z4lover,
Please explain what the increase in a/o means? Kind of a novice here..
Your looking at a company that will do 200+ million in 2010. Earnings should be around 50 million, and the o/s shares should be down to 300 million.. Whats not to love???
$2+ this time next year...
Yes, he called them the RME shares that will be taken out. IR said the shares would be in the 250 million share range, but to add the xtra 50 for JV's ect...
Thankyou...
Accordind to IR, SPNG should be down to 300 million shares outstanding by year end.
Question for seasoned longs...
When did the company announce the 18 month buy back of the 700k to 900k shares? The IR guy told me it was in a PR, but I can't find it...
Thanks
Nasdaq... Company can climb to the nasdaq as long as nasdaq is willing to overlook the share price at this time. Nasdaq makes the rules, and can bend the rules.
One scenario would be SPNG working out an arrangment where the company has to meet certain milestones to stay on nasdaq.
Another scenario would be if SPNG had some letters of intent by large institutions who would support the stock, but can't buy it on the .ob due to their charter.
Many ways to skin a cat. Don't be surprised to see it happen.
Obviously people are accumulating for a larger move north...
Nice to see.
The market has not yet digested how enormous this will be for coin!

Matt, your right on. Some have insinuated that because of the problems at N.J, they will have problems with these units.
The problem's with N.J have been basicly on the back end of the plant. I've been there twice, and I can tell you the process is complex.
Now too extrapolate the problems at N.J. to the self contained composting units is unfair. first of all the've already delivered one to folsom prison last year, and is fuctioning properly. Also these units are not designed to produce pellet for fertilizer. The product that comes out the back end of these units is liquid, and a solid-like sludge. You wouldn't want to put it on your lawn, but it's perfectly fine for the farming community in these third world countries
Slop in, slop out! It will be a beautiful thing!
Yes! Old news. Will have no effect on pps....
Not Yet...
True....
Looks like they extended note again
You can say the same for almost every company out there. Look at G.E. When oil gets back to $70 and stabalizes, then the company can innitiate their business plan
Agreed! Buying at 3 cents when others are bailing could prove to be a very smart stradegy
FROM CONTRACTOR...
"If I were able to reach Charlie, I would convey everyones company sentiment. That would only re-inforce what he already knows, he's got plenty of relations as shareholders too. Times are FUBAR right now in the worlds financial sector. I'm almost hoping he doesnt say anything until after some of this nuttiness settles down. Let me be the first in helping myself to Pro's Crow duktur bird conchoction. Our small relatively isolated community here verifies what production is. PR'ng any of the well completions right now IMO would be a waste. There isnt any glimmer on Oil prices right now, hardly a mention of Natural Gas other than its down. Wheres the glory in that? We want cold hard numbers to coincide with what we already know. Pass the crow Pro, I say sit on the news for a while. At least until the Market blood baths calm down. Look at it this way, 3rd Q should be good. Higher rates of production came in while 3 month spot was in the $130-140 barrel range and NG was 8. Those numbers locked in for 3rd Q which is here! in nearly 30 days. The filings have been talking so far.... Post election emphasis on domestic drilling promoting Natural Gas "the cleaner fuel" heading into winter would be my target. We'd get MORE bang for Our buck then, instead of being swept into the confusion thats unraveling on our TV's screen everyday. If I have a say, I'd say wait until Oil & Gas is back in Limelight, Then CB can grab center stage. Promote the crap out of what they have accomplished.....lauching this little company out of its self induced coma. Pass the Crow, my plate's clean....." contractor10940
Dow was down 500 points yesterday. What would have happened if we came out with a nice p.r.?
Anyway were all pulling for the company. Your frustration is certainly justified. Just trying to add a little optimisum to the board
nothing happened "YET"
That's all for now. Obviously were approachng the subject from two different viewpoints.
What's the matter with you 2 guys. Didn't the post say I wasn't gloating.
I'll say it again. Have a little trust in the folks who've turned out to be right. Maybe there's a reason.
I feel like a politician. you say one thing, and some ------ want to take it out of contex.
Another thought for your consideration...
There have been a number here who've been posting that the SEC was the problem. Some of you posted you didn't believe that, and Charles was using it has an excuse.
Now, i'm not gloating, that's not what i'm about, but who was right? So if we were right on this subject, maybe you'all may want to give some credibility to what is being said now.
Long...No apology needed. This forum is for all to share opinions, ideas, concerns, ect....
You will be pleasently surprised if your long.
Everyone, (including me), expected an immediate news flow when the SEC thing was put to rest.
Guys, relax, it's comming
Congradulations fish, and welcome aboard. Seems like the timing of your appointment is perfect for the 1st leg up.
Guys this isn't a bad thing. It shows the company is gearing up to grow. Isn't that what we've all been waiting for?
If his extended family can help the company, then so what!
It's a fact! It's your decision. you can believe it now, or believe it latter.
This is a registration stock option plan for future employees of American Energy, to be utilized down the road.
This is a incentive for, and to facilitate future growth by bringing in quality people
In March 2008, the Company purchased oilfield property and equipment for a price of $150,000. The terms included a cash payment of $47,000 and a note payable for the balance of $103,000. During the three months ended June 30, 2008, the Company paid down $12,000 of principal and the balance is $91,000 as of June 30, 2008 and classified as a component of Note Payable in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. As of June 30, 2008, no formal agreement of the terms of the note payable had been finalized and the Company has a verbal agreement to pay the principal back at a rate of $10,000 monthly. It is anticipated that a formal agreement will be negotiated and finalized in the future.

From their 10Q. Looking forward to find out where this new lease is
Good find free.
Didn't take Charles long to make a public statement..
He's talkin already...Keep talkin Charlie...
Confirmation noted Fish!
Congradulations to all longs who've hung in there. Your patience and longsuffering will be rewarded.
Company will slowly and deliberately release news of past, present, and future operations...
I hear charlie is deadly at the 3 point range..LOL
Guys now the fun begins....
Of course if were all reading this right..
At the very least this proves there is dialouge between AENP/SEC. For those who need it.
Your judgement is spot on.
You believe him?
Yea i guess in hindsight the company could have handled in better
You are correct! Our attorneys are the ones telling the company to keep their mouths shut.
Want also to publicly thank contractor for his due-dillegence.
It's amazing some of the links he finds that support his arguments, but also pertinent info and links that relate to the oil/gas industry, and thus AENP
Interesting question ctb.
There is no way that question can be answered to your satisfaction. Your looking for tangible proof, which only exists to some degree in the TRC reports. By the way, asking anyone to believe in the future of AENP without some sort of tangilability, is asking alot.
Only when the SEC business is finished, and the company can open up, will you, and others be satisfied.
There our a number of believers who's foundation is built on trust in C.B. That is why were very confident for the future.
But what would be great for all, is a little tangibility, o go along with that trust. It's coming!
John, I was once envolved in a publicly traded company that was being scrutinized by the sec. Took 2 years. Company went under. Looking for much different results here.
Patience is short demand.
I'm pulling for you guys who've endured this hell for that long. Some of you stuck with your shares cause you still believe in the company, and have even accumulated more at these prices. Some have held only cause they don't want to take a bath. And then there are some that fall somewhere inbetween.
What ever the case, you deserve to make money in this endevour.
Me, i'm realitivly new. Only been in for 6 months or so. Good luck to all!!!
Unfortunanatly, they can' drill cause they have no money.
They have no money cause they can't drill
They can't raise money due to s.e.c delay..
Fear not, all this will change, and yes in our life time...
