Not true at all.
If you read the reviews you will know exactly what I'm talking about.
You act like SFOR is the only company with a patent in cyber security. It's not!
If the government needs SFOR we are in all kinds of trouble. I can assure you they are using a much better encryption than what SFOR has to offer.
It's all just noise until we have sustainable revenue.
That's not true at all. I've had a bench warrant issued for me before. It was girls failure to appear, I didn't read the date correctly. I called they withdrew the warrant and set up a new court date. It was no big deal. Ed is not shaking in his boots.
That is not true! The CEO even stated this himself.
Wait remember Microsoft paid a one time lump sum payment for past and future royalties. Remember it was to much of a bother and time consuming to pursue them in court! So Microsoft can just put it on any computer if they want to for free. Why would they buy it! Use your heads!
Wait a minute, he leaked to you inside information that he was looking to sell! Information that could have a major affect on the stock price! That's illegal and makes it a scam!
See do your DD and find out why Microsoft bought Phone Factor. It was not for SFORs product. You add miss leading people.
Microsoft bought phone factor that was infringing on SFOR. Microsoft had nothing to do with it and still doesn't.
Don't listen to me, Do your own DD. Read the real reviews about how secure their software is. Don't listen to the hype about government contracts and massive sales. That haven't happened in 8 years. And if it was going to he would say he was looking for a buyer.
This stock is over bought and everybody knows it. Don't get caught standing when the music quites!
Ask yourself why you would sell a company that you think could make billions? Why would the CEO even say that? The biggest pump of all time is the buyout pump. This CEO knows there is trouble coming.
You guys need to realize that they don't have a patent on keystroke encryption. Their patent is on their process for keystroke encryption. Many companies have the same product for free. Now I know they have other products also. However they do not have corner on any market.
Back to the low .00s. I've been reading the reviews online and there are some very concerning ones about how secure it actually is. Do your own DD!
BTW nobody knows where this will be in a year.
Just because you were not able to get 66,000,000 shares doesn't make the real estate claims accurate.
Let's pretend it goes down by 50% on Monday!
Yep that's what I used to try do, hold for a year. I got burned every time. Now I just pay the capital gains. I'm making money now.
I'm happy for you guys! Hopefully you don't get burned.
Sure, and when this crashes back down it will be called consolidation.
SFOR is being worked by a group who will soon change their identities and move on when they are done taking your money. They love patent plays!
I know the answer, they knew SFORs time had come and gone.
Then why didn't Microsoft buy them out? You know as well as I do if SFOR stood to make what everybody here thinks they will, they would have bought it.
I think you mean, don't get caught holding!
They've had 8 years. Why now? What is any different now? And if they stand to make that kind of money, companies would be lining up to buy them out. But it's not happening, and why would he want to sell if he stood to make that kind of money. And don't forget there are about thirty other companies in the same field with similar products. They are not alone in this market.
It's coming, I'm not going to try predict it, but you know it is.
Do you ever wonder how slapping the ask, or charging up the hill, breaking down the wall of resistance. How does any of this add real value to SFOR? It's nothing more than musical chairs. Somebody is going to be left standing holding a bag of ask slapped shares.
This s not a startup, they've had 8 years to bring in revenue and still not enough to pay the bills. Law suits will not make this company. Good luck!
They will be compensated by selling shares at a premium. You know this.
I read it, that's a pump piece! It's not news, it's an opinion. Read the disclaimer.
This stock is being pump so somebody can sell! There are to opinion pieces from third parties today in an effort to prop it while they sell.
The only new fact is, the settlement if any, is going to take a lot more time. So, some want to sell and reload! So watch out down below.
That's not news! That's a third party pump!
Rediculous!!!
Questions:
Most companies would hide the fact that they have no assets to hold up the share price. So why would Ed hide them when he could use them to pump up the price.
If he wanted to hide them for personal gain why would he put them in company names? He could have collected some of the salary he has been forgoing to purchase them instead.
One thing is for sure if Ed didn't own 2 billion shares he would have lost this company to some of the criminals he hired, out of desperation.
Ed is a fighter, he could have given up years ago but he is still fighting the odds to succeed.
I've never said you can't make money on SFOR. You can even ride free shares and dream about getting wealthy! I prefer taking profits.
I was going to say the fins don't lie, but then who knows they are unaudited.
I got all my money back and more from you guys last week!
You are right, 3 years ago I got suckered into SFOR by reading this board. Now I do my own DD. Just read the fins for yourself, don't take anybody's word for it.
