CMKX... from IHUB... zen.... I think CMKX and DEBEERS are now in bed with each other and JEFF is facilitating the sell of shares to DEBEERS. It's a win-win-win for CMKX/DEBEERS/MMs.

Can't wait to see the tender offer price!!

I also think CMKX found some other precious minerals that they will develop themselves... possibly oil as well!

Remember this part of the paragraph of today's PR...

"In my opinion, our first big win will equal the excitement of discovering a new minerals claim."

Urban could have said 'diamond' claim... since CMKX is primarily a diamond exploration company. But, in the PR, CMKX was described as "a mining and exploration company with abundant mineral claims in central Canada".

So maybe Urban was giving us a BIG hint when he said the following... "A great new alliance has been formed and all parties are ready for action." He wasn't referring to the race car alliance after all... :)

CMKX, very excited about latest news on campain and with all the talk of mergers, debeers recent dealings. Something is brewing and its better than strong coffee first thing in the morning. IMO and many others too I'm sure.

Just talked to a ham radio operator..

with contacts in South Africa and Canada. Word out is that DeBeers is going to buy out CMKX. He then asked my whaere he could buy more stock in a hurry-only has 2 million shares. Don't know how reliable this info is but thought it was worth passing on. Would explain 1 month of silence and interest in accurate share count!

prospector777x3 All of the info that I have is based on the attorney group that Urban has hired to put this in order. I know this for a fact! That the law firm would not and will not take a company like CMKX with out the proper $$$$$ up front!! Plus they would have NOTHING to do with a company SCAM!!! Also if it's not a huge deal for them forget it!!! go to someone else!!!! Other info from friends in the country of Canada tell me that something is up with some find up there however they have no idea what company. Hell, I have a friend that is on a drill team and they won't say who they are drilling for!!!! Very tight lips in the Diamond biz.

Pal Talk Update: getpb called the lawyers office and confirmed the Mr Glen is aware of the Pacific situation.

First Global was fired by UC and is denying sending Pacific the share count.

Pacific says they received the information from First Global in a registered letter. Because of the numerous calls Pacific received, it now has a recording stating that the OS is 400 billion shares.

Please do not call the attorney's office, let them handle it.

Let's DROP the subject and remeber the Market Makers paid little attention to the rumor and stayed strong on the bid and ask.

they do not know how many shares cmkx has actually issued (last good info has feb 2004 @37 billion)

i had her clarify and she confirmed that the 400 billion is not what the company has outstanding. they don't know that number.

the 400 billion is what is held in the public float!!!!!

it is critical that everyone understands what the 400 billion stands for. if not ask and i'll try and explain it better.

the number of shares issued by the company is unknown for now. last info was it was 37 billion...

the number the ta is offering is the number of shares held by shareholders of record.

any difference between the two is the short position, and any number over cmkx official issued shares is naked shorts.

However, it is a very different thing to confuse that with the "Float"!!!

the 400 billion reported by the ta has nothing to do with the number cmkx has issued.

the ta considers all shares held long as the outstanding amount... but it is not the what cmkx has issued...

if stockgate is real and if cmkx is naked shorted to the teeth then 400 billion could be mostly shorted shares...

which ultimately the hedge funds that shorted them will have to buy back. a naked short sale is made to a buyer who then owns the stock as a long.

the naked shorter takes on the role of issuer and must pay all costs related to those shares he has issued (like dividends) and must buy those shares on the open market at some point to close the transaction...

all we need to know now is how many shares cmkx has issued officially... so we may endup with 400 billion issued and 400 billion outstanding or we may end up with 10 billion issued and 400 billion outstanding... or anywhere in between...

zentman, I would have to agree about all the unbelievable posts that cmkx is going to 1 to 14 dollars a share, that would make many of us multiBillionaires ...yeah right!

I dont know about anyone else but I found it painfull today in cmkx to watch the pps stay where it has been. Just what the mm's wanted. I still have not sold one single share and don't plan on taking any profits till I see at least .0025 and then it will be only to cover my investment cost and maybe pay off a cc.
