Yea, some decent volume, and early too which is a change, usually get it later in day. I expect a PR this week, maybe regarding the name change, perhaps tomorrow before the Conference Call. We'll see. Would love to see a major client announced to send this roaring, but do you think they will hold off on that until the B/D's start? I dont know if thats how it works but it would obviously be in the best interest for B/D's to get started before PPS goes higher. Thoughts?

I have no idea what you are talking about. And again "nothing wont happen" doesn't make any sense. I never attributed any volume to the B/D. I said it wasnt from that... You are confused.
Based on posts here, it seems like the influx of volume yesterday was more accumulation by those here on the board, not anything due to B/D. Volume amongst us wont get this PPS moving, were all looking for sub .10. But maybe today is the day the B/D starts movin. Why not?
Not sure where all the gloom and doom you are preaching is coming from. You keep referencing his answers to the weekly questions. The only negative from the answers that I saw was the seemingly "walk down" of the revenue projections, almost as if he is preparing us to be let down as he knows $50 million is most likely not going to happen. That being said, $25 mil, $10 mil are OK by me as long as tech is taking off.
None of us are going anywhere soon. April is a HUGE month in my opinion, so were all watching and seeing what happens. If the B/D stuff (and everything else expected) fails to bring in the volume and PPS appreciation we are all hoping, we will reevaluate. In the mean time, proof read your posts, they are hard to read with all the errors.
I think most of us have been quite patient. I have not lost faith. Im still here... Im just saying that alot of things are supposed to happen in the next 30 days. One that im most hopeful for is the Matrix "acceptance" from their board to utilize the tech. If that falls through, we are in a bad spot, because as far as I can tell, we are then banking on the success of the ORU Market, which I cannot say im as faithful in, albeit, i havent done too much research into it. Obviously there are other clients in the works but those are the biggest we have heard of yet.
Additionally, if all of the catalysts go through, and we STILL see no change in PPS, low volumes, etc. Then I will have to make a decision still, but it will be a harder one. We will see.
I downloaded it and couldnt see anything BBTH related. In fact, its not that complex of an app - a few options to select, none of which lead to anything bNotifi related. I dont even see where they would put the tech in it.
Its beyond frustrating here. Hoping that changes soon. April is the deciding month for me. Show me what youre worth BBTH...

1. Will the BBTH CRM platform be easily integrated into some of the larger ERP systems and other softwares such as NetSuite, Sage, Quickbooks, ADP, etc.? Working at different clients in the accounting field, I've seen quite a bit of integration between different ERP systems and the compatibility they have with other sales tools. If the BBTH platform tracks sales and sales can be made directly on the platform/walkouts, they might as well submit the transaction to the company's ERP system for the finance/accounting teams. A simple yes or no answer is fine.

2. Did the broker dealer say they would for sure provide the presentation to the public (or to Rory to release publicly) which represents their research and sales pitch to their clients? Or is this something you “hope” to make public?

IT WAS A 3-MONTH PROCESS THAT RESULTED IN AN 80+ PAGE REPORT. THE BDs REQUIRED THAT REPORT BEFORE THEY WOULD MARKET OUR OTC STOCK. CURRENT FINRA REGULATIONS REQUIRE BDs TO PERFORM THOROUGH DUE DILIGENCE ON ALL OTC STOCKS THAT THEY MARKET. As far as BeachBody is concerned, they were given free use of the product to test the technology. How much potential revenue could we receive from them? As far as ORU is concerned, while they would 'hope' to attract 250k members, they only have 13k paying members right now, which only translates to 65k dollars a month recurring revenue, or 780k thousand dollars yearly. Agreed. I know alot is going on behind the scenes, or so weve been told, but this has been going on for almost two months. Catalysts are coming soon but i dont even know how much those will help the PPS. There is so little publicity on this stock its insane, especially with the celebrities they have on board.
Where do you see 4-5 new employees?
I honestly dont think we will see any revenues in the annual report. Yes, Rory stated that he would not do PR's for small deals and what not, but it seems alot of what we have been doing is lending the tech for free in return for access to systems. No revs. He even said there will be nothing of note in the report.
I want to get it out of the way so that April's to-do list has no excuses for not being done and we start seeing real appreciation around here.
He seems to be wrapped up with the Q4 reports right now. But you are right, this has been dormant for almost 2 months. Need some news, and it needs to be something worthwhile. Hopefully we see something soon.

