
I noticed in one of our local papers that the state or
county (don't remember which) will repave sections of
two roads using old tires as part of the materials
used. Now this could and should be a big deal for us,
but we have no plant to provide this material even
though there was a PR saying a deal was in the works
and would be finalized early this year.
Go back and look over the various PR's that Frank
put out, and then ask yourself, how many promises has
he delivered on. This is some of what bothers me.
Just not paying attention to what I'm doing I was
trying to keep investors expectations more in line
with reality. I started out replying to Willi1 and
got that mixed up with what I wanted to say to Q-Tip
on the other board.
Well I guess it was good for a laugh or two.
For the most part I think many would agree with you
in saying "the possibilities of this technology and
what it's potential is" That's why I bought in. The
baffling part to many is why did the company go in to
this silent mode(not counting general fluff type PR's)
some several months ago.Why no real press for CoroWare,
what about Altronics? What about Ashcroft, was that a
bust ? And then there is the untold story of Masa,
looks like someone didn't do their homework there.
The potential should be great, so what happened ?
Perhaps Walt is working on a super secret military
project and has taken an oath not to say a word, not
even to us. LOL
All these PR's look good in print, but until I
see something on the bottom line I'll hold back
on buying a bottle of bubbly. I think I'll take
the afternoon off.
A penny or two we might see in the near term but
beyond that, it would require a very interesting
PR we some real meat on the bones. Our boy Walt
would have to do a 180 deg. swing in how he has
handled investors. I'm all for it, but I wont hold
my breath.
Just what do you consider a nice pop here, a penny
or two ?
I'm ready for a real good May Day. LOL
No corporate Pr or NR's to keep investors interested,
so they move on to the next great idea of the moment.
I feel the same way, and I've said it many times
"I HAVE NO PROBLEM AVERAGING UP" And I
will continue to buy as we move up.
You just have to love a plan when it comes together.
My hat's off to all the longs here, especialy the ones
who were here from day one or there about, thay truly
had the faith.
You said I lost money I didn't. Were all famular
with snake oil sales men like you who have nothing
to offer but colored water. So do us all a favor and
bug off. By the way, are you a lap dog for Walt ?
must be the way your pumping.
Many of us have been here for quite some time and
hold shares .01 or less pre RS and have heard the
same stories then as now. Many of us where million
plus share holders, so we know what the drill is.
If this stocks price moves up with out a good story
to back the move you'll see what's left of us longs
moving out in mass. We all had high hopes for this
company and we all did our fare share of light
pumping. So if you want to pump, than be sure it's
tied to some truth that's provable.
I ment to include this with my last post. This was
taken from another board so do your own DD before
taking this as the truth.
Beginning in May 2007, each Pink Sheets quoted security will be put into one of the new categories described below. The categories are based on the level, quality and timeliness of a company's disclosure.
To give companies time to choose which category they would like to be placed in and take the steps necessary to provide the required level of disclosure for that category, Pink Sheets will begin the categorization process by placing a "proposed" label for each security on the Company Info tab of www.pinksheets.com. On August 1, 2007, we will begin to display the category label and a corresponding icon next to the company's trading symbol everywhere it appears on pinksheets.com.
OTCQX
Companies that have substantial operating businesses and provide credible disclosure to the public qualify for the premium tier OTCQX, which commenced trading on March 5th, 2007. For more information on OTCQX, please see www.otcqx.com. Companies listed on OTCQX or International OTCQX will have their premier tier logo displayed in lieu of a label and icon. All Pink Sheets quoted securities of issuers that are not able or willing to meet the high standards of OTCQX will be placed in one of the following categories and labeled as such on www.pinksheets.com effective May 1, 2007.
Disclosure Categories
* SEC Current or Current Information (identified by a Pink Checkmark icon) - Companies in this category will either be 1) registered with the SEC pursuant to 12(g) of the Securities Act and current in all required filings; 2) if not SEC registered, companies will make current information available to the market pursuant to Pink Sheets' Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information; or 3) a bank or foreign exchange listed company that makes their periodic reports filed with a regulator or home country exchange available on the Pink Sheets News Service.
* Limited Information (identified by a Yield Sign) - Companies in this category will have, at a minimum, quarterly financial reports prepared in accordance with GAAP, including financial notes, and certified by the CEO and CFO. Such repots will be available to investors either on the SEC's EDGAR system or, if not SEC registered, on Pink Sheets News Service. Financial reports must be dated within the last six months to be included in this category.
* No Information (identified by a Stop Sign) - The company does not make disclosure publicly available, or the available information is older than six months.
* Public Interest Concern (identified by a Skull & Crossbones) - There is a public interest concern associated with this company, which may include a stock spam campaign or known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders. During a spam campaign, companies that are not in the SEC Current or Current Information categories will also have their company's quotes blocked on pinksheets.com.
Future SEC. fillings will be a lot harder on
Pink sheet stocks, but hopefully a plus for
investors.
Now at $1.10 X $1.12. It would be nice to have a
little more volume, but i'll take the money.
$1.01 X $1.09 looks better, but on this basis
the first trade would be down .01 to yesterday's
close.
Yea, 100 share trade at .97 would take the wind
out of our sails for the moment.
Your endless pumping has gotten to the point of
being totally boring. If and when the company
delivers on any of you boastful pumps then come
around and polish your brass buttons, perhaps
then some of us might listen. Until then your
wasting our time.
$1.10 is what's showen on Yahoo and on my
Ameritrade account, why are you showing
something different ?
It means the company didn't file their financials
on time, so to indicate this our symbol is now
GBRCE. The company gains some grace time, but
some investors will hold back thinking there is
a greater risk here.
Nice to see we finished at the high end of this
spread.
Another week and another chance at closing
the gap to becoming a millionaire. LOL
"E" Are we lucky or what ?
"E" Are we lucky or what ? Good job Walt.
Aries your right, that report was on the negitive
side of thing's. Think I'll just set back and see
what develops, no need to rush in.
That's telling it like it is, INRA should not
expect better.
I see said the blind man.
I must be a little slow, I thought this was a
done deal some time back ?
12/11/06- UPDATE: Global Resource Corp Acquires Equipment Service Parts, Inc., a Specialized Tooling and Manufacturing Firm
Global Resource Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: GBRC - News) announces that it has completed its acquisition of Equipment Service Parts, Inc. (ESP), a Virginia based firm specializing in tooling and manufacturing, which has been in business for three decades. ESP reports annual revenues estimated at $4.0 million and net assets of approximately $2.5 million. The acquisition will become effective no later than January 15, 2007, as both companies have a calendar fiscal year end.
"This acquisition will immediately improve our balance sheet and give us an additional revenue stream which was not previously accounted for. In addition to the immediate positive impact to our balance sheet our company will save approximately 40% from the conventional biding process on the manufacturing of our patent pending microwave technology units. We anticipate an increase in the existing business of ESP by 200% to 300% over the next 18 months," stated GBRC's President Frank Pringle.
Dragon Man is that you out there bidding the
stock price up? LOL We have a nice little run
going for us.
You could have fallen asleep during that
interview and not missed a thing. YAWN !!!!
Spin thanks for posting it.
Lack of news seems to have taken us up, and
now it's taken us back down, it's YOYO time.
This was an ugly day, a little profit taking
would be expected. The point is it was just a
little, .05 to be exact.
MrF - I sure can't talk for others, but I for
one did cast a "NO" vote.
