Hope so, this stock could really take off.
Sent this email to Mark.
Mark,
I am a stock holder in it for GLF.
Being a public company you are open to tons of critics. Many times over the past year you and Brett have promised your shareholders news or results and the date passes with neither. Once in a while is understandable in business but to be consistently failing on your promises is not promoting a good image. You don't have to give dates then no one would be disappointed when you didn't come through. Failing to keep your promise erodes shareholders trust.
The GLF tents have been a mess and I'm sure you regret even deciding to do that vs. building walls. Did you all paint over the fire retardant paint if so how will the inspectors approve the paint if it's covered by artist paints? How is the art benefiting the plants and since it is not benefiting them was the time and money spent hiring and painting the tents worth it? You asked Tick what he thought of GLF and he stated well its certainly the most colorful grow I've seen. Is that what we want to be know for? Would of much rather heard him say well planned most advanced grow he's seen. The place does not look professional. Seems more thought went into looks and fancy board rooms than speed to completion and functionality. Hope phase III is not such a mess and is done more professionally.
You were saying your surprised the market did not react better to the lawsuit news however there really was no news and the bit of information given just left more questions than anything. Also the reason the pps is stagnant and not able to run is the unfriendly share structure we have. Not sure if and when money will come from the Comcast lawsuit but paying those few lingering bad loans and possibly helping the share structure should be at the top of the list. The longs here deserve a better share structure and have held onto shares preventing this from dropping to sub .05. Show your longs you care and help us.
Lastly I have many comments on iHub and am tough on PNTV because though I know you guys are working long hours feel the drop in share price is in some part your guys fault for consistent broken promises and missteps on the phase II buildout.
GMason
I Vote Mark and Brett never speak again!! So many false promises every time, just a bunch of bull!
Mark just must have forgot to publish the report or maybe he just had technical difficulties again.
Resources vs. Funds I would of rather heard Mark say the settlement is giving them the funds to do things... not the resources to do things. Makes me think they received more of a programmers type award than a cash award in the settlement. With so many customers leaving cable companies that might not be as beneficial in the future but I know nothing about media so hope it helps and really hope there cash involved.
Mark said news in the morning so should be soon. We will see.
Stock would soar with a Share Buyback!
I may be critical of the company but I do hold a base and trade the other portion. Wasn't selling today .09's was a good sell time, .07's and below seems to be a good buy time lately.
Mark looks to be displaying confidence recently. How bout pay off debts and buy some shares back if they want the pps to go up!
Taking a bit off the table is not a bad thing, it's powerful to have that cash on hand to buy when the price takes a dip.
Phase II won't be announced this week because history proved they have yet to make a predicted date and they said they were just requesting the inspection Monday.
They don't pass on the first try because I have dealt with inspectors many times and if they don't come in on the first inspection and find something then they didn't do their job. I would leave a simple little obvious violation for them to find so they would not hunt forever for something that is boarder line and unexpected. But more importantly you don't cover what they asked you to complete, painting over the fire retardant paint is like drywalling over your insulation before you call for your insulation inspection.
My reasoning for less than 125lbs a month is they will have only 6 tents in flower cycle. Many flower cycles are 5 or 6 weeks not only 4 so will be on avg. 4 tent harvests a month and really doubt they are going to get 30lbs of premium flower per tent. Either way though even 125lbs a month starting in April is not enough to cover their bills/salaries.
If their #1 focus is GLF then we may have an incompetent management team because this build has been anything but smooth or timely, buildout grade so far D- or an F.
Don't see any chance of phase II announcement this week and probably not even next week. Mark said they were requesting an inspection on Monday hopefully that happened?? I feel they won't pass the first inspection with all the craziness there.
Mark said the tents were going to have the flowering plants in them. However tents only have one level so seems no multi levels till phase III. Doubtful they harvest 125lbs a month from phase II this way.
We were fooled they were so close, they are not the grow company many thought they were buying. Just using GLF as a tool for their media and accelerator, GLF is definitely not their #1 focus.
Mark explained why there was a delay due to the tents. It's in the ribbon cutting video I am not assuming the CEO said it.
Inspectors can be ruthless and may make them do another coat of fire retardant paint on their tents since they stupidly painted over it before inspection. Truthfully how does the inspector know there is efficient coverage applied of the fire retardant paint if he can't see it now. We all know now this delay was not MCIG's fault but PNTV's. I would say approval is mid December or later.
tents vs. building walls we all know now it would of been quicker and better to do walls. Had to run sprinklers to each tent just as a room would require plus can't do multiple levels in tents where they could of in rooms. Plus would not have had to wait or PAY for them to contract various artists to make the place look silly. If I was an inspector I would take a bit of offense to them painting over the fire retardant paint we requested also if it wasn't inspected before they painted over the fire retardant paint how will the inspectors know what's under the artists paint.
The place looks unprofessional but goes right along with a company that hires a guy named Master Bong. Nothing against you MB just looking for more professionalism from PNTV.
We should be extremely happy with .08 because opening phase II doesn't even make this a cash positive company. 125lbs per month starting in April at $2,400 lb is $2.7 million for the year. We all know costs of business will exceed 2.7 mil next year.
A dispensary license next year could get us over .20 again but feel right now .08 has the phase two built in.
HOW JEFF SESSIONS PLANS TO END MEDICAL MARIJUANA BEFORE THE YEAR IS OVER

With Marks estimates of a hundred pounds a months starting in April and what you have seen in the financials on what they are spending, do you feel they will show a profit in 2018?
The whole 1st Q will not have harvests.
I like the company but also trying to be real here too. Not saying they won't get there just not as quick as some may think.
Kitchen Equipment alone will cost 150K, everything has to be food grade including the packaging area. You can't just throw up a balcony plug in a hot plate cook brownies and throw them in a baggie with a GLF sticker.
