I agree. It is like Treasury is saying this is still their money on loan back to the GSE's who generated it so that they can still debate the time and means of butchering the golden goose. Courts need to assert the ruling for enforcement or enjoin the increase in liqudation preference. If the idea is treasury thinks they are going to overturn the en-banc, then why not put the money in a real escrow account until the matter is resolved. This is the government saying again that shareholders do not have any 5th amendment rights where property is concerned. Perhaps some of these officials deserve criminal charges and then be denied their 5th amendment rights, how would that go over for them?
Given all the legal wrangling against Trump, his supporters and family, shouldn't he be personally concerned about preserving the 5th amendment so that there is equal justice under the law? Don't get me wrong, I think he is doing more than anyone in the last 3 administrations, and I support him to continue as president. Corruption needs to be wiped out in our government; "drain the swamp"...so it should be just as important here as it is anywhere else.
Those charts from 2016 are suggestive of no pop until December, with a potential reverse split in UGAZ when it goes under 10. Am I interpreting that correctly, how do you think the farmers almanac prediction (which is usually accurate) of a very cold winter already indicated by early major cold and slow in the PAC NW may play into this. How low to you really think UGAZ could go in your educated opinion?
Is that a pink thingy dragging the bottom of the ocean?
We'll see if that is support. I dipped in a toe with 2000 UGAZ
loading point here.
Agreed, news of this magnitude is what typically will cause a run-away gap.
2.85 Euros on Stuttgart exchange in Germany. That is $3.14, but it is only 9AM there right now.
Me too. Looks like that was the bottom and this is headed back up for a while.
Pullback today re-tested and confirmed the support of the 50 day simple moving average line.
Today’s pullback was a gift. Looks like this is setting up to run like a scalded dog.
Yep, I increased the price on my standing sell orders. This is an interesting report...

Burry's making a move on the stock, see today's SEC filing disclosing a 5.1% stake in TLRD. This was reported by Edgar after market close today.
Look at the action after market! It hit $5.69 aftermarket on a Friday ahead of a holiday! That's another 27 cents After close. Somebody wants or needs those shares bad.
higher highs and higher lows, sustained above 50 day simple moving average since yesterday. What was resistance before is now support.
Sometimes it is useful to look at what happens on the Stuttgart exchange overnight where stocks like TLRD trade. I know not to read too much into this, but look at the bid/ask in Suttgart premarket. https://www.investing.com/equities/mens-wearhouse-inc?cid=972213
TLRD ended up at 5.43 in aftermarket trading on the US market.
Really nice action today and after market. Looks like this pig is going to fly.
Thanks for clarification.
A very modest, but likeable and rational proposal, which would be very helpful to GSE shareholders at long last.
I don't spend much time on IHUB, but I am into this stock pretty deep. Do you remember the movie and book called "The Big Short", the person who inspired those is an investor and former medical doctor called Michael Burry. I guess he sees the value too. Plenty of room for catalysts to create a big short squeeze here IMHO.

Look at Tailored Brands ($TLRD) pays over 15% dividend, Exdiv 9/16
It's an inducement to buy the stock from me, which someone has already done, at a nice quick profit for me.
Well, it's only up 7% so far today. Did you actually look at the chart Clay? What does the MACD signal, classical reversal?
Clay, take a look at TLRD. Pays over 14% dividend.
I got out, and intend to stay out until the dilution and reverse splits are over. Look at the stock price chart over the last year, and see what it has done so far. This is very similar to what DRYSHIPS did to their stockholders in acquiring a more model fleet, it wiped the stockholders out who held. Only after the CEO ended up with a big personal stake did that stop and the company began to grow earnings and stock price.
one that is diluting the hell out of their stock via convertible preferred shares.
Thanks. 14% is a great dividend if it holds. You do have a point about no insider buying with only 1.6% of shares held by insiders according to Yahoo Finance, but there a lot of form 4's showing significant stock grants to officers and directors and are a lot of institutional holders. The stock may also be suffering because they have said they would "absorb" the consequences of the China trade issues and may be trying to adjust business out of china due to tariffs, in the "trade war". I think they could easily shift to Vietnam and avoid this though.
I just bought a little at $4.66, this thing is being shorted like crazy RSI approaching 30 and pays a big dividend in Sept. Unless somebody knows otherwise, and I would like to hear those views, I think this is due a bounce sometime soon. If I am lucky this will have a short squeeze.
maybe a little Imodium to dry up the losses. Do you think those shrimp would get to harvest weight quicker if they had some too?
If that leads to suspension, then it's the grey sheets https://investorshub.advfn.com/Grey-Sheet-Grey-Market-Stock-Info-Board-3459/
Thanks.
Will it fill the gap at .20 and go up, or just keep going down? Peckin on .24 now.
Thanks
Tiger Prawns. Butterflied and fried, I've seen them as big as a steak in asia.
I like that, where did it come from?
That's negligible unless they can leverage a bigger piece of the pie with their technology.
Your information is probably better than mine. I only saw that on their web site.
Their website says they also have a 75000 square foot facility in Spain that has been completed and is operational. http://naturalshrimp.com/international/
Also from their web site: http://naturalshrimp.com/international/
NaturalShrimp International AS uses the original NaturalShrimp technology to grow and sell shrimp in Europe. The first subsidiary, formed in Spain, is GambaNatural de España, S.L.
The land for the first facility has been purchased in Medina del Campo, Spain and the 75,000 sq. ft. facility has been completed and is operational. Medina del Campo is approximately seventy-five miles northwest of Madrid, Spain. For more information please visit http://www.gambanatural.es/
The Spanish love a great dish they call paella made with fresh, never frozen shrimp with the heads on. If you've never had it, you should try it.

Thats an american recipe. Spanish leave the shells and heads on. They flavor the rice.
