THUS FAR ? This is what I mean about your posting. A lot of us have accumulated a million or more shares of NBRI, and to have you as a point person along with Bruce and Ocra makes me wonder why you are here. NBRI is a solid Company- -"thus far" is not an endorsement! JMHO
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Then why pass along your invesment insecurity to others, especially regarding NBRI, when you, brucegorman, and Ocra are supposed to be the insiders for our NBRI. If you lack this confidence in our "Gem", then stop posting messages on this board. Negative ones, or even slightly insecure, are of no help to us "Longs" who share CEO Leopold enthusiasm. JMHO
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
You are beginning to sound like your old self again. No need for reminders of past facts. We now have a group of solid NBRI investors well aware of NBRI's potential and outstanding management. As Ceo Leopold continues his business plan many more long term folks will appear, the kind of people that will help produce a steady upward PPS curve, not just a "flash-in-the-pan" curve that rewards only a few at the expense of the longs. JMHO
W A Calahan
Gemstone57:
Don't even suggest it !! That would do more harm to NBRI's future PPS appreciation, and would only draw in a bunch of penny flipping momemtum players out for a quick return and leave us with long period waiting for the smoke to settle. Patience !! Let NBRI do the speaking with firm PR's that we all can believe. CEO Leopold has never let us down with phony PR's. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Cee-it:
It appears that the "stock flippers" have establish a new price point (.04/shr) to overcome before NBRI can advance to a higher PPS level. A .03/shr was the old point and now a thing of the past. I hope all the remaining longs hold for the future growth head. Patience !!!JMHO
Walt Calahan
ihogan:
It is nice to see the patience being exercised by our "Longs" as NBRI moves with postive strength even though we occasionally see an expression of impatience posted regarding low volume. NBRI has a well thoughtout business plan that will reward us all. Patience ! JMHO

Question: Was the PSC (Penny Stock Chasers) hired to promote BYRN ? I was told they were awarded one million shares for a month of promotion of BYRN shares.
W A Calahan
"And they whistled to themseves as they walked through the dark grave yard at midnight" A good description of the messages on this board ! JMHO

tajiti:
Of course there is nothing wrong with it as long as it doesn't become excessive as it did a few weeks ago. If we shareholders allow ourselves to be guided by these posts instead of the official PR's issued by the Company, it would be foolish. At these PPS levels (ie, pennies) chart and/or technical analysis tends to be weak especially for pink listed shares, and it is why I use official PR's by the Company as my guide.JMHO
Walt Calahan
These posts are beginning to sound like the old "Whistling In The Dark" ones that never helped move the PPS up. Patience, everyone! NBRI is a solid operation positioned in the important area of GOLD MINING. JMHO

And the BEHL closing message always said: "I'm long and strong!".
The message now is "I'm long and wrong!". It will take at least three months for investors take a long look at BEHL/RWE combination. JMHO

It's a telephone company SCAM !!!!!

Yes, you are right - - "no need to lecture!" Follow your own advice, please. We know that there are opportunities other than NBRI, but we are stuck with our vision. Thanks for your kind words! JMHO

All businesses are risks, especially in these present economic conditions. That said, right now the precious metals area is a very promising area to be in, and Canada has the most friendly political climate for the natural resources mining industry in the world. Owning claims is very astute at this time, but patience is required. Suggest you look at other opportunities.
W A Calahan
Patience, Gemstone. This is just taking over a claim, nothing else. It adds to NBRI's inventory of British Columbia properties, an area of North America where natural resources are growing rapidly in value. Patience !
Walt Calahan
muaythai:
Forgive me for misleading you in assuming I'm a Captain. I read your investors hub biography and made reference to the high seas as an act of friendship to you - my apology. ABX got their start in the gold mining business in the same manor as NBRI when a group of investors in Golden, Colorado, USA(the home the Colorado School of Mines) began acquiring precious metal claims for development. It took more than a decade for them to really begin to grow and eventually moved their headquarters to Canada. Their recent retiring of their hedge position has made the news - - this multibillion dollar commitment is similar to a bold move made by Warren Buffett in buying the USA Burlington Northern RR (BNI - NYSE). These fellows don't fool around with Pink Listed companies at penny PPS.
Good investing to you.
Walt Calahan
Strong volume with upward PPS and large block purchases by serious investors, not flippers, this morning is a very healthy sign for NBRI. JMHO
Walt Calahan
kiwisteve:
If NBRI was able to get that information you refer to, it would attract potential JV partners, but the high cost and time to develop an updated appraisal would be excessive. CEO Leopold's business plan, if I interpret it correctly, is to buy the claim and then market it to mining companies who then would do this appraisal.
Walt Calahan

Whatever fills your needs and within your budget is the way to go . Penny here and a penny there, it all adds up, right ? Good luck with all your future investments. Pumping, indeed.

lars siler:
The only way potential investors will really become interested in buying NBRI shares is from solid results and PR's by the Company! I believe that this feeling that a large quantity of BS posts by pumpers can influence buying started with Jonathan Lebed's use of this technique for quick penney profits, and he almost went to jail, but was fined by the SEC instead. That young rascal didn't care one hoot if the company was into pig's feet, gold fish, green ALGEA, etc just that Lebed accumulated cheap shares before his pumping began so he could dump at a profit leaving potholders to cry, "what happened?".
CEO Leopold's successful business plan started long before all these flippers became interested, and the sooner they clean up their act, the better for the Company. Let NBRI do the talking, please. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Kiwisteve:
Excellent message, and thanks.
These constant posts by obvious pumpers are of no help to anyone, including themselves, in promoting NBRI. Most are "momentum-stock-flippers" that sell when they have a penny gain in the PPS. Insulting them, or trying to show them where they are hurting themseves doesn't help either. Penny greed is blind !!

