yep, but all of our cash is currently tied up in inventory as expansion occurs...my guess is there wont be any changes to the share structure until at least late 2018-2019, with exception to minimal issuances here and there for services (i.e. Bianco) and note conversions (i.e. $20k per month)...Rich's ownership is mainly tied up in the form of preferreds for the forseeable future, however, these also need to be considered when determining realistic valuations...that's why the .50+ is so far fetched...If the product is a hit and reorder rates are high, obviously sales will continue to grow with new store expansion and reorders, then the opportunity will present itself to restructure the share structure and add extreme value to existing shareholders
Good for you...I'm all in, really wish I could devote more funds to this and average up
I wouldnt hate it if it happened, I just think the probability of that type of outcome within the next 365 days is highly unlikely
CJ that's a "speculative" value, not a "real" value - .50 puts this at a $400+ million market cap assuming the share structure doesnt change...Speculative valuations come to fruition on maybe 1 out of every 10 stocks, probably less...a real valuation based on what we know today is likely in the .05-.10 range
cheap is a relative term, what's cheap for you might be rich for someone else
Sample thats today, usually price doesnt sky rocket in same day...the sell on news crowd will be out on presumably new investors or longs accumulating at what they feel are fire sale prices...when the move "leg up" occurs it will be on relatively low volume days probably beginning Thursday and into next week.
do you have infinite $'s in your bank account?
and closing the day much higher...
Actually 14%, it was trading at .0185 before news and .021 now...= )
RIGHT ON AGAIN!
I've posted many emails here and I can assure you I didnt manipulate any e-mails, well okay maybe one...margharitas, beach, turks and caicos ahhhh
lol - I'm long here & I'm really not concerned about the share price today (as most longs arent) because once we receive some clarity on CA and corporate updates I know where we will be...and it's not at .01 or .03 or even somewhere between...I also dont believe the .73+ hype crap thrown around here...but somewhere between .05-.07 seems HIGHLY LIKELY
here's a suggestion, stop hitting refresh, shut your computer down and go for a walk
should I have put SARCASM before and after the post?
this doesnt mean this is a Rich issue, Rich anticipated higher inventory levels for this rollout, so I dont believe its lack of available product...this could very well be a distributor/CA liquor authority issue that needs to be handled with whomever...my guess is Rich has done his part, but he can not move other parties any faster...the waiting game is on...
just received an e-mail from Rich, here is his reply:
Hi Aaron,
Thank you for being a loyal investor and consumer of the Bellissima brand. I am currently sitting on the beach in Turks and Caicos drinking margharitas. Bellissima never existed and I'm so sorry for your losses, but you should've followed me when I cashed out! I will get back to you in a few months from my much needed vacation!
Talk to you soon.
Rich
This will push through .02 quick...watch how thin it trades through .03 when the eventual turnaround happens...all the flippers will be on the buy side of the transaction, MM's will quickly cover unsettled positions, impatient investors will chase....
yup, this is going to trade so thin back up through .03 very soon
I'll take it but that's no small feat and I'm not quite there yet, but easily .10
Agreed, I was down 50%, up 130%, now up 40% and not scared, not selling
Agreed, stopping now to get 2 bottles of Brut to support our cause
BUY on FEAR, SELL on EXUBERANCE...trading 101
ooo I know, the next leg up is going to come with a solid PR - who know's maybe even case sales for first 2 months
what I like about this stock is on it's green days it trades so thinly back up...like when we went from .02 to over .03 in 4 trading days...it takes weeks to pound it down and only a short time for it to recover...the reason behind that is because people are loading on the bid, there's no reason to chase and slap the ask when you can bid sit to get filled at a cheaper price...
Thats actually funny.
A PR obviously would be great, but in terms of the long term outlook for this stock its still doing very well...I mean I'm still up 70% and I get in early January...Im not taking gains because I know a PR will come and there will be new highs made in the coming months...does it suck right now, absolutely, but I know this is being manipulated by flippers, MM's taking out stop losses to fill lower, shorts preying on the weak hands and the impatient who wanted to make a quick buck, only to take a 20% loss...
All in all, those who sell out will come back because the POTENTIAL here is massive...my guess is Rich is being guided by Bianco not to issue any PR's until things are a DONE DEAL...the stock doesnt need "well, we are almost finalizing the BEVMO contract and you should find it in stores shortly"...the stock needs "the BEVMO deal is done and it's on shelves in 100+ stores in the hottest selling market in America" Also, we'd like to introduce our new Board of Directors, including Christie Brinkley, and blah blah blah. In addition, we'd like to inform shareholders we are diligently working towards an audited financial statement and will uplist when all regulatory requirements are met.
dont get stuck without shares...gonna trade super thin back to .03...there's not much for sale between .02-.03...flippers taking advantage of the silent period here...hold strong and you'll be rewarded
LOL - I was thinking the same thing...I might be in the wrong stock or following the wrong board
they do communicate, every investor/traders desire for frequency of communications will differ...the price has held .02 and consolidated here nicely for all of February...I dont need news every week or every other week...as long as I know Rich's nose is to the grind stone and sales are rapidly increasing, the news will come and the PPS will follow...
red days...we are green = )
looks like a double bottom off .02 dating back to early February and technicals looking very good...this stock is poised perfectly for a PR that should be coming any day now that'll have a lot for investors to chew on
My guess is Bianco has put the brakes on the PR's...we havent had one since Bianco was announced...before Bianco we were getting one at least every 10 to 14 days - my guess is it's designed specifically to release news that is newsworthy and not fluffy stuff for day traders
Rich gets it, most people here don't...He's absolutely right...You want plugs, but they need to be done tastefully and at the right moments, almost as if it's a part of the conversation
I live in Buffalo and Global Wine and Spirits carries the Brut but not the other 2 flavors
Just picked up 2 bottles of DOC Brut to enjoy with friends tonight...Buffalo NY, not on the map...Manager said it's selling okay
most here bought AFTER all that dilution...big difference being a shareholder PRE dilution and POST dilution
GET IN OR GET LEFT BEHIND...NEWS IS IMMINENT...most likely a PR some time next week
ummm k, but spreading misinformation doesnt help
that doesnt mean it's a parent company of ICNB...it means they IMPORT the wine...my understanding is United Spirits Inc is a private Company owned 100% by Rich
LOL since when did United Spirits become Iconic Brands parent company...man I missed a lot here
HUGE is a relative term...relative to the days trading volume, sure...short ratio around 40% of total volume, but still relatively insignificant in terms of total $ volume
