...here is some truth which was denied here for months...
..."He (Mr. Kenny) said Drinks Americas lost a line of credit it had with one bank, which hampered its ability to move product. But the company has secured a new line of credit and is able to return to shipping its beverages"...
...of course we (alleged pumpers) were inundated with insults and scorn when we pointed this fact out...a fact that was filed with the SEC...Duke...
...and those of us not reading into something that's not there also learned something very important today...
...the JMS analyst happens to be from the local office, approximately 15 miles from Drinks' HQ...
...The Stamford Advocate happens to be a local rag serving both locations...
...Ms. Frzop speaks of Drinks' with obvious generalizations, and never once makes any "comments" which could be construed as indicating "coverage" or "interest" of the company...
...there is NO indication in her comments, NONE WHATSOEVER, that indicate that : "also means that JMS is fully aware of everything that DKAM and Kenny are doing."...it's more likely that before this interview, no JMS employee had ever even heard of the company...
...Ms. Frzop did not contact the Advocate with some "human interest story" of an "up-and-coming" local company...The Advocate called HER...
...you are merely speculating while misleading folks once again, even as the article clearly states : "No analysts are listed as following the stock and other investment advisers declined to comment because Drinks Americas is a penny stock."...
...in fact, the only true subjective comment that she makes re: Drinks' is : "It hasn't exactly taken off," regarding the movement of the stock...not exactly the type of "coverage" a company wishes to attract...
...in the meantime we continue to "learn" more about you and your brand of "DD"...Duke...
...my sources have confided in me that it will launch...
...earlier than the release of Dr. Dre's CD, which, I have been told, has been held up due to "Swine Flu"...
...but no time frame has been given, as Kid Rock has been biding his time until Drinks' can sift through the mountain of recent PR's / NR's / SH letter and attempt to decipher who will be held accountable for the numerous failures that the company has experienced during the past year...
...these "missteps" will be outlined during the upcoming CC which is expected to last 4-6 hours...Duke...
...c'mon, kezz...even sneaky will tell you...
...the REAL reason that they PP'D the CC is because BIG NEWS is on the way...
...please get with the program...Duke...
..."KID ROCK will be our SAVIOR" 2009...
..."LaBatt's will be our Savior" late 2008...
..."Dr. Dre will be our Savior" early 2008...
..."Trump Vodka will be our Savior" 2007...
..."_______" will be our Savior" 2010...
...please fill in your prediction...Duke...
...oh, so now I get it...
...we're not supposed to to dare sell a quality premium beer like KR, because we don't have the backing of a beverage powerhouse...
...we're supposed to give up on Asia just because a deal that I initially loved, but upon hearing it terminated, I lied and said that I never really liked it, was pulled out from under us...
...you guys don't deserve my weeks of quality DD...
...please don't come crawling back to me when KR beer is the largest selling beer in China...
...and don't come "sneakin'" around attemting to pry some links or other info from me...you guys are on your own!...Duke...
...I'm only going to say this once...
...Trump Vodka is yesterdays's news...
...anyone who dares a futile attempt to challenge this statement is risking public embarrassment and daring me to use my 25 month experience trading stocks to expose him (her) *note political correctness, thank you* for the trite and insignificant person that he is...Duke...
...that post might've been funny...
...if Drinks' had terminated the deal...
...but they did not...
...hence, the post is quite sad (and revealing)...Duke...
...sneaky_p...how's the current quarter running so far?...
...Duke...
...may I recommend that your DD begin to include...
1...what this company has accomplished since the day that Dre was brought in...
2...what they have reported in their 10Q's in the past year...
3...rereading the numerous PR's / NR's from the past year and matching the stated goals with the actual results...
...you guys need to take a deep breath today...
...this company's stock price is where it is today mostly due to the issues above and the company's current lack of credibility...
...hedge funds and naked shorting...GOOD LORD!!!...Duke...
