"This makes it unlikely that Mexico will legalize marijuana in February, especially with Marijuana Moment noting that legislative leaders have yet to convene meetings on the new proposal as of yet."
A supermarket, a health food store, and two convenience stores equal four retail locations but three different types of market. Get it right.
How many cans were there in the three orders? Without hard numbers it's just another meaningless pump job by Welch.
I picked up a rumor on the other board that the announcement could be HEMPd drinks will block coronavirus. That makes sense because CBD will do just about everything else.
It's good that RMHB already has so much experience of hemp farming on the 157 acres of Comanche land in Oklahoma. We don't know much about it but as adi says it makes good business sense not to let your competitors know what you are doing. The strategy to make RMHB a worldwide leader in Hemp and CBD products is going nicely. And with Mexico (gateway to Central and South America) about to explode the whole world will soon know what it is like to be powered by Rocky Mountain High. Renewable energy doesn't just come from the wind and sun, it can also come from a tin can. It's all so awesome. Another one of Michael's famous podcasts is really needed to explain it all to the more slow-witted shareholders who are having difficulty keeping up with the amazing developments.

A special thanks to everyone who helped make this project happen.
Comment by Rocky Mountain High, Inc. today on Facebook:
We know there is a lot happening in the media about our Puerto Rico committee right now, but we don't want you all to forget about our progress on our Mexico client CBD Life.
We've got some exciting updates coming on Monday that you don't want to miss. - here is just a teaser.... (pics of Christian Vega doing his clown act in front of pallets of empty cans)
No indication at all by adi (#61722) that an earlier posting of the Appeal Judgment had been removed from that board. It was a straight informative posting without any accompanying comment. His reposting implies that he found it. So pathetic.
A response to the post showing a pic of Welch at the San Juan airport:
The I Love PR behind him is really cute. Welch is showing his hands are ready to grab hold of those "lucrative" grants if he can BS the Puerto Rico crowd sufficiently to hand them over. Someone in Dallas spotted the incentives on offer there, had a light bulb moment and thought that would be the next good con to try on for this failing company.
But the officials there will be alert to carpet baggers like him who try to get in on the reconstruction that is underway. It reminds me a bit of the carpet baggers who moved in on the devastated South after the war. Gone With The Wind anyone?
Of course they still have those billion authorized shares to get through if (when) this latest scheme goes nowhere.
Yes, a post well worth a re-read.
I know, they think that airily announcing they have plans to set up a major industry starting from scratch in a very questionable place like Puerto Rico should be taken seriously is in fact highly amusing.
We are still waiting for the hemp growing plan on the 157 acres of Comanche land in Oklahoma to become a reality. These guys are quite shameless.
A post which the other board will no doubt find too hot to handle despite its relevance to the present can can dance going on there:
If the present run were for the balance of the 2 million cans (i.e. 1.955 million cans) there is no reason why it would not have been gleefully announced. The fact that the number was not specified is a significant pointer that the run is considerably less.
Pics of pallets of empty cans with a grinning little clown posing in front of them proves nothing. Show us the numbers.
Yes, Mexico is a lemon and now Puerto Rico is a rather ham-fisted attempt at a distraction. There is absolutely nothing in that PR that has any solidity to it. Without bothering going into all the obvious glib horse shit what really caught my eye was Welch talking about "lucrative" grants. They sure would be lucrative if he ever got his hands on them (which he won't).
The article was speaking of CBD products.
Puertio Rico? What's that about?
A response to #61591 by adi on the other board that won't survive:
How many other goat rodeos has RCH Grupo run?
They didn't seem to know the subsidiary is not CBD Alimentos but CBD Life
We don't know what happened to the 45,000 cans that were "well received" except the designs were no good or they wouldn't have needed changing.
We don't know how many cans are in the present run, presumably not a lot or they would have been trumpeting the amount.
We do know that the actual profit margin to RMHB will be miserable despite Welch squawking about large revenues for total sales.
We do know that real revenue being generated by all RMHB products won't be nearly enough to fend off more dilution courtesy of the toxic financing agreement.
We do know this long running goat rodeo has taken years and is still not done.
Try adding your "Exactly!" to those inconvenient facts.
Have you still got hope in EEGC jerseyfish?
Isn't Rocket High supposed to be an energy drink that is going to take on the mighty Monster? You would never know it reading the other board where they are all in furious agreement on how great it tastes (and how smart the can looks - although apparently not smart enough since the company stooge adi says they are going to change it).
