When no news on Tuesday SP has faultered. Koos became so consistent on Tuesday PRs that I've noticed a pattern of disappointing volume and SP on non news Tuesdays.
Wrong. ANAS is a dead gutted shell.
LOL. MDIN products are garbage. Why make something no one wants?
No one cares, Sport. It's splitting hairs. 126 or 127, so what if they need cash? The point is any dilution of RGBP is down to a trickle since last fall and Lander has committed to and followed through on keeping tight control over it.
It's a game of chicken and the sellers are not budging. Buyers need to step up. These are very cheap prices compared to where this will be in two weeks.
Actually, MDIN is a fraud and SP cellar dweller. It's entirely misleading to suggest anything is different in 2016 than any other year. In fact, the SP is down or stagnant. Big volume sells suggest more dilution, the posted Q proved their Mr Checkout plan failed. They have no money and can't sell any of their trashy, novelty products in the US. But, they are trying to sell s few bottles in a massage parlor in Hong Kong. Lastly and most importantly, Briggs is a proven liar, thief and coward (see ANA-). Barton is just a thief.
See Jan 16 from CEO. RGBP has a definitive plan that includes in the next 30 to 60 days
Orphan drug Designstion
3rd IND submission.
Collaborations targeting Big PHarma
Final submission to FDA on their second IND
Looking forward to this week. Even without news if we continue the trend of the past 7 trading days were in the 20s.
ANAS offers nothing in a merger. Just empty shell. Barton has described it as an empty shell. No products. No cash . No sales. Describing this as anything other than that is some kind of self serving manipulation. But, that's not a surprise given the source.
Products garbage. Managenent a waste of human flesh. A multi year history of big promises, enormous failures lies, excuses and blaming others. Did I mention fraud? With all their "products". They can't generate 10 k in sales per Q.
What does that mean?
Sorry for your loss. I did the same a few years ago when I realized how little integrity existed in Barton and his team, how willing they were to lie, how bad the products were, and how the market was catching onto this scam.
6 straight green days. best bid price in weeks. All this without the news we know is coming. Yes. This is an excellent close.
Great close. 17 on bid.
60k bid support now. Break 16s. Let's move up
Bid volume up to 54k.
Agreed. Pure nonsense. ANAS is exhibit A on how to screw shareholders.
Agreed. Pure nonsense. ANAS is exhibit A on how to screw shareholders.
Bid volume now 47k.
Chillax. The die is cast. IMO, before the end of March we will get Orphan Drug Designation, a submission of a 3rd IND, and another collaboration/partnership announcement. We may also get an announcement on Dcell progress. Any one of the first three will push the SP much higher. All three and we fly. Until then there are not enough eyes on this and it will move sideways or very slowly rise. But, all is good in RGBP land.
Garbage products. Lying management. 3 yr failure. MDIN went through 3 CEOs last year and ended up with Briggs, who destroyed ANAS by diluting then R/S whole at the same time time failing to deliver on any product or sales promises. Average sales last 8Qs under 10k per qtr. Most importantly through Barton these folks simply make promises they don't keep.
More eyes on this are clearly needed. The story needs an answer to "show me the money" in order for a giant run. ODD may be part of it but a real money partner is the key. I think we are very very close to the former and pretty close to the latter. I like the SP direction but low volume is keeping it from moving very fast. Let's face it one seller more than that day's buyers keeps the price down and there are simply not enough buyers.
.0001 here to stay. There is virtually nothing between now and the next Q that will move this out of low trips. The last big "China" news did nothing. The latest Q underscored what a liar Briggs is. The recent reversal from "buyback" to "not too much dilution" brought an onslaught of .0002s on the sell.
If the next Q is pathetic and it shows significant dilution then Katy bar the door. That will set up a R/S for sure. I think OTC market players expect this and are staying away from this toxic company.
Now, it is possible that the next Q surprises. Sales of 50k. Modest dilution of 50 million shares. Then you can weave a story that gets this out of low trips.
But, I don't think that's gonna happen and anyone thinking that they're going to score with Wide Awake or get in BB stores is delusional given their past failures.
LMFAO. Wrong on all counts.
ANAS is an empty shell according to Ray Barton himself. And, he should know he directed the ransacking.
ANAS has no value to MDIN and predictions of success don't seem to come true on this or the MDIN board.
This dead cat goes up and down hugely on Deminimus volume every day. Trend is down down. Dead cat bounces are anomalies.
Small but significant green day. First time in a while it wasn't red on a news day. Would love to see the ask rise tomorrow over 16.
ANAS has value as an empty shell. Barton said as much. There will be no merger because ANAS brings no value to MDIN. Barton will sell it for 25 or 50k. Then the new owner will R/S and the investors get nothing. Seen it many many time on OTC.
As a comparison my recollection of Dcell PRs were
Early August 2014 experiments completed
Mid October 2014 Dcell IND submitted
early November 2014 FDA issues IND number.
With a little luck they can put the IND application a little faster and get this puppy into the FDA by end of March.
That's the right list. Prediction is all that happens before opening day of baseball. An early home run before we hear "play ball".
$11 or $12
Looking for the ask to break north of 16.
ODD has economic value too, IMO. Faster approval time, access to grants: it take some of the risk away and generally leads to much higher SP.
News confirms Landers plan progress. But, it's not the kind of news that will attract new investors. That's coming soon.
Landers on or ahead of schedule. With the experiments done it looks like he can beat his 2nd Qtr projection for a 3rd IND. looking forward to the news that will launch this puppy: ODD approval, BP collaboration, Dcell submission, and great news coming out of NCI collaboration.
.0001 or .0002? Who cares. This is toast. This scam is to well known. Put up the yellow tape. Scrape Ray's DNA off the television , and move on.
With volume these trades won't matter. Without volume SP is tenuous. If ODD is next volume picks up. If Big Pharma news volume off the charts.
Take a look at date of last few PRs.
Weds seems to be a favorite news day the past few months. Whether it's tomorrow or the next few weeks it's coming.
Face it MDIN is terrible. Their products don't work or are nothing more than novelty gimmicks, or simply don't have consumer interest. The story now emerging about former CEO, Brandon Dean getting an energy spray in stores when he couldn't under Ray's regime is an object lesson on the top to bottom incompetence of this company. Sales? They have a proven two year record of laughable 5 to 10 k sales per Q.
The idea that selling products Americans don't want to China is an Easter Bunny childish fantasy.
Bid price and volume rising
Great DD on this Garbage. Brandon definitely showed promise although it was obvious he was forced by Barton to put out bogus tweets and PRs occasionally. "Sales are up" kind of lies.
But, he got some things done and those who invested on the promise of his vision can't be blamed for being bitter now that he's gone. Given his smart decision to leave rather than put up with Ray I'm happy he's on his own and successful. His product label and ingredients look great, much better than Wide Awake. Las Vegas is a smart place to start selling an energy product: gamblers up all night sort of thing. Barton must be seething and scared at the same time.
Now Briggs is proving to be a lying predator. January he talks buyback. February he says he'll dilute only a little. LMFAO, That's the equivelant of saying "only the tip , honey". Then he puts out a Q that show 9k in sales. Not quite in line with his BS tweets about how great sales are.
I predict next Q the only real growth will be float.
