It's so funny that some are reading that this new "financing" is a done deal. Not AT ALL what was said in that blog post. The company says 90 days to get proposal ready. We all have witnessed what happens to time lines given by the company.
Wait for the congratulatory post about how lucky shareholders are to be in the stock now! Didn't shareholders see some sort of statement like that back when the stock was at .01 or was it .001?
Have a great night!
They have no clue what it means. They are looking for a life line but dont understand the implications.
On the subject of refinancing, we are confident that we have identified advisors whose track record, ability to understand our objectives and proven contacts are of sufficient quality to proceed with preparation of a formal proposal to appropriate candidates that are already known. Over the next 90 days there will be a great deal of work going on to complete this. The most important vetting condition on our end was to prevent a reverse split as a condition of the funding, and that the funding be sufficient in scope to enable an end to 504 funding. An ability to end 504 funding will no doubt bode well for the removal of the partial chill in due course.

Beautifully said sir.
It is very telling that no one will answer your last question. IMO Then again, no way to know for sure ultimately. I see the ambassador from Australia is going home. I guess WB has done all they can do there. What a great vacation for that family! Wonder what all that cost the company and if there were any sales of off set the expense of having someone living there. In the company's quest to be "World Wide" they have ambassadors in different places..or last we heard. I wonder what that costs the company and if sales are covering that expense.
Oh well, off to do something more productive than watch a sinking ship.
Have a great day sweetheart!
I fully believe in the products (except Kind) that WNBD makes. Any corporation would do VERY well taking them under their umbrella. With the money to advertise in a grand fashion..no doubt the products could easily be a household name very quickly. Then the product would speak for itself. It is common knowledge to those who use WC and Clean1, you only have to use them once to be convinced. IMO.
The issue here is no money due to lack of appropriate management. IMO. Let me say that again...IMO. My signature says it for a third time in case anyone missed the last two.
IMO the company should have sold the formulas to a company who can give them the recognition they deserve. They have a great product(s)...just not the ability to get'er done. IMO. There is always hope though!
Enjoy your Monday!
You are right. They are doing awesome. Clearly I am not "privy" to what type of financial conditions they were in during their climb, what kind of backers they had etc.. I would venture to guess they had lots of help to be able to continue to tread water for so long with so little sales.
I don't believe anyone argues that WNBD doesn't have the fight in them to keep going nor the desire to succeed. Just don't know how much longer they can tread water. The WNBD plan is a 6 phase plan if I remember correctly. They have been in business for 6 years and yet they can't get past Phase One...in 6 years? They are gonna be "world wide" without two pennies to rub together and how much good with that do them?
"Success rarely comes easily, but where it is deserved, it usually does come." A quote from the blog post. An interesting view in to the mindset of the company IMO.
Goooood morning WNBD! In the company's latest blog, there is a reference to dental floss and how it took them 30 years from conception to when they finally got noticed. Not sure that brings comfort to very many investors but seriously... only 30 years! So just sit back and relax ya'll you have some time to keep averaging down!
Have a most wonderful week and happy President's Day!
It's also penny flippers waiting just in case there is a PR good enough or enough carrots on the table to make the pps spike on this. They will buy a chunk and make their percentage and bail. Dumping right along with the 504 that is standing by. Just like every other pos penny stock.
People don't want to "invest" in WNBD, they just want to make some cash and move on to the next one. IMO they will be waiting quite some time. Those here that do work for the company, have been in the CEO's home etc... can not be objective. Not possible. It's kinda like everyone thinks their baby is the cutest ever! When in reality, they are no more "cute" than all of the other babies out there.
Is today another example of that "responsible dilution" that is always spoken off? Unreal how badly the company has dumped on you again...at this pps. I do believe the company has been recently quoted as saying
"When the day comes that our price is so massively undervalued that it calls for a legitimate awareness building program, then I will be the first to do so."

It's the same thing the company has said year after year. Interesting exchange of information to a shareholder. IMO
There used to be a very nice pic of the two of them together attending some sort of event in the Ibox but I don't see it any longer. It's been known by those who have followed this stock for awhile. No biggie. I am sure it happens all the time.
You can ask Scup and Dirty, “what did Eric do at the Do it Best Fall Market?”. They will tell you that I did not sit around waiting for people to walk into our booth. I went out there, into the aisle, and literally stopped anyone I could to divert them into our booth so that Scup, David and Daniela could take over with their demonstrations and technical discussion. I remember one man (who did come into the booth) said about me to his wife “Wow, he’s agressive” and his wife responding without skipping a beat “Yeah, and I love it. He’s passionate about the product”. If you are not willing to go “out there in the aisle” in life, then of course most opportunities are going to walk by. It’s as simple as that.
Oh no...don't look now... the .0003 dam broke.
I have read that Walmart is awful to deal with from a vendor stand point. Being tempted to give in to them given the revenue possible would be understandable especially for a young company. I am sure it took concessions on both sides to get the product back in to some of the stores again.
Sudden bad memory?
You are correct. I was surprised at the news myself.
So we are both right. It was a new buyer and "Operational concessions" AND price adjustments. Now...let it go.
Agreed. It would be fun to know how many consumers who actually bought stock after using the product. Unfortunately, shareholder value is not a priority of the company. At least not for the last 6 years. IMO.
Wrong BS. It was due to a new manager(s) of the Walmart paint department and it was reorganized. WC was one of the products that was removed from that department and no orders were coming in for some time. The account was in limbo and believed to be lost. Now it has moved forward. Price may have been an issue but I don't believe the company ever stated that.IMO
Here is a post where one shareholder points out it WAS in the paint department. I know there was a blog or some form of communication about it but haven't had time to go look it up.

