Price projection as follows given the two successful closings:
Projected revenue for the combined two properties (67ksqft and 7200sqft location is $16MM annually.
Figuring a net income of 30% on that annual figure (after taxes, building maintenance and other expenses) brings net revenue after expenses to $4.8M/annually
Figure a P/E multiple of 15 that puts a multipled value at $72MM
That multiple divided by (lets say 300MM shares) outstanding puts us at .24
This is what the shorts and bashers don't want you to see ESPECIALLY that there are limited shares out there that they are looking to take from you.