...where do I go to get an update on the Internafta deal?...
...TIA...Duke...
...why don't you wait until Drinks' delivers on a promise or two...
...before you buy more?...
...this company "swings and misses" more than Dave Kingman...Duke...
...you forgot to add your "safe harbor" : "imo"...
...it helps mitigate the embarrassment when the facts don't match the prediction...
...I'm betting that they give away far more Kid Rock than they sell...and HEY!, what's wrong with that?...
..."Hey, kids, here's a $7 AMERICAN-brewed beer comin' at ya courtesy of Kid Rock Productions and Drinks' Americas...please drink responsibly and remember to use the urinals"...
...paying $7 or so for your very first taste of an unknown product, which my money says will not approach the quality of low-caliber "yahoo" brews such as Bud, Coors Light (YUCK!) and LaBatt's (whatever did happen to LaB?), could leave a VERY bad taste in one's mouth, even if the taste buds are heightened by crystal meth...
...no sense starting from a position of weakness...
..."HERE YA GO DETROIT!...free KR Beer until Memorial Day"!!!...
...now THAT's the way to create a loyal fan base!!!...
...do you love it?...Duke...
...actually, if you give me another gap down...
...like that day a few weeks ago, I WILL load up for a trade...
...why not?...it's only money, right?...
...I noticed a little trend with your posts...you seem to only respond to me...
...here's the deal with me...
...came here to "spoof" another poster...began to like the story, but not enough to "invest"...saw ONE trade opportunity, and did quite well, I must say...
...more than 100,000 shares all below $0.155...
...sold all between $0.18 and $0.26...
...am beginning to like this story less and less...every recent NR / PR is met by selling, although generally on a small scale...
...the two most telling (and forboding) days were the day that they announced the GBA "deal"...rose to $0.29 (remember I wanted at least $0.30)?, only to finish the day +6%...bad sign in my opinion...
...AND the day that the finance / credit facility deal was announced (Monday)...
...these are allegedly positive newsworthy events, in fact, as some have stated here, GAME-CHANGING events which, especially with such a thinly traded stock as DKAM, should attract buyers, AND propel the stock price, at least temporarily, whether traders or not are doing the buying...
...this has NOT occurred...
...please do not attempt to delude yourself into believing that the good news is that "no one is selling"...
...the more evidential, revealing and demonstrable fact is that NO ONE IS BUYING!...
...Duke...
...if you think the "whole investing world"...
...has even heard of Drinks', then you are SERIOUSLY mistaken...Duke...
...$0.60???...
...try $TWO.60!...Duke...
...as has been the case with most recent news releases...
...the response to the news of the new credit facility by investors / traders has been "milquetoast" to say the least...
...and, I say, this is a good thing...
...aside from the GBA release, which saw the SP shoot to $0.29, only to close that day +6%, recent PR's have not done much to move the stock...
...perhaps those that have been prone to "pumping" the stock have finally realized that "bottom line" results are what REALLY matters...
...I look forward to promising news from Drinks and a favorable entry point...Duke...
...AMEN!!!...
...now perhaps this company will get some product "out of inventory" and on the shelf...
...."The working capital we receive through this agreement strengthens our ability to maintain inventories,"...maintain?...
...you have to laugh...
...oh, and by the way, how about all of those posts we've read since Sovereign cut Drinks' credit line, telling us uninformed that the company had "all the credit it needs"?...
...I suppose $300,000 just doesn't go as far as it used to...
...Duke...
...another "high risk" icon...
...his entry into the Drinks' stable would simply continue Drinks' move away from classy icons such as The Donald and Paul Newman to questionable characters such as Dre, 50 Cent and Kid Rock...
...it's becoming more and more obvious that the demographic targeted by Drinks' has changed...
...the main problem with targeting the inner-city, hip-hop crowd is that their tastes change rapidly...they are trendsetters in fashion and consumption, but what is "hot" today is tomorrow's forgotten fad...
