I spoke with a representative of Red Chip today. It was a cold call trying to pitch me a new RC prospect. I told him that RC lost all credibility with me after Black Dragon, and that RC did not do their homework, and a lot of people ended-up getting burned as a consequence. To my astonishment, he agreed. He said that BDGR cost them a lot of credibility with customers and they regret ever having been involved with BDGR.

It's one thing for a company to fail on its business plan, but deliberate fraud is something else again.

a "quiet period" is the time a company files a registration statement with the SEC, until SEC staff declares the registration statement effective. During that period, the federal securities laws limit what information a company and related parties can release to the public.

bdgr is not a SEC reporting company, therefore Lanza gave you croc of bovine excrement.

And sale proceeds from a one-time capital gain is never "Operating Revenue."

From PR: "updated Operating Revenue for 2006 was $3,126,864, reflecting sale of oil property".
