He was also a big player in the GLER P&D if I recall. Thanks for tracking these guys down - these board P&Ds need some sunshine.
Kudos to Jacob - he's been predicting this drop for awhile.
Do you know if Global Equity is a paid promoter? TIA
I spent about 3 hours last night looking at the information you provided, and playing with charts. Thank you so very much for sharing this.
It's the first time I could see how to link up all the information in charts into a coherent "story" that you can use for making plays.
If you came here looking for profits in a single day, this ain't the stock.
Outstanding post Microcaps - thank you
Bob jumped when a new opportunity appeared - smart move IMO.
Think of it this way - just because you are sitting on CWRN shares doesn't mean that you won't buy another promising stock if it shows up on your radar. Wouldn't you?
All those MMs sitting there on bid remind me of pigeons in the park when you're eating lunch...
Bids are piling up now. Why aren't they going thru?
Great stuff Dolphin - this is just the best danged board!
More possible indicators:
A poster on another board who is a strong chartist posted the following:
When the black PPO and the black ADX come together and then turn away from each other, 99.9% of the time the following PPS movement is upward. More powerful upward movement is dictated by the Green ADX line crossing over the Red and Black ADX lines.
Both signals seem to apply to MMTE today.
I'm trying to buy 157,000 through etmm at .0022. It's showing up at .0021. Getting PO'd!
Hey Jacob - interesting post. Can you please explain what you mean by "dreamers"? Perhaps it is a familiar term in European investing, but I don't understand what you are saying. TIA.
What is June 7 the day for? TIA
I didn't know you had that option with ECN - really good to know. Thanks for sharing.
Unfortunately, they clear through Penson clearinghouse which has been giving MMTE shareholders fits.
Please see the sticky above for Penson update. Fidelity seems to be the best broker for MMTE. GLTA
Market Wire is good for existing investor news, but the touts are what bring in the new investors. We need both MarketWire, and some sort of credible, non-pumpity news source to attract new investors, IMO.
Agree! - what a glorious Mammoth pic!
Just needs more time for the news to filter out. MMTE doesn't use paid touts, so the news will move more slowly than touted stocks.
This will be a slow bloomer -more long investors and fewer short term hyenas, IMO.
Done - .006. Thanks for the reminder!
We're gonna have a Mammoth day! Love this stock, love my fellow pachyderms. Best board on IHUB
All the board's collective knowledge is summarized in the stickies and the intro. It is extensive. No one feels like doing it again. It's a lot of work.
If you go through the DD and have specific questions about what you read, someone here will probably help you find the answer to your question. Take care.
The board has plenty of heart - we have all been here a long time and know the full story and all the prospects. THere's not a whole lot to talk about now - we are just waiting. We have all learned to be very patient.
We are mostly longs = no reason to get all pumpity. Welcome though - it is really quite a good long-term play.
We won't do all the DD for newcomers - too much work. We are longs, we are lazy.
I tried to transfer my shares out of Zecco to E-Trade. E-Trade told me that Zecco would not transfer my shares until after all my Zecco trades had settled. That means I cannot make any trades from my Zecco account until the entire transfer is complete!
Then the ETrade woman said that they normally wouldn't accept the MMTE shares anyway. Except that because I have been trying since May 10 to do the transfer, it might slip through the cracks if I just leave Zecco alone for a few days.
Maybe because it's SATURDAY?!!!
Queen DD - another great post! And thanks for the shout-out for our armed services personnel.
Thanks for the warning - I have the same problem on Zecco! LOL
I've gotten feedback from several sources that Fidelity (FIDO) is the best home for our MMTE stocks. I'll be opening an account with them myself. Go FIDO! Go MMTE.
I have seen in another stock where lenders to the company require a larger reserve of shares as collateral for the start-up loans. If the company defaults, the lender can sell the reserve shares to try to recoup what is owed them.
Not saying this is what is going on, but another possibility.
You will notice no change. Behind the scenes however, the clearinghouses will have to go find all the old stock certificates and reissue them with the new name and CUSIP.
Since you never actually see your stock certificates, you will see no change.
Could you please be more specific about your question? Also see this post

Read the stickie above. I have been soliciting info on the Penson issue for several weeks, making calls myself, and posting everything I can find. I have solicited facts and experiences from other shareholders trying to find out what's going on and have summarized every relevant tidbit in the compilation.
There are currently about 120 stocks in this same boat with Penson. You can find the list on the DD compilation. Most of those stocks have IHUB boards - you can learn a lot by asking around the other boards.
The Penson issue is separate from DTC eligibility. While many (most?) of the stocks on Pensons list are DTC ineligible, there are relatively few problems trading them in non-penson brokerages.
There are many reason why stocks become DTC ineligible, including pending name changes, mergers, upgrades and other positive organizational changes. The organization itself can also institute minor organizational changes, such as a name change or CUSIP change in order to force a full accounting of outstanding certificates if it suspects naked short-selling.
Bottom line: If you have solid DD or something new to contribute on this issue, please PM me and I will add your knowledge to the compilation. Otherwise, the sticky contains the most current and factual info we can find. Thanks
Good reads, good resource on pinksheet stock legal issues

FYI - I have been sending Brian links to the updates.
Great feedback on FIDO - sounds like an excellent place to move my accounts.
DTC: The Final Hurdle
Recommended by Tufan123 on MMTE board- thanks!

Thanks Tufan - great article on DTC! I'll repost link on NSS as well with credit to you for finding it!
The DTC list is just the first in what may be some major changes in trading OTC stocks. I talked at length yesterday to someone at E*Trade and they said that as the clearing costs of OTC stocks and risks of not finding all the certificates rise, more and more will be abandoning OTC trades.
This will be a hassle for penny investors, but may also create a nice niche market for a scrappy brokerage that finds the solution.
