How would I know? All I do know is that this agreement replaces the previous agreement from August. I haven't compared both agreements closely enough to determine the differences.
Right! They renegotiated the original $35 mil deal. Titan does not have access to a total of $70 mil.
THAT will be the sign it's over...when the resignations start in January.
Let's say they do a raise and get $20 mil in the coming weeks. We are still WAY short and development has been significantly delayed.
Outlook is bleak.
Thanks bruh! No driving when consuming adult beverages! Hope you're having a great holiday!
Merry Christmas Everyone.
Things look dire for Titan but who knows, it's a competitive arena and there may be a company out there that sees an opportunity by making an offer on Titan's IP. If not, lesson learned. Hoping 2020 brings us all a turnaround!
MAGA 2020
Drunk as f*ck and signing off... Adios and Feliz Navidad!
Agree with ya but for a god-fearing soul such as yourself you certainly cast down the fire and brimstone on good'ol Davey Mac. No room for salvation huh?
They cannot raise the money now because of the previous raises. They've not been able to deliver after each raise and end up moving the goalposts - hence screwing over those that invested in the raises. They entice with warrants but the warrants essentially become meaningless. They are phucking crooks!

Yep. Crooks!
Spot on Hypocrates. LOL.
Merry f'n Christmas Pal
Did he give any ideas as to the types of financing they are pursuing? If they had been more transparent from the start, they'd probably be able to still raise the $. They've really let some big investors (from previous raises) down. Not to mention all of us shareholders out here in nowhere land waiting for a f'n message from the company simply telling us WTF is going on. The silence is simply more of the same BU11SH1T. Come clean with us for god's sake. PR1CKS!!!
Yep. Agree!!
Don't worry HC, Livendi and his mom are sitting in a cab in Toronto, waiting for the AGM. I'm confident he'll let them have it with a verbal assault.
We will see. I am in the camp that, while it is an important and needed milestone, it means almost nothing to investors. The funding to continue and complete development is THE ONLY THING that really matters right now. We are sitting idle otherwise.
Nadler hasnt seen his nads in 20 years. Pretty sure Mac has a vajayne.
Hell to the ya mango. Wanna hang Schiff, Nadler, Mac and the Rock by their elastic waistbands over a kiddie pool full of Crocs.
Do you all really think ISO Cert will cause a significant increase in share price?
I don't.
We were all making that same assumption regarding design freeze. That announcement did nothing!
...which would be roughly $150 mil.
They list the consensus target price among analysts as $4.38. I would assume perhaps this is their rough estimate of a buyout price?
Let's start a new rumor shall we?
I think they are trying to shake out the retail buyers still holding on for dear life.

Old news. His background was why so many were so high on him when he was brought on to replace John Hargrove.
With all due respect Mustang, NONE of the shareholder letters had any effect on how this company does business. We wouldn't be sitting here in this predicament today if they had. While you did compose articulate inquiries - and they were much appreciated - you seem to be patting yourself on the back for making a difference. I would argue that, over time, the facts have shown otherwise. I don't think it is a good idea to go slinging insults directly at the management - it does nothing. But I have no problem with posters on this board venting their built up frustrations. Management failed! And they not only failed but they've been deceptive throughout. They are scum!
C'mon, this was off the rails even before McNally's bullsh1t letter to the shareholders in July. WE have known for a long time they still needed $millions$ to get'er done. They just keep drawing this out and keeping their stakeholders in the dark. They are f'n crooks!
But hey, maybe a polite letter from the peanut gallery, ala Mustang66, will get them back on course. Because we certainly wouldn't want to offend them and make them angry at us.
Back'n up the truck... beep...beep...beep. C'mon BigT, Bidds, Quid, et al...grab a shovel n scoop.
I dunno. They will inherit my stocks when I / we die. They will be in a family trust. Just wanted to know about tax-loss write offs on what I sell before I die.
Let's stop talk'n about me die'n! And let's hope there isn't a funeral for Titan anytime soon!
I get all that. Ive inherited stock from my parents. My question is based on me selling now at, say, a $225k loss. I can only write off $3000 per year. So if my wife and I were not here in 20 years, I will only have written off $60k. Are my offspring able to continue the tax write-off?
LoL. I am beyond that.
Does anyone know... do my kids inherit my tax loss benefit after I am dead? They can write this one off until they are old and gray.
In other sh1tty company news...
TRXC stock tanks two days after Reverse Split. Stockholders who held on with their hopes and dreams tied to the company are now flinging themselves of the Empire State Building. Details at 11:00.
As Livendi sings "Hold on" while looking in his bathroom mirror with tears running down his rosy cheeks.
