If the SEC has set a precedent in the last 6 months of returning a stock to the pinks then great for KMAG. If someone is going to suggest a return to pinks is imminent, how about posting supporting evidence and an example of a company that has already done the same. Anything else is mindless pumping.

I took a position in KMAG this week and want nothing more than a run to .25/.50 as smoke_em is speculating.

What I do see that's positive is that previous resistance that looks like a brick wall around .006 is now setting up as a solid support and new bottom.

As of Sept. 2012 none of the almost 1200 companies suspended and reinstated on the greys have ever gone back to pinks.

Stocks generally end up as what is commonly called Grey Sheet stocks after an SEC suspension. Technically, it is the Grey Market.

Market Makers are warned, pursuant to 15c 211 not to publish a quote for the security without reviewing its information statement/clarified information statement

Other OTC or otherwise known as the "GREY Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed on any stock exchange or quoted on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB.

Other OTC trades are however reported to the NASD so investors can still track price and volume, however bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so Best Execution of orders is difficult.



As of September 21, 2012: From January 2010 until today there have been a total of 1116 SEC Suspensions where ALL 1116 stocks were reinstated on the Grey Sheets after the ten day SEC Suspension ended.

Of the 1116 SEC Suspended stocks since January 2010 645 Registrations have been revoked.

The remaining 471 stocks are on the Grey Sheets (or still in the ten day SEC Suspension within the last ten days) and not one has made it off the Grey Sheets back to quotation by any Market Maker.

Of the 471 stocks that are on the Grey Sheets most are awaiting revocation on DEFAULT for failure to file Financials, wherein there were no other allegations that would require subsequent SEC Litigation(s).

Stocks that were Suspended for any allegations are awaiting SEC Litigation or are being litigated and those stocks will remain on the Grey Sheets and will NOT be revoked until all SEC Litigation has been adjudicated by an SEC Administrative Law Judge.

You do know that no company has ever returned before, why will KMAG be the first?

I never got the letter after the S-1 here in Canada and probably won't receive one for the R/S. Maybe they are only obligated to send letters to US residents.

Seems like a real love/hate relationship for you. AMBS is very much alive and taking care of business as it should.

Say what you will about Gerald but AMBS has a world class team assembled and promising science that will bring plenty of positive speculation.

Gerald has made his share of avoidable errors but none affect the solid business plan that will commercialize diagnostics and bring huge revenues to AMBS.

If more dilution is required as a result of a delayed JV, so be it. It is a necessary evil and won't matter when 10Q's start reporting 100's of millions in revenue.

I suspect the LONG gones have already started quietly reloading for the PR we all know is in the pipeline.

Nothing on the Walmart shelves here in Western Canada yet. They did say they were rolling out the line in select locations so most likely Eastern Canada closer to their distribution hub.

I can say that Walmart has a huge baby section and the other bottles in this category just don't compare. If the price point works for the Walmart demographic BIG news is coming!

We need to be reasonable here guys, Airtrona recorded $180,000 in sales last year and were almost profittable. Expecting $5,000,000 this year ( a 2800 % increase over last year ) is just setting yourself up for disappointment.

If management sticks to the business plan and keeps overhead low they may be able to triple profits for 2013 and record a profit and net gain to shareholders.

Potential here is great but Jim Cairns to date has left shareholders hanging. No updates on name and ticker change is concerning to me and I think we will be waiting until mid May for financials (if they come at all).

Hoping for another promo and pump, GLTA.

CCRY is non-reporting, they do not have to file anything. A name, ticker and CUSIP change would likely bring a new obligation to file financials, let's hope that happens.

I'm still waiting for .0012's and expect to get them before this goes on another run. I'll be very happy with .005

On what planet is a venue change from OTCBB to OTCQB an upgrade? We have been sent to the penalty box for late filing 3X in 24 months. If what someone posted earlier was true, we cannot uplist to Amex/Nasdaq now for a year or more. That milestone (that would have required a R/S) is now toast.