It's odd that for a beverage that purports to be an energy drink not a single one of the enthusiastic reviewers has commented how energized he has felt after drinking it as if he could run a four minute mile. Nor have any of them said how the CBD has improved their "healthfulness" although one of them opined he thought he had a "mellow" feeling after imbibing it. It is certainly a wonder drink that can make you energized and feel mellow at the same time (along with the improved "wellness" of course).
There seems no limit to the giveaways in the U.S. of the drinks that were made for CBD Life in Mexico. The California swill has been added to the pool of freebies (so long as you fork out for the shunned HEMPd range). The addled-brain one breathlessly assures his flock that they are going to continue indefinitely as a reward for those who continue to take the HEMPb bait.
It is contrary to their erroneous narrative that HEMPd beverages are synonymous with CBD. Adi is a particularly notorious offender in this misleading malarkey. Plus they are peeved that there is such little interest in the HEMPd at least in the named 7/11 store. Anyone wanting to give CBD a try would obviously go for the CENTR or the Sprig.
Authorized shares now only one billion. What a relief.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors has received approval, pursuant to the written consent of stockholders in lieu of a special meeting, dated December 20, 2019 (the “Written Consent”) to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 200,000,000 shares to 1,000,000,000 shares.
Not unexpectedly this one addressed to the chief company mouthpiece didn't last long:
Try getting it through your thick pumper skull that HEMPd drinks don't contain 20 mg CBD. The hemp oil extract is said to be whole of plant which would put CBD content at somewhat less than all the 20 mg in order to make room for the other stuff in it. I suggest you rub the salve into your skull as it might help some sense to penetrate it.
What is awesome is all the BS being churned out about Rocket High and HEMPd. But it's understandable in a way as it helps take the mind off the pain of the share price which no amount of CBD will relieve.
The FDA needs to be satisfied CBD has no deleterious side effects and there are no unproven and unjustified claims made for it performing medical cures. The vague "good for your health" field is not a matter of scientific testing and there are innumerable brands and products working that dubious angle.
Preserving the substance of a post by AsYouWere on the other board:
Basically, what I said was that our presence on the Daniel website is very promising because of its location (page one) and exclusivity relative to other CBD beverages. I also said that this and all the other positives must be balanced against our current cash-flow crunch, which I assume is modest and short term, and a consequence of the painfully long rollout of the CBD Life product launch. Hopefully any dilution will be modest and followed promptly by positive reports about revenue, partnerships, etc.
In sum, what I tried to portray was a big positive (our partnership with Daniel in the huge market of metro NYC) and a cash-flow caution flag. In short, my post was what I would call 'reality-based positive.'
A post preserved from the other board:
New Yorkers are too smart to be taken in by RMHB's CBD beverages "wellness" fairy tales.
The HEMPd cans don't even display that they contain CBD.
Good article, but CBD Life CBD beverages don't feature because they are not yet available for purchase. The 45,000 cans were apparently for some kind of in-house taste testing. They knew what was possible when they produced them so it is unlikely they have stalled and are languishing in a warehouse somewhere in Mexico. If Welch is being honest then more are on order (although unquantified) so some progress has been made.
Although the article is not dated it appears to be quite recent (2020 Buyer's Guide).
The infused beverages in question in the foreshadowed legislation are THC infused beverages and not CBD infused containing negligible THC. The link you keep harping on about concerns cannabis (i.e. THC content) and not hemp oil with negligible THC. You have tripped up by misunderstanding what the infused beverages referred to are. Your whole link concerns medicinal marijuana. Other links also support cannabis=marijuana=THC as the subject.
CBD Life has itself said (back in November 2018) it is aiming to sell the CBD infused beverages in "supermarkets and other businesses" throughout Mexico. If the drinks were to be restricted to medicinal sale points they would be of small commercial interest given that there would be other CBD products of higher CBD concentration more directly relevant to medicinal purposes than lower concentrations in bulky cans.
It would certainly help investors to know why the big delays in distributing the beverages in Mexico. All does not look to be well.
That link re. the April 30 legislation deadline date (provided by Mad man on the other board where the link works) was dated 4 November 2019.
Compare it with this link to a RMHB PR dated 28 November 2018:
https://apnews.com/Globe%20Newswire/d6794669943ae3c5d3543e20d1e5e240
"The Mexican government recently approved the importation and sale of CBD products in retail establishments across Mexico. CBD Life was granted 21 distribution licenses, which include the licenses for the drinks produced exclusively by Rocky Mountain High Brands."
