I guess my wish hasn't come true without anyone's feelings getting all hurt. INTENTION: Make money on SFOR!!!
About the news coming out...yes, it will be info contained from the interview. However, there could be more info in the upcoming news than what was included in the interview. SFOR is at a point where their attorneys want SFOR to keep a tighter lip because of the caliber of a couple of the deals (they do have a couple of large ones in the works and some smaller ones)...the larger ones they are inking a deal with do not want disclosure as to who they are until the deals are done (nobody wants rumors or information that gets out that will be twisted in any sort of way). So, when the news comes out, it is good - but SFOR can only say so much per guidance of the attorneys. Be glad that things are progressing for SFOR, and that the share price is this cheap...it won't be for long!
***Disclaimer: This message was for everyone - I agree with Hokie that the news is good!
So far, it has been nice to see that there aren't many people selling low...make them come get your shares at higher prices - don't sell!
I think more positive than negative too. I agree!
Good chance prearranged or mm's...has happened so much in the past with SFOR - will happen again a lot more too.
OOB works...it keeps fraud down indeed. SFOR will rock upward soon!!!
I hope it is wide-reaching too!
Sunshine...since you've heard back from Mark and know pretty much what the PR is going to say, are you satisfied with what he said? I could be wrong, but I think SFOR's lawyers are keeping Mark/SFOR more "tight lipped" lately and going forward do to the sensitivity of lawsuits and deals being worked on.
Hope that is it too. With MM's, we are sitting ducks a lot of the time. She shows a few signs that she wants to pop upward.
Block of 7's just went.
Another way to tell if OOB or not...if a credit card company/bank has called you to TELL you a purchase HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE, then that is not OOB. But in the case of the AMEX commercial, the gal who is purchasing the watch from her laptop HAS TO authenticate that she is THE BUYER and WANTS to buy the watch. BIG DIFFERENCE...I've had others, Rolo, ask about it...one is a verification from the credit card company that a transaction ACUALLY OCCCURED, and with the AMEX commercial, AMEX is REQUESTING authentication from the buyer BEFORE the transaction has occurred.
No, that is not OOB. That is a "verbal authorization" that the consumer did not prompt to happen - it was Discover Card (or any other credit card company) that makes those types of phone calls/courtesy calls. What is going on in the Amex commercial is a different type of authorization. It comes down to the method. In the case of AMEX, the method is a cell phone used to authenticate by the user of the cell phone to select a certain button to authenticate that they were trying to purchase an item. Think "method" that is being used...some fall under OOB and some do not. A lot of "methods" do fall under the OOB category are covered under SFOR patents - but not all. The good thing is - a lot do!
What really stands out in the commercial in my eyes and I certainly think SFOR's eyes is the secondary level that takes place on the cell phone. Talk with Kay about it. I have weeks ago...it seems like the way that the gal "authenticates" on her cell phone is what falls under SFOR's OOB patent. Again, I spoke with Kay about it weeks ago. I think SFOR is excited about it among others - they need to get PhoneFactor and Authentify done first and then look out the many - many others out there.
Guess what...SFOR has shown interest in this! They are not announcing all companies who they will be seeking a licensing deal or will sue until PhoneFactor and Authentify have been completed in SFOR's favor. They want the precedence/case law set in stone before proceeding with others. It makes sense to have a solid baseline set in place before going after others.
Amex commercial...notice the authorization method via the cell phone.
Hold on...I will copy and paste the link to one of their commercials - it is very different than you described. Watch it closely and tell me what you think. I'll have it to you within 10 minutes.
American Express just starting using out-of-band technology and I am 99.9 percent sure the methods they use are covered under SFOR's patent. There are others too that are violating. It is my understanding that the patents SFOR has for OOB authentication cover most (but not all) ways one can use OOB. That makes a lot, but not all, people/entities/organizations/companies that are using OOB in violation of SFOR patents.
You will be rewarded too, Hawk!!!
Nice momentum into next week!!!
109k on the ask is left
Part of the reason is that consumers think their antivirus is all they need - most still think that until they get educated. Same goes with a lot of small and medium businesses. The need to utilize OOB and keystroke is now growing as data breaches are being discussed almost every day for the past year now (yes data breaches have happened for a long time, but nobody wants to disclose they were breached if they don't have to). SFOR thought the market was ready for their type of products years ago, and they were wrong. NOW and in the future is their time to capitalize.
