Yes, Mexico is a lemon and now Puerto Rico is a rather ham-fisted attempt at a distraction. There is absolutely nothing in that PR that has any solidity to it. Without bothering going into all the obvious glib horse shit what really caught my eye was Welch talking about "lucrative" grants. They sure would be lucrative if he ever got his hands on them (which he won't).
