Then take it up on MCIG's board.
Seems to be packaged just fine for VitaCig.
Since they are now really pushing the product
in the U.S., we can give Maury a report card
in December, on well he is selling Vitastik's.
Me personally, I read through comments
before offering an opinion.
I specifically stated no problems for
VitaCig, and their Vitastik.
Of which I personally hold shares in.
Yep, proof is in the sec pudding.
But facts remain:
1.MCIG owns 47% of the company.
And can neither liquidate any shares,
nor get bang for their buck on an
aquisition, unless they have sales.
2. That's why Paul hired sales veteran,
Maury Winnick, who helped generate
millions in revenue for Keratin.
And, has now set up a sales plan,
and sales force, of 80 reps the last
I heard from him directly.
3. Vitastik recently obtained another
global partner, United Kingdom.
.4 VitaCig South Korea has expanded it's
product offering to include e-liquids
and rechargeable Vitastik.
And has ballooned to 112 locations.
5. Japan and Australia distributors have
come forward and announced they will begin
distributing by end of month.
6. Numbers 2-5, ALL TOOK PLACE AFTER
THEIR RECENTLY REPORTED QUARTER FOUR!
7. Vitastik is getting ready to Re-launch,
with new Vitastik model, and redesigned
website.
As well as new cbd oil product offering.
8. This isn't so much fact but assumption.
Only uphill from here.
Both revenue wise, and fundamentals wise.
So, accumulate, hold, and wait for my
10x Bagger Baby!!!
This Diamond in the rough going 10x
Bagger, imo.
Real story?
Nice read from May, but Germany and
South Korea are bigger than ever.
South Korea now at 112 retail locations.
Up forty, in last few months.
Vitastik Germany viral success continues.
And has recently expanded in Switzerland
and Austria.
Nice!!!
Santos is out, and Maury Winnick, is
"win"ning, the prior sales and distribution
woes.
Up to 80 reps, a half dozen sales managers,
and growing global partners.
Thanks Maury!
Japan and Australia expected to be onlibe
end of month by the way.
Like it or not, the company is still
packaging and marketing the Vitastik,
as patent-pending.
Gives them a nice sales marketing edge,
don't you think?
Regarding kiosk, billboards, Oscars,
Hospitality agreement, I applaud the
effort and ideas.
But, since Paul continues to operate
without toxic debt, some of these
initiatives needed to be done on a
much larger scale.
Which takes capital.
So kudos to them for being visionary.
Agreed, thumbs down on some apparent
failures.
As far as the details on some of these
arrangements, speculation is a waste of
time.
We just don't know.
Excited about cbd oil line, new Vitastik
models, and perhaps dual company release
of Ultrasonic Atomizer.
Sweet!
Yes, revenues sucked for sure on 10-k.
But, they are in transition.
And now focusing on sales.
Can't wait till Re-launch.
Been saying that for forever it seems.
But, nonetheless, yes, Delay, Is Not
Denial!!!
Lol, actually, the packaging is top notch.
Eye catching, and aethetically appealing.
So, no problems there for VitaCig.
Certainly, not labeling the product,
em-j, or the fact that it contains
cbd, is questionable.
And is probably temporary move.
Though, I can't prove that.
Could you list the ingredients for me?
Not, what, lol?
Not sure that all responds to the
" FACTS", I laid out.
The packaging makes no mention of cbd
anywhere?
Les, more than likely, you received the old inventory, with
the new packaging.
When did you order?
And what flavor?
I don't know what you are looking at then.
If anyone has been following the company, and specifically,
VitaCig South Korea closely, it has been me.
And the fact is, VitaCig South Korea, Omnicam, had an agreement
for a $350k purchase order, within a specific time frame.
We all know the time frame went out the window.
And we also can gather VitaCig received payment for the
first order to Vitastik SK, for $100k, and reported on in
their Quarter Three report.
Following the shipment, it took several months for Omnicam
to establish it's sales and distribution plan.
Most of VitaCig's distribution took place after their
Quarter Four, which they just reported.
And has ballooned over the last few months to 112
retail locations:
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fvitacig-korea.com%2F%3Fpage_id%3D261
So your conclusion,
Quote,
" Looks like practically all sales for the year were
due to an initial order in October for $350K "
So, it is in fact incorrect to suggest their total annual revenues
they just reported, were solely generated by South Korea.
The good news is VitaCig South Korea has more than likely
re-ordered, in which VitaCig will report that payment
on next Quarterly report, or in December, the latest.
To support my claim, consider VitaCig South Korea recently
added Vitastik e-juice, and a new product, a rechargeable
Vitastik.
http://vitacig-korea.co.kr/shop/main/index.php
And that wasn't for free my friend.
It is actually quite possible if VitaCig did receive a
second order and payment from South Korea, that payment
alone may of helped the company beat their Fourth Quarter
revenue results.
How could you possibly come to that conclusion?
If anyone has been following the company, and specifically,
VitaCig South Korea closely, it has been me.
And the fact is, VitaCig South Korea, Omnicam, had an agreement
for a $350k purchase order, within a specific time frame.

