Would you mind sharing how reliable you consider your source?
Why can't you just tell him? If you know of course.
Thank you.(eom)
Seem's to be a question no one wants to answer.
Let me be more clear so you may respond with a less sarcastic response. Did the company PR that tests were to happen at Yuma, AZ? Or is a leak? Rumor?
So where did Yuma come from?
How did this Yuma discussion start again? Was it PR'd, a leak or is it a rumor?
I find myself in a situation, fortunately, where I would like to invest some money. I've been thinking of throwing a little of it away with some more shares of SNSR, but I'm in no position to completely lose it. Trying to get as much information with the little time that I have.
Not sold on the insider buying, I'm sure they are are taking a risk as well, and it's not indication of future success. If they're talented and connected, as some here keep posting, then they will land on their two feet if this thing continues to fail.
So again, and maybe I just don't understand the tech. as well as others, but to me this airship design has been around for a long time. So what's so special now? Aren't there much more sound companies attempting the same thing with newer designs? But of course they don't have the huge upside potential of a seven cent stock. Therein lies my dilema.
I would of course assume that they are receiving at the very least an agreement. But other than information that is publicly known, I am uncertain if such information can be given to a private investor provided that a non-discloser agreement is also executed.
However,
You took part in a private placement, I'm sure not as liquid as common stock, no? Taking a further risk or is there information that was given to you by the company that you are restricted from sharing to the public?
Mide, it's been a battle for me to keep things in perpective, resisting the urge to throw mory money into this. My questions and doubts have been interpreted as bashing by a host of members who became shareholders many years after myself. I can assure you that I'm a shareholder.
So my question to you or anyone else who knows..........what's the big deal with these tests? Is there anything new to be unveiled at these tests from recent ones? And wasn't a segmented airship demonstrated to the military in San Diego at least 5 years ago?
To me there will not be a material increase in the SP until a contract is announced, unless something of significance will be shown this time?
Was this test anounced? Did it already happen?
Nil,
That address is some attorney's home.
You should be.
And don't be seduced by the officers' putting in there own funds, their belief is no guarantee, by any means.
Thanks, but I knew that the STS-111 cannot go to 60k feet. I was wondering if all of these tests were part of their "spiral development" to a stratelite or if it was it's own project to be produced, hopefully, as a 25-30k feet airship. Just wondering how much more patience I need to have....within 1 year or two to three more years.
Maybe you can answer this:
do they hope to produce the STS-111 or is it a prototype for a stratelite?
I agree. No excuse for not publishing a Letter to Shareholders or another form of update. They have done it before. Of course it was all BS back then.
It comforting I guess to know they have their money in the business. It's what I would expect. But as a barometer for success, I would not hang my hat on it. It seems to be the only peg for some folks here given the woeful lack of information from the company to it's loyal shareholders.
I don't think it's much of a choice for them. Someone had to put the money in. I'm sure they knew this before they came on board. I don't know them as much as some of you posters claim to so I don't know there investment judgement, but even Warren Buffet is wrong sometimes
All valid points, but this is a little different.
This is not insiders buying because they believe in a future rise in the price. These people are our only mamagement, puting in funds as a venture capitalist would, to keep the company solvent, to make this dream happen, or not.
Why to you put so much weight on that? We put money in too.
Only because they believe does not mean that it will payoff for them.
I would much rather be updated as to their operations more frequently to make a decision on this than to know that management has put money into the company.
According to the previous posts seems that there are at least two companies that are as close or further along than us.
Do they plan to produce the STS-111 or is it a prototype for the stratoshere ship?
Thanks for your response
How come no one knows about the 2nd sale of the Skysat. It was supposed to happen by 12/31/10. Or did I miss something?
What does the SEC settlement have to do with a contract? SEC buying blimps? Is there interest in this tech? is there interest to give the company money to develope a product to completion? Waht happened to the option to buy the rest of Skysat? Is there anyone not affraid to answer that?
Enough of this already, where is the interest other than related parties? Ten years of this POS. The best that anybody can come up with is glorified positive thinking.
When do expect to hear about the sale of Sanwire's remaining interest in the Skysat.
the address is GTC's attorney's home
Does anyone know if they sold the remaining interest in the Skysat?
Thanks for responding to a few of my concerns.
I know, I'm just saying. Why the name in your post?
"cooperation partner"?.................... Do they mean co-operation?
that is what I remembered.
Didn't a recent web page, after the ones you linked, mention their association in a "casual" manner?
Thanks, did not know that it was the State that did it. Very common when there is unfiled tax returns.
Thanks warp, not to hard to offer a professional response was it. your the first in two weeks to answer my posts.
Why do you think the JV was disovled? Why the casual reference to Sanwire on TAO's website?
Furthermore, is it a requirement of this board to be up with and remember every detail? If so please let me know and I won't ask amy more dumb questions.
I don't surmise anything with this company. I thought the LLC was set up to be the joint venture?
Since the joint venture has been disolved, how will Sanswire share in the operations if Tao has a customer?
That sounds like an advertisement.
With Sanwire-TAO disolved, what are Sanwire's rights to the STS-111? Mide or Warp?
