The only problem is there is no date at the top, so we don't know what filing it's from...

I believe this is from 2008 or earlier. I looked up all annual 10K filings through EDGAR, and Parker Technologies stopped showing up after 2008.

Hoping my email gets a response tomorrow that addresses this one way or the other, so we can put this piece of the puzzle to bed.

I just emailed Parker and asked them flat out about any financial relationship with Applied Materials.

I will copy their response once I hear back...

This is public information. All 10K's are available for review through EDGAR (via Yahoo Finance). Anyone can look them up and see what I see.

Your list has no date on it. Mine is part of a filing that was done TODAY.

Do whatever you want...I just don't like misleading new investors (even if this is "pinkyland") that there is backing from a large, well known company. If there is, it ain't Applied Materials...

FYI, Applied Materials (AMAT) filed their annual 10K today, including the most recent Exhibit 21, list of subsidiaries, dated 10/26/14. Parker is still not listed. They haven't been since 2008; I've checked. Here'a link to today's filing:

Parker's not listed...LOI was from July of that year, so Parker would have been listed then. This list was filed just three months later, so............

Not looking to argue, just saying what others here have already said...I don't believe there is any current link between Parker and larger, established companies, especially AMAT...

Lots of good discussion on the board today. Just did some quick research of my own.

Check out Empire Oil Refineries Corp. and Parker. Looks like they acquired Parker from Applied Materials in 2011. Maybe someone else (perhaps even our new friend, Parker's CEO) can corroborate or dig up additional info.

I still believe there's good things coming...??