So your point has no basis at all.
And in fact, is quite the opposite.
And the good news is VitaCig South Korea has more than likely
re-ordered, in which VitaCig will report that payment

Excelllent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, if you did some dd, their
rollout and expansion didn't really take
place until last Quarter.
And thanks for the heads up.
VitaCig should of received another
payment last Quarter, or this Quarter,
the latest.
Nice!

Slow and steady Baby!!!
Huh?
There is no one on the board with more facts then me.
Delay, is not Denial, my friend!
They are slow as snails this company, but everything I
have been expecting, and waiting for, will come to pass.
Even my $.10 Price Target.
Nice!!!
Lol, this will never go sub-penny.
The worst is behind us now.
Lot's happening behind the scenes, and
I anticipate several catalysts hitting
this Quarter.
Many of which are certainly long overdue.
That's not true at all.
I have been expecting certain
catalysts, but, next week I expect
another P.R. update on the company's
progress to date.
Thanks for your concern.
Expecting news next week!
South Korea now at 112 retail locations.
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fvitacig-korea.com%2F%3Fpage_id%3D261
That gives me every reason to accumulate
on any dip we see here.
Listen, it's all uphill from here.
I expect news next week, to confirm that
as well.
It's hard to have sales when you have no
Sales Manager, Sales Plan, Sales Force,
in place.
But that has all changed. hasn't it.
I think it is fair to expect sales growth,
rather than sales lowering, at this point.
Especially with several new global partners
coming aboard this Quarter.
Yeah, Paul is some scammer, lol.
He hasn't taken a salary or sold
shares in over two years.
And, it in that respect, and his avoiding toxic debt, that I view Paul as shareholder friendly.
Sorry for the confusion.
Actually, no!
VitaCig South Korea was still operating
under that initial $100k inventory.
As South Korea has only over last few
months, ramped up it's distribution channels.
So suggesting VitaCig has only generated
$26k is inaccurate.
The good news is VitaCig most likely received
a second tranche last Quarter.
Which means they will should easily report better revenue numbers on next report.
And I wouldn't call 40% profit margins, zero
toxic debt, dilution, and only a loss of $33k,
" Horrible ", lol.
Especially since Maury Winnick has since addressed VitaCig's sales and
distribution woes.
A couple of positives, Australia and Japan Officially
roll out end of month.
In my opinion, it's only uphill from here.

Yes, and $100k of that was deferred revenue from South
Korea.
So, in reality, they only generated $59k.
But, no matter how you look at it.
Revenues were disappointing.
I knew the revenue numbers would be on the low end.
At the time, they had no Sales Manager, Sales Plan, or Sales
Force, to even get the product out into the marketplace.
But, all is not lost, because they have addressed all these
issues, through the hiring of sales veteran, Maury Winnick.
I suspect we will receive another update P.R. from VitaCig
next week.
And will offer some good news and hope for shareholders.
Indicating what Maury has accomplished thus far.
And by the way, most otc companies would kill to report
only 33k in losses, with zero toxic debt, and zero dilution.
With profit margins nearly 40%.
Pita, you are among the more rational contributors.
Let's not exaggerate the results of the 10-k, or claims
of scam, lol.
Claims of inept, inefficient, unqualified, ineffective,
are certainly words I would use when judging his leadership
overseeing both MCIG and VitaCig.
By the way, scam companies sell no matter what the pps.
But, obviously that is not happening here.
And just so you know, Germany didn't start gaining
sales momentum till last Quarter.
No one has lost anything, unless they sell.
I knew the revenue numbers would be on the low end.