I'm not bashing but the reality is there's no chance of them turning a profit in 2018 with the estimates they have given. 2019 possibly if phase III is going and a dispensary is on board.
All the WeedTv and MJ Accelerator stuff is a long way from adding true value from what we have been told. They all will eventually add value and I do think this could hit $1 but not for a long time.
This pps has phase II built in already it seems. Thought it would jump much higher with the imminent news but after hearing the numbers projected a .07 to .09 range seems right till something further is announced.
Profits will not come till 2019, being realistic just phase II is not enough to support this company from going further into debt. They have a lot of board members and spend a lot on WeedTv and MJ Accelerator and add in the 5 million or more to build out phase II and III.
Ok dang now I'm thinking first real profit comes in 2020 possibly. I'm talking true profit not revenue. And even if expenses are paid by the settlement that still counts against revenue to show a true profit. That money could run out quick if things don't go as planned.
In the video today talking about Comcast why did Mark say "it was a learning experience for both of them" and "at the time neither party knew how to monetize the value".
Sounds like admitting some guilt on their part too. For a settlement maybe Mark got any shareholder with 1 mil plus shares free cable for a year and of course 3 free VOD selections. And he gets free cable for life lol.
They are lucky the Comcast deal came through to hide its been 3 weeks past the 2 weeks past the 2 weeks past the 2 months that phase II has been delayed. If it was done they would of walked into the state office the next day, but seems the truth is it won't be done till Monday, hopefully.
I would bet anyone that they don't even get approval next week but it actually comes in Dec. just the way it goes here delay after delay.
Hope they use this money wisely and don't over pay for relationships with companies in bad debt like night foods. Who knows maybe the relationship with PNTV is what they needed to be successful but right now they are a debt ridden company with two products boasting about record sales in August yet the sales were less than 20k. Not that great so far.
I bet it's not as much shorts as it is just folks flipping for profits. Flippers use news just as a diluting company would (not saying any dilution here) and when they get their jump up in pps they take their profit and sell. Depending on volume when they sell it can send the pps much lower too. Which if it drops enough they are buying right back in.
Getting the feeling only folks who bought shares recently were existing shareholders.
I prob would not buy shares in a company I did not own if I read a lawsuit was settled but no details were given.
You listed a total of about $200,000 in past due debt, they settled a lawsuit so that 200k is probably about 1/100 of what they got. And that's a very low estimate could be 1/500 of what they settled on.
Rosin is not a big selling product anywhere it's impressive they have made what they have with it. A full understanding of the company and the market will help folks see the current situation is ideal and preparing PNTV for huge revenues starting in 2018. Once all said and done rosin will probably pull in the least revenue of any product GLF will sell.
However by producing it they achieved a Recreational cultivation and production license so a very smart move on PNTV's part. Also knowing they had a case against Comcast and drawing it out till Comcast was no longer in the driver seat due to their possible upcoming merger was another smart move on PNTV's part.
Would like to read news of phase II Occupancy Permit before the open tomorrow!
I am pleased with the 10Q as rosin will never be their big seller and if they can keep up this pace for rosin that will be a great extra 45k each month. Flower always has been the biggest seller and most likely will stay that way. So once they get their harvests going expect large revenues.
Real soon add in bubble hash and eventually all the edibles, drinks, oils, etc we could be looking at close to $500,000 a month just with that. Then add in the flower and it's huge.
Also thought was a good trading day, saw some folks exiting but even with that the pps still rose a decent amount. Looking forward to the next few months they have too much stuff coming to even list.
That news is posted as Comcast news also. So we will have many eyes on PNTV today that normally would never hear about us!!
This is huge for PNTV, going from a company in debt to having no debt and most likely plenty of cash left over.
Not many new businesses have that luxury, so much good news coming on the GLF side too.
This could get crazy!!
I did hear that and classic brush off by Mark, maybe it's coming soon!
This answers my question, thanks
You must have to record it in your financials so maybe we don't find out right away but should see info in their 10Q of the quarter they receive payment.
Yes/No??
Never would of thought next week there would be news better than the opening of phase II.
Added together with a nice settlement I could see high .20's by next Friday, come on PNTV!
If it's a huge settlement then I can't even guess how high it could go.
What fantastic news can't wait hear the amount!!
Come on 10mil plus!!
Things are fine the tents will make up about a 1/3 of the 8,000 sqft. If they are 20x20 that's 400sqft each, x 6 = 2,400sqft. You need the rest of the space for different growth stages before flowering.
The LED's nowadays are designed specifically for cannabis. Also they are growing from seed so no handbook to give best conditions per strain, now they should have a very precise starting point from knowledge of growing and each may be tweaked a bit from there. In two or three harvests they will have found best grow conditions per strain. Then opefully phase III will be ready.
Don't think tents there to stay once all is said and done. Though now all painted and wired up I guess they could use for testing new strains coming in etc.
Lastly the whole ceiling area in the video is racked waiting to hang lights from. Hard to see in the crappy video but if you remember the first tent video they did also talked about the very expensive rack system.
I have not lost faith in the grow, they need to do a better video and I'm sure will when the 1,400 plants are moved in to the area.
Terrible video how can a media company put that low quality video out. Didn't look too crowded either but was hard to tell.
The tents caused more delays and added costs than just building rooms from the start. You can't assume anything and they assumed the tents were fine as they came and could start growing quicker by using them. Thats a large mistake by MCIG and PNTV, 3 months of delays for ignorance.
All in all they look cool and place opens next week which with the normal delays is, you guessed it "Two Weeks Away".
Didn't think news of a party would send the stock price up.
Let's hope for phase II Occupancy permit soon, tomorrow would work but "probably two weeks away".