Good morning ya'll! So Walmart.CA is putting the product on end caps now? End caps are usually used for two reasons, more exposure or clearance (Target has the best!). I think when Walmart.CA got rid of WC the first time (due to some sort of dept. mgmt. change I think), it was spotted on end caps being sold with clearance. It will be interesting to see if this works better for them..this time.
I have been reading about different methods of getting products on store shelves. Here is an interesting article and applies due to WNBD still being a small company and how stores of different types may be willing to put WC on their shelf. Is this how WB is getting in to some stores? They don't have the money to do this according to the filings but it's apparently one way to go.IMO

Another interesting article about dealing with Walmart.
http://www.company.com/article/distribution-wholesaler-retailer-manufacturers-rep/36
Do you honestly believe that these store employees in a Sams, Lowes HD etc where the pay is minimal and the caliber of employee is hired to meet the job requirements is really going to have WNBD on their minds? Out of sight is out of mind
This company has never had a problem getting starter/tester foot-in-the-door orders...the prob has always been figuring out how to brand it and garner sell-thru velocity in the accounts they do get a chance to prove themselves in.
The PR didn't indicate how much the first shipment was.. 1 pallet, 1 case or an assortment? Just curious.
IMO the company wasted money on a PR, however, their beloved 504 got their money so I guess it's not really wasted to them. As you point out, today we got to see a classic pinkie stock move. At least the company takes that title seriously! It could be used in classes to teach people to spot them.
a terrible, painful truth... how sad... how pathetic
Would the lack of volume here today indicate that no one is interested except your friendly 504? Yesterday was fun huh? I wonder why no blogs since the dump. Surely the company has something good to say about Siberia or was that Iran? I don't remember now. Well, hope you get some good news soon. It could be your Valentine's Day present from the company!
Have yourselves a "WINNING" weekend!
p.s. Has anyone checked...is it restricted for some reason? Even for this stock...it's weird.
The dumpage this am is YET AGAIN... proof of the blog/pps correlation. The blogs increase with innuendo, hints and "possibilities" (yet so many never come to fruition) and then the 504 hits. It could almost be a flipping stock if you can time it right. The pattern has become so clear.
Taki is right. RS or AS...and it will be blogged as a great thing for stuckholders and the sad part is...they will believe it.
Great post doog. Stuckholders often overlook what they don't want to acknowledge. IMO it will be MANY, many months before/if they are ever able to stop the bleeding here. The proof is in the filing of yet another round of 504 all the while the company is prophetizing about when sales reach a point they won't need to dilute it. Funny thing is...they will always need to raise money by dilution...that is the way it works down here. Those who bought in any higher than .001 will be red ...unless they spend an exorbitant amount of money "averaging down" just to get out without taking a major hit.
This company is, has always been and IMO will always be "one order away from greatness"! LOL!!! Never gonna happen with the current management. IMO.
I don't think we should have "career politicians" that get in to office and stay there for years. Ted Kennedy is a great example of why it's a bad idea.
I know it's a serious situation and I don't mean to make light of it but a real revamping of how "we" think about politics and politicians has to happen before we will get ourselves out of this mess. Let's begin with term limits and go from there. IMO
IMO... Pelosi is the worst of the group but she is methodical and seems to always be schemeing. Maybe Repubs need to let a woman take the reins for awhile and let her get stuff organized!?
Plus it doesn't help that the Republican party is so far of course and unorganized it isn't funny, bunch of whimpy wussies who are really liberals essentially, spend spend spend until we collapse
Well honey... toss your name in to the hat and I'll be your campaign manager! I fear the "cowboys" that we are so in need of don't really exist any longer.
There are people who can do far more good for this country behind the scenes, doing their own thing than to be president.
You always know when he's getting ready to dump on stuckholders again...the carrots in the blog bs just get bigger and bigger! The proof is in what has recently been blogged and what is being seen in volume again. The company needs to sthu until orders have been received...then it's a done deal....until then nothing but pump and dump. How stuckholders don't see that is beyond me.
There was much talk here in Indiana about it and he had lots of people almost begging him to but in the end...it was up to his family and they chose to stay out of the race this time.
The rest... my hunch is they are all burned out, especially Huckabee. Christie, he is right that he has much work to do where he is but where Christie is concerned, I have some reservations about him now so I am kinda glad he didn't run.
Given I live in Indiana, I have been able to follow him pretty closely and have seen the changes here. I would vote for him in a heart beat. It certainly would have given people a different kind of politician to choose from.
As a side note, really a shame Mitch Daniels is not running for President. Now that is a true statesman with vision.
One thing my dad taught me... LIVE...don't wait for life to provide opportunities. Go out and make your own story. After all...the saying is true..life is short..make the most of it.
For me...I don't mourn his death any longer. We try to celebrate all he taught us and that he isn't wasn't here to see Obama elected. That would have caused the heart attack all by itself!
That's an interesting choice. Good to see Mr. Cain hasn't retreated.