Remember the tech days where a new company would be launched and nobody every heard of them or what their products even did, but yet their share price would hit $20 to $40 per share? Well folks, we are sitting here with a company that has been in the development stage for years awaiting patent approvals and now have them and the share price is under .001. Way under a penny...INSANE! Grab shares!!!
I second your opinion ACE! I cannot believe people that hate something so much spend ANY time on it? Doesn't make sense. If I don't like something, I don't go back for more - I move on to things that are better. I once was involved in a stock that I liked and then disliked it after a while - so I sold...it would be stupid for me to spend ANY time on that stock that I hate. Realistically, any of us here (for or against) SFOR aren't making the stock move in any direction. I agree ACE, lets all be in this ethically and for POSITIVITY.
PC Magazine's Security Watch - I presume is who he interviewed with? If so, SFOR will get a lot of attention!!! Thanks, Star!
Anyone hear from Mark lately/anytime this week? It would be great to hear more about the major telecom deal. I'm betting it is Verizon SFOR does a deal with. I know, there will be some nay sayers about it, but I'll bet it is Verizon.
SFOR is the best penny stock gamble by far...EASILY. I know of another company that trades around a quarter that is very attractive in many ways (has huge revenue and virtually no debt) but yet it has some bad points too. ROCK ON SFOR...your day is coming and we will NEVER see these prices again.
Another AMEX commercial (two for sure) that is trying to convey to cardholders that their online transactions using their AMEX card are safe when they use their cell phone to confirm that it was themselves doing the transaction from their laptop. I am 99.9 percent certain they are using SFOR's patented Out-Of-Band technology. I let Mark know of the first commercial weeks ago. Once PhoneFactor and Authentify litigation is over and successful for SFOR, then they will have a large string of companies they can pursue for licensing deals or lawsuits. SFOR will prevail!!!
We all know with litigation that it takes time and there is always risk of not going in any particular favor. Some believe it will shake out in SFOR's favor and some don't.
Cannot believe anyone would spend time writing about something they don't like (SFOR) instead of focusing their time on things they do like. Why be here then?
Bull...thanks again for you past contributions regarding the legal case. Just wanting to throw in other thoughts with your conversation with t/the other poster. Here goes...it would not surprise me that some of these large blocks are for payment to Blank Rome (discounted shares for SOME of their services already performed). I think Blank took on SFOR for one primary reason - BIG MONEY. How are they going to get BIG MONEY? They will probably score just ok with their first couple of suits, BUT, once the win for SFOR is in the legal books/case law, then, others (and a lot of others) can be sued faster and easier. That is what Blank Rome is wanting to do to make BIG MONEY! SFOR gets to share BIG MONEY in this licensing and lawsuit strategy. IMO.
This could have easily turned into 7's today, and they didn't take it down that far. UP tomorrow!
I'm betting the MM's wanted and grabbed a boat load of cheaper shares and this will pop UPWARD tomorrow since they now have what they want. Lets make some dough!!!
I believe there is a major (and I mean MAJOR) telecom deal SFOR is working on. I'm sure Mark will not, and cannot discuss this in any detail with any investor/shareholders due to rumors (and who knows what else could be spread around) about SFOR and the telecom company. I think it will be announced one day and people that wish they had a bunch of shares will be mad that they didn't get them. The share price will not be manipulated by MM's when it happens...buyers will go crazy over it. Wish I knew more about it, but I don't. The "chart readers"/traders will miss the boat on that one because the news will come like a thief in the night and the share price will soar.
Lukin, you are right...I don't think there is anything else below a penny that has such huge potential. Undervalued...if anyone doesn't have the shares bought already - you could be missing huge runs in the near future.
Keep your valuable shares!!! The rewards are coming!
Keep your shares!!! MMs are trying to play you - don't give them cheap shares!
Right on...they are snapping up anything that comes in at .001. Stop selling people...increase your position by not selling!
Probably just traders that want to make their daily bucks and move on without caring what news there is. Is that who you are describing? Thanks!
Are you seeing MM's wanting to take this to 8's and 9's again? Thanks! Crazy to sell here!
Does it look like it rebound? She's looking a little soft right now. Thanks!
Anyone selling is crazy!!!
