Wow, could be our first real money maker -- a bona fide tourist attraction!
Looks like the prison industrial complex is expanding into Bluefields to provide slave labor --

(Couldn't figure out how to post a translated version.)
Link doesn't work for me.
Cowabunga! $ACDU
LOL, Cheers, Wick, Best of luck to you!
Wick just wants those .0001s -- ;).
Quoth Lord Cuthbertson [longtime ACDU stock holder]: "I'm feeling a might Grey..."
Not all as it may appear in ACDU-land! $ACDU!
Indeed! Expecting great things from our little company as it weathers the political repression of the US "secret" Government. And of course, if all else fails, ACDU can easily obtain foreign registry.
This stock ACDU is like a Nordic or Greek mythological phenomenon. The 'Greys', the reflection of the Netherworld, the Quiet, the Chill, the Resurrection.. lol
That's it! Would make perfect sense that society ingenue Joanna Chimielewska would provide such a bloke..
Well, he is a really gone guy.. :7)
Makes perfect sense, Philly. I also appreciated the fact that Andy William is still on board, as per ACDU's recent filing.
GM, Philly Mike! Do you think ACDU will take the SEC's offer? Or will they litigate? $ACDU!
On the other hand, ACDU does have a powerful case. And they can play it for laughs, always a plus..
Ace! Thanks, Loophole. Simply fascinating! I'm thinking ACDU might do well to take the SEC's offer, allowing them to save face. Simplest way forward..
Failing reinstatement by the SEC, where do you see ACDU obtaining foreign registry? Any of the five BRICS countries would work, I think. Once they've obtained registration, ACDU ought to sue the SEC -- another iron in the fire, and a strong case at that.. ;D)
Clearly we have evidence of procedural malfeasance on the part of the SEC and other perps in the case of one $ACDU! ;D)
And you, Sir, were right from the git-go that this has indeed become a noir-style detective story. For anyone looking for a good read in the interim, might I highly recommend 'The Shadow of the Shadow' by Paco Ignacio Taibo II -- Mexico City noir..
South African registry might be just the ticket for ACDU.
Could be a savvy company, hip to the fact the SEC was targeting them on Military orders conveyed by a "rogue" agent of the FBI in between slices of pie a la mode, allowed themselves to be suspended in order to drive pps into the trip 0s where they could be scooped up toot sweet. Best theory I've come up with so far. Still waiting on my warrant to stroll into FBI HQ in DC and say, "Freeze, girls! Keep your hands where we can see 'em, and move away from those hard drives!" And don't forget the Israeli connection. It was Israeli weapons that murdered 50,000+ Nicaraguans during the Contra days. What is playing out in Ferguson now is the result of US cops receiving military training in Israel. Tear-gassing peaceful protesters and shooting them with rubber bullets, for God's sake. Chasing and arresting journalists, whew, this "New World Order" Bullshit is a global phenomenon. Shutting down BRICS is the #1 priority of the stupid TPP. Connect the dots! $ACDU
In the long run, a response to the SEC, who most likely shut down ACDU on US Military Intelligence orders related to the TPP, would likely be a waste of time, hence ACDU's plans for foreign registry. They would do well to seek out a country aligned with the BRICS.
Seems likely the SEC suspended ACDU for political reasons, using their delinquent filing as a pretext. As the company plans to seek foreign registry in the event they are unable to satisfy the SEC, I see ACDU having great value in the future. An interesting, though dangerous line of inspecting/ detecting, would be to discover how the order to shut down ACDU was conveyed through the shadows to the SEC. Remember, Nicaragua's government is our "secret" government's "enemy"..
In a Get Smart voice -- "Ah, the old tortious interference trick!"
Excellent point, Loophole!
