I forgot #7 = BUYBACK (promised again for 2017).
We shall see, but this is the list of 7 items I'll be tracking for 2017. I only added Cannabis as it is now legal in several states and may be a good export product someday.
OK, I'm holding McKay to the fire this year to come through on one of the many initiatives otherwise I'm selling!
1. NAACO (a US Aerospace Company linked to BOEING)
2. EX-IM Loan (to fund all kinds of good stuff for import and export)
3. eBikes (to be imported to the US and sold in strategic US regions by shareholders)
4. eTrikes (to be exported to Africa to assist with hauling water)
5. Bourbon (to be exported to China because it is so good)
6. Cannabis (just a thought that it could someday become an exportable product)
More on "NAACO" from TPAC.....but I guess this is just a ploy?
Bill McKay, CEO of TPAC stated: "We have been in discussions with NAACO for more than one year and our efforts are paying off. We are in the non-disclosure/due diligence phase and therefore we will not disclose the true name of NAACO. NAACO has an excellent reputation and management team. We are confident that by working together with NAACO and cultivating our connections in the aerospace industry, we can greatly assist NAACO in expanding its revenue through additional contracts. We are optimistic that in the future there will be an opportunity to increase our ownership percentage in NAACO and to produce bearings at their US facility. We believe that our combined synergies will greatly enhance future opportunities for both companies. We also foresee an opportunity to sub-contract work to our partners in China. This as a great start to 2017 and we anticipate closing the transaction during the first half of 2017, subject to due diligence."
What about "NAACO?" Is this a ploy also?
SAN MARINO, Calif., Jan. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. ("TPAC" or "Company") (OTC-PINK: TPAC), announces that it has recently signed a letter of intent with a well-known North American Aerospace manufacturing company ("NAACO"), through which TPAC will acquire a meaningful ownership interest in NAACO. NAACO produces products for most major prime contractors including Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. Boeing business accounts for approximately 20% of NAACO annual revenue. Presently, NAACO has annual revenue of $12 million, with a backlog to support $15 million annually and projections to do $20 million annually by 2018.
What is the latest on the EXIM Loan....maybe it is being used to purchase the eBikes for importing to the US.
TPAC was going down the path of becoming an EX-IM business so now it all makes sense.
Looks like it is time for me to open an eBike business.
Does anyone know how big the first TPAC order of eBikes is? TPAC is the sole US distributor so probably HUGE!
Makes sense for more marketing exposure!
Did Strong abandon ADTM or is he still involved?
What's up with Oprah? Is she involved with this product?
When is Manzo going to take the next step and bring CCAJ back to life? Is a RM in the future?

Is DERMA-TEC a RM candidate for ADTM......looks like John B. Strong has invested in Derma-Tec and is a Board Member. Interesting!

I am going to LMAO riding one of those Trikes all the way to the bank!!!!! I'm loading my Trike with cheap shares soon! Maybe .0001, .0002 or .0003...get ready!
And Africa!
According to @TPACBearings TPAC just placed an order for eBikes to distribute in Hawaii, S Cal, and DC. Let the revenue start coming in.
Forgot about @TPACMuse...don't check there very often. I'll wait and see what gets tweeted on @TPACBearings. Looks like it may be time for a name change then!
Can you provide more details/quotes on the BTL deal falling apart since this March 14, 2017 tweet:
TPAC Bearings @TPACbearings Mar 14
Secondly, the progress with our bearing partner in China is good. We anticipate a good chunk of new business later this year.
$3-6B BOEING planes sold to Iran.....time for TPAC to step up to the bearing plate....

At least they would be able to sell bearings to the wheel barrow maker! I thought it would be for Boeing jets, but I guess wheel barrows and trikes will have to do!
Trikes, Bourbon, Bearings and Gold Dust, what more could we want for this .0003 company? Maybe some Cannabis to round out the exports!
TPAC Gold is on the horizon. Nice pic!
Nice, they must be getting ready to sell some trikes! Revenue city is on the horizon.
Why load BIG in TPAC? Do you like the Trike and Bourbon idea or do you think they will still supply bearings to the likes of BOEING, AVIC, etc?
Well, Bourbon and Trikes sounded like a good idea! The buyback sounded like a good idea too! Maybe we are golden and just don't know it yet, and life will come back to TPAC. Good pic though.
Thanks. I'm watching closely now with the transition from bearings to exporting trikes and bourbon. My expectations aren't high at this point but now curious if a name change will be coming. Seems to be a focus emerging away from aerospace bearings.
Is TPAC going to stay in the tank this week, or will the Trikes and Bourbon finally lift this higher? Maybe TPAC can add some cannabis to their export business to really get this going again. So much for bearings!
Apparently nobody is buying the Trike and Bourbon sales pitch! What happened to the bearing pitch?
So TPAC is going to move H2O in Africa. Is TPAC still going to sell bearings to BOEING in the US?
TPAC Business Plan and Timeline 2016-2019.....how is it going so far.....

And what is happening with the infamous TPAC 2017 BUYBACK plan?
Should be in effect now, right?
How is this TPAC LOI progressing.....NAACO has an excellent reputation and management team. I think TPAC was waiting for something from Australia for the 10K. The 10K and a Consolidated Update may be coming this week. As always, interesting times.
@TPACMuse was also interesting, but will be glad to focus on @TPACbearings going forward.
Hope @TPACbearings and the 10K have a good update on the way forward......including TPAC Australia and BLT!
TPAC Bearings?@TPACbearings Feb 23
There will be a comprehensive update shortly. We need one thing in place prior to the update.
Here it is...almost a year ago...let's see what the 10K has to say about this!
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/trans-pacific-aerospace-announces-revenue-120000544.html
Is there still a TPAC Australia? If so, looks like they should link up with BOEING there. Here's the latest from Boeing in Australia:
http://boeing.mediaroom.com/2017-02-19-Boeing-Names-Darren-Edwards-VP-MD-of-Boeing-Defence-Australia
TPAC CEO says they are still working on some things in China at the request of BOEING. He has also moved to China to focus and work more directly with BTL, AVIC, etc. TPAC is also working on a BUYBACK this year. If these things go as planned (finally), then things should work out much better this year then they did the 2nd half of 2016.
It has taken a long time to show results. We'll see if 2017 is the turning point. Looks like McKay is now staying in China much longer so maybe that is what was needed.
If Twitter is where McKay puts the TPAC updates, I'll take it. Trump seems to think Twitter is a good place to communicate his updates.
Also, we'll see where things go this year with BOEING/AVIC/COMAC. The COMAC C919 should be flying this year.
Time for an update on the BUYBACK and PROJEN as well!
And this recent tweet...."They [Boeing] asked if we could consolidate aerospace companies in China & have business run through TPAC rather than a foreign entity"
I really like this recent tweet......."Move to BTL ends rent, bootstraps us to AS9100-C, saving $250K, lines us up with COMAC, opens tech licensing talks & follows Boeing request"
