Today is accumulation day. Not run day. That comes very soon!
Big brand name is the goal. Management realizes that.
Big beer coming in as a stakeholder makes many things possible.
Not relying on today's filing and Tweet to push up the PPS. Waiting on someone to buy up the entire S-1 filing. And for that entity to be a recognized brand name. The legitimacy and credibility behind that alone puts this into copper.
Drop a big name and you can fill the whole page with kaboomage.
You have to remember big beer likes to take over these small operations. Now if KEGS has an umbrella of partner micros, that means in reality big beer owns them too. So it also prevents their competition from buying them as well. Lots of possibilities here.
19 million is nothing to big beer. Nothing.
Doesn't matter. A paltry 19 million dollar investment by a big brand would make this the biggest thing going in the OTC.
Hello big beer. Want to invest in a huge opportunity?
The offering is for a stakeholder. Not anyone else. IMO.
That's what they should be aiming for. Tully and Holland specializes in those deals. They're an investment bank. KEGS doesn't have the resources yet for their network of micro brewers. But they'll have that plus the connections if a big brand comes in.
Just sitting back and letting it all play out. Huge things coming.
The posts from yesterday are making sense now. Mentioning that after today something will come out that is spectacular. This filing has something big to go along with it I'm pretty sure. We'll see.
That makes them even more attractive to bigger pockets.
Now drop a big brand name as a minority stakeholder.
What they need are the resources of a bigger company in a related field. It opens up more markets and makes accessing them much easier. Then they can do what they proposed with the other micro brewers out there.
That my guess. Just look at Tully and Holland's portfolio. If you notice, it's these bigger names either buying minority stakes in smaller outfits. Or buying them up outright.
Locally, InBev bought up a brewer while they were still in the progress of expanding. That's when they buy in. Not after when the price is much higher.
About to be some millionaires made up in here. I'm one of them. Let's do it.
Toss out a well known brand name as a minority stake holder and the PPS is copper that day. They literally double their investment on just news of that.
You said KEGS is the only stock that can save the OTC? It's about to happen.
Tully and Holland ain't no joke.
This is huge news folks. It means big money is about to show itself. And it's pretty much a given that the deal is done and the filing is simply going through the motions.
Yep. Accredited investor is another term for either a fund or a corporation. This is huge.
It's also a way to attract an offer from a stakeholder is it not?
The offering is a way for someone with much bigger pockets to buy a stake in the company.
It's going to be a big brewer buying a stake in the company. Watch and see.
So is the offering still good if the share price goes above .005 in the meantime?
If what I think is about to happen, .01 or very close to it before the end of the month. IMO.
I definitely don't hold that many but a few grand price swings are plenty good enough for me. Haven't sold any. I don't have the time to flip and rebuy because of having a job. So it's easier just to hold.
Yeah they went off at .0002. If I recall those buys went through the week of the Tweet of the cannery line being assembled. I got in on 12/6. I think you came in about a week after me.
So you're the one who made those huge 40 and 50 million share buys when it was still quiet? Nice.
For a red day, it held good. Most would've been back in the trips. Not this one.
LOL not getting trips. Sorry.
Agree. Their pattern is to start communicating a day or two before dropping something major. Let's see what happens.
LOL that is pretty funny.
It's all good.
That's your choice. Not going to argue.
A few of us here on this board have had some really bad days in the same OTC plays last year. Tell me again which play just cancelled half of their OS?