That's old news ! Geez, what did ya' expect, the truth ? This new combination, however, seems to be a logical fit of engineering and research. I plan to wait and see if all turns out as stated in the PR before buying in. I sold me BEHL shares after the original PR about joining an unknown company (BS!) - - was a good decision, too!

A bunch of hot air and wishful thinking just to keep the present shareholders on board - - just plain BS! JMHO

Very astute and good advice ! Trouble is, like in politics, people buy the image only to regret it later when reality doesn't match the image.
"Pennies" are made for flippers and momo posters. JMHO

tajiti:
To much "Whistling in the Dark" posts here trying to generate interest with little or no content. Potential investors see this - - don't always blame the MM. Let NBRI do the posting of important PR's like the one today do the talking and the PPS will respond. JMHO
W A Calahan
No, but when dealing with so many unknowns, especially with
"Pink Listed" stocks, it is best to step aside and wait for "The rest of the story". JMHO
W A Calahan
All the present shareholders will receive one share of the new company for every ten shares of BEHL they now own. The fact that nothing is known about RWE's share structure when their listing is accepted leaves many questions unanswered. The BEHL shareholders who sold when the merger announcement was first made are now in a good position to buy shares in the new company when they become available- - - think about it ! JMHO
W A Calahan
toucan:
Your argument presented before on this message board is now weaker as the merger is resolved. It could take a year before all the legal and financial adjustments are completed. Try another pump ! JMHO
W A Calahan
During the last few days of the past week, we have seen heavy amounts of messages posted, up to 150 a day, of weak content even though some impressive PR's from NBRI and yet the PPS trended down. Now a fraction of a penny move doesn't have much meaning, but just indicates that investors are still in a wait and hold mood, that's all - - "Whistling in the Dark".
End of the year tax selling and the perceived 3 to 6 mnths wait for the uplisting, etc, will put a damper on NBRI trading. NBRI is still a great investment at this time, but patients is the order of the days ahead. I've been invested in this Company for over 2 years and still hold my shares. CEO Leopold's story (business plan) is as sound today as when
I bought in, but just don't look for immediate results - - they will come when all the pieces are in place! Otherwise, you are just another stock fipper after a quick buck at the expense of others. JMHO
Walt Calahan
These posts are beginning to sound like "Whistling in the Dark". I hope I'm wrong. JMHO

DMcD5:
Another way to look at NBRI at this present moment in its development history into a mining company is to consider its accumulation of BC mining claims as a real estate operation, similar to one who during WWII controls a large portion of property along famed 5th Ave in NYC by buying tax leans on these properties. Can you imagine how much these properties would appreciate after the end of the war when commerce began to explode? The British Columbia territory is a sleeping giant full of dormant precious metal claims that NBRI has been accumulating at penny cost and will in the future be very valuable as precious metal prices explode. And someday NBRI will decide to mine one of these claims as its own and begin mining it for a greater return that a JV can provide.
Consider this scenario in your DD of NBRI ! JMHO

A loss is a loss, and they all hurt. That said, best to sell early, say when a PPS drops by 5% or at most 10% - - you lose less blood, er' money. There are always another play to interest your gambling heart. JMNO

PS: 3 to 6 months until the uplist and financial access.
Bruce:
Go easy on Rem. He seems to have the knack of buying shares in companies with sudden upward momentum (flash-the-pan types to coin a prospector's remark) that then follow a slow decending PPS curve on the charts. The demeanor displayed in his posts are just an outlet for his frustrations. I do believe that people who put themselves in these positions have a deep psychological need to punish themselves in order to express anger in their daily lives. I tried unsuccessfully, I guess, to have him read The Power of Positive Thinking by Dr. N V Peale.
I think it would help us all - - right ? JMHO
Walt Calahan
PS: Buy high, Sell low - now that's unique but not refreshing!
ahdioyoda:
Correction. The date of the PR is Oct 21, 2009, not 10/10/09.
W A Calahan
ahdioyoda:
I don't mean to be coy, but the Oct 10, 2009 PR by NBRI states most of this information already. We readers just were just over joyed by the news that we failed to digest all the information provided. Read post 3831. CEO Leopold has been straight forward.
Walt Calahan
ahdioyoda:
A more confident way would be in a PR from NBRI. Has one been issued listing all the details ? Any thing else is pure hear say - - difficult to hang your hat on, or "he-said-what-she-said-etc.". JMHO
Walt Calahan
lars siler:
NBRI cannot tap the financing until all the conditions are matched placing it about 3 to 6 months out. Also, is there a limit on the amount of money they can withdraw each time they make a request ?
Don't get me wrong, but the financing will be of great help to NBRI's growth.