Rory just sent an email to me updating the status of the questions:
"Hey - wanted you to know that I didn’t forget the iHub questions. As you know, our 10-K is due in a few days and I’ve need to devote time to working on it with our CFO, Auditors, lawyers and Board. I will answer them as quickly as I can and send to you to post."
No response from Rory regarding the questions yet. He did respond on Friday acknowledging receipt of the questions, but no answers yet. Will post as soon as they come in (unless he answers on board directly)
I do think there is confusion with what the product is as we have not seen it utilized anywhere yet. But if you feel that way about the stock, then I would sell and move on. Not trying to be mean or discredit your stance, I get it, but I like to think that all these successful people wouldnt be on board with something they dont believe in. Rory seems to believe that this will be huge and has either convinced or proven that to those successful people for them to hop on board. I think we all will be expecting things to shift in Q2. New website, Rebranding, Brokers Dealers, Implementation of the tech, Matrix update, etc. Alot to see how it all plays out. Who knows whats in this investor presentation that Rorys jacked up about. It could explain the tech well, have info we dont know of yet, and in a concise way it could prove the case for new people to invest and drive up the PPS. Tech stocks are all about potential revenues, so we need a few dominoes to fall and then well start to see big things happen. If they can sign Matrix in April, that will be a big first step.
Im patiently waiting for all of this and if NOTHING happens after that, well then we can all start complaining again.
I think were all dissapointed that we are not gettin 100's of thousands if not millions of shares traded a day, but does that mean it wont happen in the future? We are on the brink of the brokers/dealers implementation and if after that we are still stagnant, trading 0 shares most days, id say we have a big problem. But this brokers/dealers thing is the expected answer to our complaints. So lets just wait it out and see what happens. Do you have an idea as to why its trading so little?

I have sent these over to Rory and will wait for his response. I told him to respond at his convenience, which may be today, may be next week (his track record is usually very good). I want to keep the questions under 5 each week, as for this not to get too much of a burden. Im sure as news starts flowing there will be less (and hopefully not more).

Rory took his final look at the AGREEMENT between BBTH and the brokers/dealers. He didnt like certain things in the agreement (future rights to offerings, etc.) so he made changes to it and the ball is now in their court. He told me they have a "super cool" presentation that he would need an 8k filed to share with us but is looking to do that once the Brokers/Dealers agreement goes through.

This company has NOT been hyped out of all proportions. I agree that there is trouble understanding it (which hopefully is shown better with the new presentation/website/etc.) but in no way is this stock hyped on a grand scale. There is hardly any press about the stock. While there is hype here, thats about it. Emerging growth articles arent widespread...
Revenues will be important but potential revenues also drive a PPS. We just have to show that the potential is real.
Volume was over 1 million one day last week and we wound up even... i think its low becuase as stated above, the exposure is minimal, and everyone who knows has stock already and is holding tight. Small amounts here and there are accumulation/ MM games.
Rory was very enthusiastic about the Broker/Dealer presentation to potential investors. Believes it showcases the technology very well. Hopefully garners alot of new attention.
In regard to the weekly questions/concerns: If you have specific questions please either private message me or write it on the board (i usually read everything). Ok so quick disclaimer, I took this call on my lunch hour and was expecting maybe a 15 minute call about the idea I had suggested below (from email I sent yesterday):
My idea is this:
Weekly, I put together on Friday morning some of the bigger concerns/questions of the week from the board and send them to you. You respond (at your own pace) and then I can basically copy and paste to the board. Some weeks will have a few questions, others will have one or none, especially as news starts flowing. This allows written responses, in relative real time, that goes straight to the board, with no personal spin or interpretation. You can even just take the questions I collect and answer straight on the board as you sometimes do.