Face what, lol.
You have provided no proof to support
your claim that VitaJuice, is not available
in retail shops, or, that e-juice is a
larger market here or abroad.
Doing a Google search is not fool proof.
Half these mom and pop smoke shops don't
even have websites, nor do they advertise
every single product they offer.
Sheesh!
" May ", come, ooohh, lol.
Since MCIG and VTCQ do not take on toxic debt or dilution,
they don't need to do an r/s, now do they.
There is no spin on my part.
I have never touted or claimed revenues would be
" through the roof ", etc,,, on this next report.
I have been clear that following the new Vitastik model,
uplist to QB, the pps and revenues would improve dramatically.
Especially with new Sales Manager, Sales Plan, and Sales Reps,
in place.
Those two events have not happened yet.
VitaCig is a start-up company, and in my opinion, making great
strides toward company, and revenue success.
With no dilution or toxic debt, it is a no-brainer long-term
investment.
It's that simple for me.
Good luck MD, obviously you are looking for a friend
to talk to today.
I got other things to do.
GLTY!
Who here really cares about VitaCig's secondary product
offering, their e-liquids?
They are being sold by several online vendors and overseas
distributors.
But there is uncertainty if they are actually sold in shops.
Sorry, just a waste of breath for me.
Perhaps someone else will entertain this much ado about
nothing, discussion.
Huh?
His blog was completely one-side, and his argumentation was
crushed by someone in the comment section.
Don't know how one person's point of view, who gets paid
to blog by the way, prove's your point, lol.
We know for a fact, VitaCig e-juice is carried by several
different online vendors and distributors, so why assume, they
are not available in shops themselves?
You are theorizing why they aren't in shops, but don't even
know for sure if they are, or are not, in any U.S. shops.
Just a silly argument and discussion in my opinion.
Huh?
Please enlighten us, how would we know about it?
So, to support your claim of fluff, you mention a P.R. that
was given almost a year ago.
That only supports my claim, lol.
That these guys don't throw a lot of fluff P.R.'s
out there, or dilute, or take on toxic debt.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even then, it is more a case of a slower than expected roll
out, then fluff.
They are now up to 112 retail locations:
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fvitacig-korea.com%2F%3Fpage_id%3D261
SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And they received a purchase order and agreement for $350k.
So what?
Hopefully VitaCig received another tranche of that, last
Quarter.
Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because of his prior sales experience, and my own personal
experience's interacting with him.
Thanks.
Unless you have traveled the nation, far and wide, not sure
how you can make that claim.
And don't then switch the burden of proof on me to prove
they are in shops.
You made the claim, the burden of proof is on you to prove
that they are currently not available in any shops.
And thus far, all you have offered is conjecture.
Sorry, that is far from fact.
So, to support your claim of fluff, you mention a P.R. that
was given almost a year ago.
That only supports my claim, lol.
That these guys don't throw a lot of fluff P.R.'s
out there, or dilute, or take on toxic debt.

SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what?
Hopefully VitaCig received another tranche of that, last
Quarter.
Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Biggest catalyst to real sales and revenues is new Vitastik
model.
Which I expect by end of the month.
For me personally, the last two Quarters are a wash.
We have our sales Ringer in Maury Winnick, we just need the
new product line.
Then the company can really start promoting, advertising,
and kick in marketing initiatives.
Come On Already!!!
Oh, absolutely.
I certainly didn't expect VitaCig to
get off the grey's and trade over Pink
sheets, without relaunch of new product
line, updated website, and Santos to jump
ship.
Selling your position at .03 was a nice move.
But, the way I see it, delay is not denial.
And everything I have been expecting from
VitaCig will come to pass.
Including my $.10 Price Target.
So you got yours.
I suppose I am taking the scenic route.
But in the end, I will get there as well.
All that said, regardless of revenues, just
on potential and promise alone, the stock
should be trading higher than a penny.
That's how pennyland operates.
Personally, I think this trading level
is ridiculous, and easy money near term.
But that's just me.
GLTY!
I would be very surprised is VitaCig
didn't report another small net profit
on upcoming quarterly report.
But, even of that is the case, you are
right, it will have little impact for,
MCIG, and it's shareholders.