If RMHB wasn't lying it would mean CBD Life is not affected by the foreshadowed legislation. Or they are being very devious if the "retail establishments" are in fact restricted medicinal points of sale across the country.
Who the 45,000 cans were "well received" by is quite unclear and no doubt deliberately so
Lots of excitement about getting a free Rocket High, not so much over the falling share price.
Can hardly wait for the reviews on the Rocket High. So many superlatives have already been used up on ordinary stuff it will be difficult to come up with new ones. "Awesome" is pretty faded and worn out these days. I guess the old reliable "Go Rocky" will have to do for now.
Not quite.
I smell a big rat about Mexico. Something isn't right about it. It has taken too long and too little is known about it.
I had wondered too what has happened to all the "great time to buy" advice.
Michael and Kathy Fernandez had been practising to perform this dance in celebration when Kathy returned to Dallas
Way back on 16 November 2018
"A RMHB representative delivered samples and prototypes of Rocket High, an energy drink infused with CBD, and samples of CBD infused California Lemonade and California Black Tea. All beverages were developed by Rocky Mountain High Brands for RCH Grupo’s subsidiary, CBD Alimentos de S.A."
Nearly 15 months later Welch gaily announces a trial shipment of the drinks has been "well received" (whatever that means) by CBD Life. Thanks for the update Mike meaningless as it is. The new order for an undisclosed part of the outstanding 1,955,000 cans is equally useless as far as informing shareholders goes.
CBD Life is a wholly owned subsidiary of RCH Grupo which has a website but does not mention CBD Life on it
With the "amazingly popular" Fred Dryer of an ancient but never forgotten cops and robbers TV show having been going to promote RMHB products in China (it never happened though) the suggestion has been made that some celebrity should be engaged to sell the drinks in Mexico. Chevy Chase would be very familiar and loved by millions of Mexicans through his Three Amigos movie. Comedy roles are his speciality so Chevy doing some promotional clips for RMHB wearing his outsized sombrero and goofing around with the CBD cans would be a good fit and work well. They could pay him out of the enormous revenues coming soon from Mexico. Maybe give him an IOU to fob off payment in the meantime. RMHB shares would be less attractive because of the ceaseless dilution that goes on with the toxic financing.
Boy, they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel by digging up Fred Dryer again. He is the long forgotten actor in an American cops and robbers TV show that was apparently screened in China decades ago. RMHB was going to sell massive amounts of RMHB product in China (including bulk carriers transporting Eagle Spirit water across the high seas) because the Chinese were allegedly so thrilled with Fred and his show. Quite ludicrous. The writing was on the wall that it would never happen and it didn't.
Yes, the company stooge is braying that it's very smart business to keep shareholders in the dark by not releasing meaningful information on progress that could be of assistance to competitors that don't exist. There is no absurdity too great for it not to be given an honored place on the other board.
If I remember rightly the first production deposit didn't cover the full 2 million cans. Lacking any numbers this latest PR is pretty well meaningless but it gives the true believers something to salivate over.
There we have it again:
"All indications are that the beverages are being well received"
Only "indications"? And so well received that it can't be disclosed where the 45,000 are being "received"? It's laughable. Competitors might find out and get some commercial advantage according to the expert pontificators on the other board. Well that must mean they aren't being sold in unregulated retail or restricted medical outlets because that would mean telling the competitors. I wonder how you can taste test 45,000 cans in-company without putting them out to the general public.
The PR is so lacking in meaningful detail as to be practically useless. It just comes down to trust us. No thank you Michael, you have too much form to do that. Let's have some solid facts and figures. The actual profit margin per can to RMHB would be a good start.
It's clear that the infused beverages are, like the edibles, marijuana (i.e. cannabis) infused beverages. The concern is with THC which is what recreational marijuana is about. Any CBD presence is not addressed and beside the point. It shouldn't take anyone of more than moderate intelligence who is reasonably conversant with English to understand it.
https://www.fool.com/investing/2019/11/16/news-flash-recreational-marijuana-in-mexico-is-goi.aspx
Edibles and infused beverages can only be bought by medical marijuana patients.
https://www.medicalmarijuanainc.com/news/deadline-for-marijuana-legalization-in-mexico-pushed-to-april-2020/
However, the proposed bill only allows for marijuana edibles and infused beverages for medical patients.
https://www.fool.com/investing/2019/10/22/mexico-unveiled-its-recreational-cannabis-bill-8-t.aspx
.... would only allow for medical marijuana patients to purchase edibles and cannabis-infused beverages.