Rory made himself available to talk for an hour. I thought I would get maybe 15 minutes and boy was I wrong. It was completely unnecessary on his behalf to take that time for me, but it was MASSIVELY appreciated. We talked about a lot of things, most of which has already been discussed, but I took some notes on my iPhone during the call (again I was not expecting to discuss anything other than the weekly questions and thus not prepared) and have summarized below. I had no questions prepared, but asked some that cropped up along the way. Noted: Bad Dog and HoT do an AMAZING job relaying these notes because it is not easy to take notes, engage in the conversation, AND remember everything from such a valuable conversation. So thank you for doing that, its tough work.
Sorry if there is any overlap of info we already know. Just want to put it all out there. Anyway, here’s the goods:
SHAC Calls – Originally the idea for SHAC calls from Rory was so that the representatives (Bad Dog and HoT) could bring the concerns at hand to the company and then Rory/BBTH would be in the know and could address them in their own way through releases, announcements, etc. It somewhat morphed, very quickly, into the board expecting immediate answers and led to obvious problems on the message board with interpretations/timeliness of the notes being presented/questions being asked, etc. It became something it was not intended to be. With the new conference call method, these issues will be fixed. They are working for it to be put into effect by next SHAC Call. Rory was also on board with my idea and I am glad to do it. Each week I will put together a couple key concerns/questions/etc. and send them to Rory. He will either respond to me or directly on the board. If it comes to me I will copy and paste it directly. No interpretation/spin/translation at all. Straight from Rory’s keyboard to the board. Rory reiterated that he would only be able to respond to questions that do not call for material non-public information. He hopes people understand that.
Matrix – Matrix was and is very excited to implement the tech. BBTH was fully expecting them to start Q4 2016, but unexpectedly the administration over at Matrix wanted to get involved and that is the cause of the delay. Rory believes they will go ahead with the implementation and expects an update in April.
ORU- Rory has great expectations for ORU. To quote him, “We think this will be MASSIVE, assuming ORU management executes their plan - which we believe they can.” ORU, on top of what they already offer, is coming out with some new things that Rory believes will be huge (ex. ORU is coming out with ORU Travel (self explanatory) AND ORU Health, a new Health Care Coverage system where you can get low cost health care very easily) and the bNotify technology will be an amazing way for the current subscribers to increase their income by using the bNotifi technology to recruit other members. ORU is NOT using the BBTH platform. Instead, the tech will be baked into their own ORU platform. Subscribers only have to sign up for ORU and they will get the FULL technology. New and current subscribers will get the tech for free for a limited time and then they will have the option to pay to keep it. The tech will come with pre-loaded walkouts so they can use and see the results of the tech, but can only send it to a limited number of people. Rory believes this will be a huge success and people will sign up to pay with no issues after they see how well it goes. BBooth will keep $5 of the $6.99 monthly recurring charge. It may be charged directly to members' ORU VISA cards - which they get when they sign up for ORU Premium - and be offset by the income members generate from participation in the ORU program. ORU has approximately 13,000 paying members right now and they havent yet begun any advertising or marketing because they are waiting to get the bNotifi technology integrated and tested.
BeachBody – (Which is actually a major distributor with 40,000 members in the Beach Body network marketing side of their business) BeachBody fits in the same category as Bridgewealth. Both of these clients were given the tech for free in return for our access to their systems. In working with their systems, BBTH could then create the best possible utilization for the Health & Fitness markets as well as the Financial Services markets. In other words, they were “stepping stones” that allowed us to get the tech in order, fine tune it, and THEN go after the big clients. While the BeachBody DISTRIBUTOR is not currently paying for our services, they are in the works to begin implementing the system and HAVING EACH MEMBER paying in the near future.
Brokers & Dealers – Rory sent BBTH’s changes of the finalized agreement yesterday and they are currently just waiting for them to approve. Rory believes it will be approved very soon. The B&D’s have a “super cool management presentation” to distribute to their clients and Rory is going to make a point to release that in an 8k so that all of us can view it. “We are a couple of weeks away, with luck” – Rory.
Rebranding – They are looking for an early April announcement for rebranding. They want to coordinate the rebranding, the new website launch, Broker & Dealers, and the FINRA filings for a new CUSIP number and stock symbol for obvious reasons. No info given on the name or anything of that sort.
Integrated Links – A lot of people are interested in the use of this part of the tech and are planning to implement it but Rory cannot say who (for obvious reasons) until they begin using it. The reason for this delay is that companies plan out their advertising and marketing a year in advance in some cases. I asked what quarter we could start seeing these announcements and he stated that “in 3Q and 4Q 2017 high profile customers will be announced and begin.” I pushed further asking, “Do you have an agreement that they will start then or is that just a guess or prediction?” and he said “No, they will start then.” Artists and celebrities are working to figure out how to best use the tech properly with their fans/following. Rory stressed that this is NOT where the big money is. The big money is the CRM space. Rory stated that our tech blows away Salesforce. Salesforce is a great tool that's really used to TRACK salespeople, bNotifi gives salespeople a tool to ACTUALLY CREATE SALES (and tracks everything on top of that) - not just report their activity back to management.
Finally, Rory asked me to address this specifically. I will be the first to admit I have not always abided by this, but moving forward I will be. Rory asked me to help promote tolerance on the board. This is very important to him AS WELL AS the company as a whole. Those who criticize the company or post negative comments (without being ridiculous) should be embraced, not vilified. Those critiques and questions allow BBTH to take a look at themselves, it helps the process, and it helps BBTH grow. We should not attack those people, instead we should INFORM those people. Additionally, those who are enthusiastic about the company (as long as they aren’t blatantly making things up) HELP the company. They post on other boards, spread the news, and promote the company. This helps all of us. We do not want to discourage enthusiasm. Basically, the board should not be a space for calling people out and attacking one another, etc. It should be a space to inform everyone to the fullest. The more informed that investors are, the better.

Hey guys, so the call with Rory went very well. It lasted for almost an hour (seriously, the amount of time he takes out of his day for us is unheard of). I thought it would be 15 minutes. Agreed. Did you do a write up from the SHAC Call? Obviously if you are moving we understand if youre still working on it.
I have a call with Rory today actually. With HoT previously MIA i wanted to keep the communication open so I mentioned to him that I could maybe collect the big questions/concerns each week (max like 3-5 topics) and send them to him and he could respond to me (and id copy and paste answers to board) or he would answer directly on the board. This way no translation/spin/interpretation other than your own. I told him if he was too busy for this not to worry, but we will see. He was interested and asked for a chat.
With the new idea of the SHAC conference calls, it may not be necessary. Excited to speak with him though. Will obviously update the board this afternoon.

Palazzo is a live/work loft environment that’s relatively inexpensive compared to traditional office space and has suited our needs very well until recently. We will need a larger unit here or somewhere else very soon. There’s a number of tech and media companies here, as well as a number of freelance resources.
