CRGP putting shares into the market is speculation and that's what COR is speculating. They don't want to give away 4 million dollars. None of us know what's going on. We saw a complaint. Evidence is not there.
Sounds like COR didn't do their jobs. Just like in 2013 when they were hit by FINRA for $1mill
Well here's to another day halted. We have till Tuesday. Not looking in our favor
The only problem with this is how can they prove CRGP bought back those exact shares. According to PR which is not exactly reliable CRPG hasn't even bought back 300m only about half of that. This is interesting
Should be fun trying to find out which shares people bought that were eligible and which ones weren't. The 80% is referring to the shares dumped after June 30
Due to the fact COR wants jury. I have little hope for this stock
Well duh. They are the defendant. When does it ever look good for the defendant especially since we have no clue what's really going on.
Tell me about it. Honestly. Who knows but it appears that COR messed up and shorted or CRGP knowingly bought shares to get back dividend. Like I said earlier. I think they announced this buy back when they found out about 25% rule and tried to grab as many shares as they could off of market. And COR is spinning it as them buying them and other have to pay them
Yea pretty much. So COR says CRGP knew about this but who knows. Interesting.
It was filled on the 25th I think. But of course may not have hit the books till 26th. And then halt.
Basically from what I'm reading if COR shorted or something and had to actually pay CRGP the dividend because of their buy back and the ex dividend date coming after the buy back started. So like we stated shorts have to pay dividends on shares borrowed if bought correct?
It looks like COR is sueing CRGP for declaring dividend then issuing shares and buying them back. Idk. I'm confused as hell but at least there is something here
And btw PINn told people yesterday there was a system glitch as started in this complaint. So just saying he wasn't lying lol
Can someone explain why COR is sueing CRGP?
COR was hit with a million dollar fine by FINRA in 2013.
Anyone know what COR is exactly?
What this is, is idiotic and just a bunch of speculations.
I called him yesterday. He didn't want to talk haha. Wonder why. Told me he gave an opinion letter and that's all he knew
If nothing is release by coming tomorrow then that's that over and out.
Of course. It's over no need to pump a stock that ain't moving for a long time if ever again
I'm also thinking they started to dump to recoup the lost cash from the divided. They were only expecting to pay 1.3 million but didn't realize they would have to pay due to the 25% rule. This is probably what FINRA saw and is now looking into the huge volume spikes after the divided was paid out. I would have thought the float would have been bought y a day or two after but that wasn't the case. We will have to wait and see go sing this till Monday and after that it is a lost cause. Back to re building account from the funds lost here. Good luck everyone.
Yup. I'm am on the UPC advisory board for FINRA. This board looks at unusual circumstances relating to securities. One of the examples being large dividends. So they could be looking into this and possibly seeing the legitimacy. This would just be strange since they already approved the dividends. Just a thought
I hope your right. Positive stuff just in the fact they got in touch with someone seeing as we cannot...
I mean there is a possibility that they cannot provide information in an on going investigation or something. Just strange one person gets a pretty in depth answer compared of others
Also have you looks up the address of the TA. It's a house. Interesting....
I emailed Jason. This was his response.
*You will need to contact the issuer, the contact is ir@callissioresources.com as I do not have this information.

Just spoke with TD and they are unable to locate an indication CRGP was halted. Jesus this is all over the place
If the does start trading again on pinks it will most likely be much lower unless the halt was god a very very positive reason. Which I'm assuming it was not
We will not get a PR. This is done. Over with.
Hey guys plain and simple. We are effed. Sometimes ha gotta take it good one time to learn for the rest. Oh well
I'm just stating that for the sake of comparison on why it was halted. That is all. I'm pretty sure shareholders are royally screwed here. But gonna remain positive and see if anything gets released.
But thanks for clearing up the news info. Who knows what it is. We might find we we might not. FINRA will not release info and if they are doing an investigation in sure that will take at least until next week.
I'm not even sure if T1 exists in the OTC world. I thought that was just major exchanges.
Would people please stop comparing this to RIVT. That is a non existent company. That was a whole different situation not even a scam.
They pulled the yield sign because CRGP had filled the quarterly report. That's all. They wild sign means nothing. Just up to date with OTC markets which no one gives a shit about. It's not regulated
I did. They will not give out information and have no date for halted actions to change
Yea I've called it rings two or three times then appears I have been hung up on.
Hahah agreed. At least I can laugh about the lost money. Damn.
That is what I'm getting at. I understand that investors were or could have lost money but Jesus let the day finish out. Idk screw it. Money will come back. This is an invaluable lesson here. I'll remember it
Funny thing is and ironic how they have the PDT rule in place so we don't say trade but then they just halt stocks on a whim. Oh well