And I agree ARCOS is key, the Chinese and the Russian governments clearly having an intense motivation to hack into that, what with the misguided TPP aiming to limit their economic growth and especially their access to the Atlantic via a larger state-of-the-art canal. A terrible possibility for any of us holding common shares, is that the previously mentioned (post #66753) "retired" US Military personnel did exactly what they meant to do -- stripped ACDU's assets and shut down what could have been a very helpful and lucrative company. Remember the Corporate World Order has a vested interest in third world sweatshops. Still fascinating to me for some reason I can't quite put my finger on. Or just overspeculation without enough info. Ah, well, to sleep, perchance to dream of rollicking late-night car parts deliveries into the mountainous Nicaraguan night.
Keep digging, loophole, we need more info to unravel this mystery.
I think what loophole and I are driving at is that there's more to the story here. Would have been no biggie to get those delinquent reports filed, which leads logically to the question, "Were they left unfiled intentionally?" -- and, if so, why?
I think ACDU is for real, the sums were paid for the control block and Joanna's well-earned $1.35 mil. Check out Xanadu's post # 66723 which references a post by now inactive on ihub 'rca' (post #60834) that states:
"It's a few retired ex-military guys along with a Hong Kong fund. That's the rumor in Central America. Surprising, they're getting a lot of attention down where I am in Costa Rica. We know their crew was looking at some land in Northern CR a few months ago.
The local Nicaraguan airline, La Costena, plans on beginning international flights to Honduras early next year. Sesna has built a repair and leasing center for the planes right at the Nicaraguan domestic airport. They anticipate flights to the Atlantic Coast to skyrocket starting mid-next year and that La Costena will be flooded with additional schedules. La Costena's backed by Taca and some Nicaraguan investors.
This is why ACDU sees a need for a quick, middle budget one night hotel stop by the airport. Nobody wants to pay $120 to sleep. They'll be getting some tax incentives with their army buddies running the program as well."
Just makes sense they'd want to shake out us longs, buy out the commons, and set up shop, perhaps using ACDU as an intel listening post. Not enough info to go on, and a great excuse for an adventure south of the border. Worst case is the Rev's on target and all assets have been shifted to "X Corp" or somesuch and we're left holding the shell. Something tells me there's more to the story than that, Spider sense and all that. Besides, it's clear that Bluefields will be an international hotspot in the near future, so however this turns out, I'm not currently upset I sank so much $$ into this crazy stock, as I will for sure be heading down there looking for a hacienda and some new revolutionary friends in the near future.

Just hoping all this was intentionally orchestrated to drop ACDU into the greys and pick up shares at .0001. If and when the canal goes through, a publicly traded company set up in Nicaragua dealing with infrastructure and accommodations would be worth a mint. Might call this one a long shot at this point, though.. ;D)
Good morning all. Still hoping for a miracle here -- you know they happen every day. And if the owners cut and run, I'm heading to Nicaragua to see what I can find out. Sky, are you available for recon?
I don't think they're culprits. I'll start with the SEC, you know damn well they're culprits! $ACDU!
Don't lose heart! I'm serious about an expedition south of the border. Tracking down the current owner of that 134 acre parcel on the Bay of Bluefields should be doable. Xan, was it you who mentioned that a group of retired military was who composed the buyout group? Clearly a vested interest in burying those of us who dare to question the Pentagon's hijacked corporate war-for-profit treasonous bullshit. And don't forget the Israeli connection -- 50,000+ Nicaraguans murdered with Israeli weapons, and women systematically raped, exactly as at least two "Rabbis" now exhort Israeli soldiers to rape Palestinian women in Gaza. We own part of this company. If the owners of the control block are breaking the law and ripping us off, we can have the distinct pleasure of tracking them down and setting things straight. Not to brag, but I'm 11 for 11 in tracking down actual bad guys. Cue the peanut gallery's mocking rejoinders! ;D)
All jokes aside, I say us longs hold tight, buy all dumped shares up to 47%, then buyout the ACDU shell from the Pirates, as they likely will have run off with any and all assets. Then we set up shop in Bluefields, having an enjoyable time every minute of the day mind you. Why buy this "broke pinkie shell" -- t-shirts, man, we can recoup our losses just with the t-shirt sales... [this is Plan B]
Right you are, Philly! I say we gather up an expeditionary force and head south of the border sometime in the fall. ;D)