...all my opinion...Duke...
...to be honest, it really couldn't be much worse right now...
...a monster rally off of the proposed GBA deal is muted by the closing bell to +6% for the day...
...a disastrous earnings report follows along with unexpected news of the cancelled CC...no color, no further communication from the company since speaks volumes...no?...
...a slow, steady drip downward from $0.29 first on good volume, then nothing, now higher today...
...but, perhaps the cruelest cut of all :
...The Kid Rock April Fool's Hoax...
...longs here pining for just an inkling of pre-order numbers ; for a PR detailing THIS about KR Beer or THAT about Kid Rock himself...
...instead, a sick joke laid at the feet of anxious and news-starved DKAM shareholders in the form of a News Release on Kid Rock's official website...a stunt whose unintended and perhaps most-affected target was the Drinks' shareholders themselves...
...you guys cannot win right now...it's Murphy's Law X 1,000...karma is not in your corner...
...whether you believe me or not, I sincerely hope that better days are on your horizon...
...most of you here deserve much more than what the company is giving you right now...
...many of you are in deep...I hope that good news is on the way and that you are "in the black" within the next year or two...Duke...
...**ALL SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD READ**...

...I think people agree with you...
...did you notice the increase in volume and price in the past half hour or so?...Duke...
...nice call!...
...Duke...
...you get no argument from me, bub...
...Bud was cool when I was 16...
...I only drink American beer when I have no other option...
...I wouldn'd be surprised if KR was patterned after Coors' Light (unflavored seltzer with two drops of alcohol)!...
...Gawd forbid!...Duke...
...good luck penetrating the Chinese market...
http://www.reuters.com/article/oddlyEnoughNews/idUSTRE52U60B20090331
...not much competition, eh?...
...they probably won't even "scratch the surface"...Duke...
...they very well COULD be...
...but taking into account their recent history, I sincerely doubt it...Duke...
...the Asian network certainly appears to give this company...
...the "potential" (there's that word again) to establish itself on an international basis, but what good is it if you can't get your products TO the pipeline, as has been the case here in the U.S.?...Duke...
...there are at most half a dozen posters...
...that frequent here who are critical of the company, Ohio...
...what REALLY makes one wonder is how one can be long this company, observe the consistent sub-performance of it as well as the declining numbers, yet have NO criticism of the company...that smacks of pumping...
...come on, bro...get real!...
...are you at least the bit disheartened about ANYTHING that this company has done or failed to do in the recent past?...Duke...
...caution, please see post #32954 below...
...I was thinking of you and PKG when I posted it...Duke...
...here's a little something to chew on with your Sunday coffee...
...from "The Liquor Group - LIQR.OB"'s most recent 10-Q, covering the quarter ending November 30. 2008...

...more NOT to like about this company...
...they left $150,000 of unfilled orders on the table with just ONE distributor!...
...that oughta get caution and other dissatisfieds going!...they have been HAMMERING this point for MONTHS..."orders, orders, orders...where are the SALES???...
...at least the good news is that there appears to be some demand out there!...Duke...
...I knew I shouldn't have listened to captncarl!...
...Duke...
...whatever happened to the Internafta deal?...
...Duke...
...I'm actually embarrassed FOR THE COMPANY...
...that the first and most prominent visual that you get when you access the company's website is Dr. Dre...
...at what point does not delivering an album mean that there's no album coming?...Duke...
...Longandstrong1...welcome to the board...
...incredibly well-written and thought-provoking post for your very first post here...
...I was so impressed that I decided to to check your posting history to determine if you were following any other company's stock that you opine about, as I am always looking for another fresh idea, but, alas, this was your very first post on any subject...that surprised me because your style is eerily familiar to me...
...anyway, I digress...
...I have posted alot recently, and I see you made disparaging remarks about "short-sighted posts" and "trolls"...
