There is no method in place for a CEO of a pinksheet to file BUYS wit the SEC. PROVE ME WRONG WITH A LINK TO A LAW.

If however, a CEO or other insider sells pink stocks, they are held to the dribble rule and must file the sells. Weird, isn't it?

AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.

AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.

In the past AMHD was clearly working on BioDiesel. They had engineering completed, processing equipment ordered, an industrial building that I personally visited, and firm deals for feedstock.

The processor was never delivered by Fitzsimmons systems. The lawsuit with Fitzsimmons systems was well documented. Fitzsimmons filed for bankruptcy protection. It has never been disputed that AMHD paid Fitzsimmons $312500 for a biofuel processor and never got a dimes value back.

Without that processor, there is no point in continuing paying for a building of feedstock.

How is it possible for this to be a scam when any money raised by the sale of stock, sold nearly a decade ago, clearly went into the company?

There is simply no method employed by AMHD to "scam" anyone.

Paying OTC what amounts to a bribe (last time I looked into it anyways) is the only requirement to have the STOP sign removed. Who is scamming who?

5 Billion? More like 3.5 Billion.

The CEO owns well over a billion.

Beyond that, the dilution is the very heart of the stock market. They, AMHD, diluted the share count to raise money for necessary purchases. That is 100% the point of going public.

The major purchase to be made with the diluted shares was a biofuel processor that was never delivered. Let's be clear, the money was paid, the equivalent quantity of parts and services was not delivered.

We have all argued why the processor was not delivered, but the simple fact is that AMHD put out $312,500 and never saw a single nut, bolt, tank, control, power cord, sliver of sheet metal, etcetera. Not even a vinyl stick on logo was mailed out. Nothing was made available for Freight On Board either (FOB). (Did you know what FOB stood for???? Board refers to the shipping dock)

That FRAUD (taking $312,500 and delivering NOTHING) by the processor manufacturer was absolutely crippling to AMHD.

Under Fred's SUPERB leadership, AMHD has risen again to be a going concern. AMHD is on the brink of a breakout. Take a look at the sheer volume of real estate transactions made. Impressive. The fact that AMHD is on the brink of a breakout has some people absolutely nervous. WHY?

Someone pushed this down to 1 on 15k shares. That is 15,000 *0.0001 = $1.50

Now subtract the $8.00 commission and that person is now a net $6.50 in the hole.

Now assume they got the shares at 0.0001. It cost them another $8 commission.

The shares are a wash, and the person just decided to blow $16 for fun.

Weird. Nonsensical.

Honestly, how do you figure? Not 1 single share has been diluted in 5+ years now. There is no other mechanism for anyone at AMHD to get money from shareholders.

The other shares that were previously diluted were to build the company. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. I did see concrete evidence of the effort to grow.

I am 100% comfortable with AMHD.
