Correct, I never said it was bearish my point was it is consolidating and waiting for more buy pressure for the next move up. Bullish for sure this stock is a beast.
And sometimes I flip (I prefer the term "trade") because my philosophy is it's prudent to book profits. If you want to fault me for that so be it, I couldn't care less.
LMAO it's an honor to be ignored! Gaps are real and almost always fill, this one didn't so good for everyone. I already told doog I was wrong and was happy for him and everyone who believed PASO would come through with the LOI. I bought back in and added more today so whatever.
Be that as it may, I don't care what you or anyone thinks, as I said I'm realistic and provide my opinion based upon my 20+ years experience.
Good luck and I hope I'm wrong about tomorrow. If I'm not I don't expect you or anyone to acknowledge it anyway!
Soup you know how I am from the other site I try to temper expectations and ask questions to get the whole picture not the pumper bs. I hope you’re right but I’m in long term anyway hence why I added today; as I posted last week next resistance is .28 then .44 I’m holding for those prices and more.
Yep I’m ok with it churning instead of the volatility. The shares are in strong hands.
Going to be tough to see a repeat of the past 2 Friday’s. PASO has made a nice run but the volume and buying pressure has decreased. Unless we get a surge of new buyers tomorrow like we’ve seen then it’ll “tread water” like it has been doing this week.
lol well there are multiple definitions for "treading water", this is what I mean:
to not make progress, especially because you have to wait for something else to happen first
I stand by my comment, which isn't negative it's just stating a fact. We're in a "holding pattern" (you can look that one up also) until new money comes in and/or the news hits.
It WAS treading water between .14 and .145, you can call it what you want but that's what I call it
No big buyers, no big dumpers, PASO treading water this afternoon.
There's a big seller with 500K sitting out there, doesn't look like there's enough buy pressure to get past that today. Need some new blood coming in.
They've been doing it consistently for the past few weeks, but I haven't been able to see what the increase in the A/S has been. Despite that those shares are getting bought up and the price is increasing, rare on the OTC but that insider buying and last PR are good signs going forward.
Do we know if the O/S has gone up lately? Anyone have a reliable, current number? Thanks.
Right, that's what I thought. That's assuming companies are generating enough revenue to cover payroll/admin (not referring to CLWD just the situation with a lot of companies in general, hence the need for the PPP loan). Thanks.
Has this been verified by the company or is it speculation? I don't think you can use a PPP loan to pay off convertible debt.
Yeah I get that but what did they correct today?
Anyone know what was updated in the amended filing today? Don't understand why they've had to update 4 times already geez. Nice consolidation day anyway.
Zero convertible debt - I love those 3 words
It's indeed rare, but it happens. And keep in mind that PASO is not some garbage dilution machine run by a CEO who lives in his mother's basement, these are professionals with a real business and obviously important relationships.
Coming down to the wire what will it be?
Next strongest resistance points are .28 and .44. We should blow through the teens before July 15th maybe even next week.
lol I'm watching, we'll see, hopefully we get the buy pressure needed to close above .10!
What's so funny? The buy pressure has slowed down, unless we see a surge this last hour it won't close above .10 today. I'm just stating my opinion, I would love to see it close and make .10 support but I go by what I see at this time.
I don't think we have enough buy pressure to close above 10, but it's only a matter of time either tomorrow or early next week.
Every indication points to this deal already being finalized and I think it'll be announced before July 15th. So anyone trying to flip is playing Russian Roulette.
Yep, same pattern when we see this kind of early volume, get the flippers out, suck up some stop losses, and then run it higher.
.10 was a key resistance point, PASO is a beast
We won't see .10 today, MM's are keeping this right where it is, maybe allowing short MM's to cover who knows. Just not enough buy pressure to move it higher. Maybe tomorrow.
Gonzalez left in April, the LOI was signed at the end of May. If his departure was an issue why move forward with the LOI? Because there's no issue.
PASO's Twitter account was hardly used and didn't have many followers. There is no need for it now as the 3 companies get ready to launch something bigger and better.
Looks like the MM's are just trading shares back and forth and keeping it right around here before the next run.
It's all coming together, getting their house in order for the finalization of the deal. It's clear it's done and we could see a confirmation at any time, I don't think they'll wait until the last day like the LOI.
I saw that this morning, another sign this is a done deal. Flipping is risky at this point, I made that mistake and won't make it again.
I'll admit I thought the gap would fill after the LOI was released. I was wrong, gladly. It's obvious this is a big deal and the strong buying is not just from iHub, those who know the players involved are eating up shares like candy.
Well done doog et al who believed in PASO all along. You guys deserve everything you're going to make and I'll be happy with what I've already made and will make on the shares I bought back.
Interesting to see the MM's keeping the ask at .0849 and not letting it run higher
Why is CDEL here?
I've never been a pumper, even stocks I own I try to be realistic and post info that people may not want to hear, but looking at all angles has saved me a LOT of money over the years. I like CBBT and I'm also heavily invested in $IGEN which I would recommend you guys check out and make your own decision about it. Hopefully we'll have a good week.
Great info. IGEN reminds me of $PASO, appointed some heavy hitters to the Board of Directors, then big insider buying, then announced huge news of a merger/joint venture with some major players.
Have there been any indications that filings are imminent, or just pure speculation?
No, you need to learn how to read a chart, the gap was filled at .0039
All that matters to me is insiders recently bought 36m shares or so
IGEN is trading just fine, great accumulation this morning and the flippers from yesterday disappearing. Nice steady rise is what we want so it remains in strong hands.