...a few of the longs here bring credibility, but my belief is that when you cannot find ONE issue with the credibilty of the company, then you are solely a pumper...lots NOT to like with this company recently...
...what's to LIKE?...the Asian deal COULD very well be the "home run" needed to get Drinks' "on the map"...it looks great "on paper"...
...I'm assuming that I am one of the "trolls" that you are referring to since I have been posting frequently recently and my posts are often construed as "bashing"...since I am always open to constructive criticism, and since it appears that you have been following this board closely, please list any "offenses" (in YOUR opinion) that I may have committed recently that have inspired you to post...
...if none, please also state that...
...I assume that you're not going to suddenly disappear back to the audience, so I'll be eagerly awaiting your reply...thanks, Duke...
...not sure who you were referring to, Ohio...
...but no "weakness" on this end...
...my shares are gone, but still interested in a trade or two...I believe anything below $0.13 is a steal, assuming no bad news...watching daily for a sustained move up with the hope that the move is due to the finalizing of the Asian deal...could be just the thing to get her established recognition outside of the "penny" loop...
...still awaiting that post you promised me :
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=36588883
...hope you're having a great weekend...Duke...
...carl, four_kids, for the LAST time...

...go to buyins.net and pinksheets.net and do a little DD...
...the SEC site also has daily lists, but is tedious to scroll through...
...your chart has not been updated since December 2008...
...how can you not see that?...Duke...
...you probably could not have come up with...
...a worse analogy...
...Tiger double bogeys ONE hole, eagles one other, nails eight birdies and finishes with a 64 (-8) for the day...
...Drinks Americas hasn't even made PAR the past two years ; hasn't even made the cut...
...there you go wildly speculating about the future...again...a mere three days after your "Amazing Kreskin" first quarter act went up in flames...
...for certain, some of your numbers appear achievable, but let's not forget that the Chinese economy is in full reverse right now...that will be the excuse "next year" when your 1,000% prediction falls far short...
...I guess DKAM's shareholders are blessed that their "fledging company" could pull off this deal despite all of the stiff competition they were up against...
...I can only assume that you know the minute details of the deal that the other shareholders are not privy to...kinda neat, huh?...
...as I stated earlier, this could be the deal that puts Drinks' on the map, or it could be the one that puts the nail in their coffin...
...ALL MY OWN OPINION...
...details, details, details...they're SO annoying...Duke...
...carl, what does "the economic state of world business came to a virtual standstill over the last quarter" have to do with fulfilling NOT one goal or objective the past YEAR?...
...Oh,I'm sorry...they closed the Olifant deal, all the while creating a default on their existing line of credit...
**MAN!, haven't we seen THAT one twisted around more than Dorothy!**
...that's right, they DEFAULTED on their existing line of credit...
...from the Feb. 10, 2009 8K :
"Item 10.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
The Company has modified the terms of its credit facility with Sovereign Business Capital ("Sovereign"). Pursuant to this modification the credit facility will be due April 3, 2009 rather than June 2, 2009 and in order to reduce our fees on the unutilized credit line, and at Sovereign's request, we changed the amount we can borrow to $300,000, which is approximately $200,000 more than was outstanding on the date of the agreement. The Company is discussing replacement financing with several replacement lenders. ...
...this due to failing to get consent for the deal...of course most pumpers here have translated this as "good news" while ensuring all of us that the company DOES have a plentiful credit line available despite what the company has filed in their past two 10 Q's...
...NOW they (and you shareholders) are now paying 1% every 10 days for the Olifant loan...
...if there's progress hidden in there captn, please decipher it for us...Duke...
...Lee, as per the shareholders' letter in December...
...you shareholders were CERTAINLY NOT left "twisting in the wind" with regard to guidance provided for the quarter just reported...
...it was a "wing and a prayer" and it was unfulfilled...
...my opinion is that a view of the future can be observed in the rear view mirror...Duke...
...looking forward to it, Ohio!...
...Duke...
