Nice observation. Speaking for many of us longs. All 2017 Rory threw us hint after hint about the explosiveness of the co but because of the long timelines it was becoming hard to believe. If you can read between the lines when Rory speaks, he is always hinting something.
Last Sept or Oct he said it was time for blastoff. He was referring to him signing Oracle but couldn’t tell us until 3 months later in January releaseing the 8K.
If Rory says he wants 20K subscribers by Q1, I truly believe it’s coming.
Some longs here have always wanted to hear what they wanted to hear based on their own timelines and hence why after a few days of no news they start doubting. But if you go back Rory ALWAYS held true to his promises
That said if you are not satisfied sell your positions and go buy BOA

I’ve been waiting on the sidelines here since October 2017 for the fins and was told soon since. What’s everyone’s definition of soon here? Then I was assured before Jan 1st 2018 and still no Fins. Is this company going to actually release them? Huge red flag in my opinion. In Canada if your financials are not filed after 2 Years the govt seizes all your assets and puts liens and judgements on everything and pursue you personally until you file for bankruptcy.

There’s a private placement that was granted to a private investor back in November who we only discovered his name on instagram. No 8K was produced for him. Neither for Mr Reddy when he bought an additional 1.8MM shares. I think if it’s from a private investor it’s not required but I could be wrong.

If my calculations are correct we should be now at roughly 10-12 employees in addition to 15 consultants and 3 directors.
It could be they are older positions but they were just updated 22 hours ago.
That said why would we be hiring lower level positions with salaries and not have revenues coming in.
That’s business suicide.
