Right but the problem is they are not talking. IR basically has no clue, he reads off a script on stock radio. The CEO never responds to emails and on top of that no PR in a month, not even an update. I don't want a fluff PR but I am sure if these deals were moving forward they would have something to say....anything at this point. I smell a rat and think they are going to suggest something went wrong on the 31st.

I think when news hits we go MUCH higher than a penny. There is big money in this at .02 - .03 range as the last time it ran 100% many larger hands got in. Those people are not going to be happy with a penny so I suspect many longs to hold much longer for .05 at a minimum. With the float at 170MM and the OS at 310MM I would tend to think if we get solid news this will run to .25 with ease basically due to the minimal share structure. Looking at some other stocks such as FITX with 3.5B OS and a float of 3.4B it ran from .001 to .12 in a hurry no nothing but fluff. A solid real estate closing will instantly value the company at 5MM on top of 16M annual revenue from rental income and consulting feels.
Those figures are not correct. This is known already.

Medican management has been very quiet. GETTING THE DEALS DONE!!!!
Just the lunch time low, happens EVERY day in EVERY stock. By end of day we will recover the losses. News can be ANY minute, people are not stupid enough to short or not be in this with two deals pending.

Keeping The Momentum
I think we will keep the buying momentum through the end of the month with the anticipation of closing both locations. MDCN seems to be quiet these days, a good sign perhaps telling that they are getting things done. I think management knows this is the last time they can miss a deadline. I think it finally set in.
With that said. Due to the VERY SMALL O/S and float and relatively small A/S. (that have not been all exercised yet) I think that any news that is concrete and solid will push this to new all time highs. I think we are quietly sitting on a gem here that is capable of pull off new all time highs.
The MJ sector is in consolidation, about to unravel and repeat some new highs. If you entered into the MJ sector in the past quarter or so you are in a VERY good position going forward.
Let's let MDCN work their magic and get deals inked. Last time this ran on pure speculation. This time with hard concrete deals in place we can easily surpass those highs with the turn of the MJ sector in our sails.
Also keep an eye on the US Federal leval. If the feds legalize MJ on any level I see the whole MJ sector pushing forward.
We many positives on our side. Let the shorts short, bashers bash and the flipper flip for a few thenths of a penny. Majority are here for the long run.

Think about it. A leasing company on the verge of leasing multiple locations (in the MJ sector that is about to get legalized on the federal level) is not over valued at $300MM. Add to that it will be collecting consulting fees and if they expand their footprint to 3,4,5 or 6 more locations can EASILY see a $500 market cap

Projected revenue for the combined two properties (67ksqft and 7200sqft location is $16MM annually.
Figuring a net income of 30% on that annual figure (after taxes, building maintenance and other expenses) brings net revenue after expenses to $4.8M/annually
Figure a P/E multiple of 15 that puts a multipled value at $72MM
That multiple divided by (lets say 300MM shares) outstanding puts us at .24
This is what the shorts and bashers don't want you to see ESPECIALLY that there are limited shares out there that they are looking to take from you.

The problem with your theory is that in a case like this where a company is trading at all time lows and is about to close on two locations that will add about 16MM in annual revenue to the books makes no sense to sell for a small gain. A few months back this was trading at 50 cents. On top of all of that Congress is entertaining a federal legalization of MJ. Add that to the mix and it creates some pretty smooth sailing for companies such as Medican, and many like it as well. Smart money is not looking for 100% they are looking for 10,000% and more.
I am going to go out on a limb and say there are now 150MM shares outstanding to cover the $66k convert debt from blackstone. If the two closings happen and $16MM is baked into the books at that point we are looking at a minimum of .10 as I see it.
A lot of buying going on today but still no breakout. Someone just bought 7.4MM shares
