LS > achieve stainable revenue LOL
There will be a stain in your underwear when (if) the 10K is ever released
cowi up 100%, time to sell
LOL
perhaps its the debt holders converting since the forbearance agreement was not satisfied
I won't be surprised when the 10K comes out that there has been no share repurchase, OS count has increased, a 2+ million dollar loss for the year, dramatic increase in liabilities, and more excuses and how they're going to turn this around.
Of course this is all base on the 10K being filed by 4/15, it could be that they don't have the $$ to pay the auditor and won't file until August like last year.
all this talk about cowi being recognized for hololens is funny
think of it like this
a car maker designs and builds a new car that will generate millions and billions of revenue
cowi works for the car maker and their employees put the knobs on the radio - how much credit do they deserve
LMAO
great DD - all of those people are gone
LOL
quote:
I care more about the repayment on "YA Global Investment"...
wow, so now they're repaying the debt to YA Global Investment, funny how things get twisted on this board
I don't recall seeing that in the 8K, I do remember something about paying past due interest (which I doubt they can eve pay that given their cash poor situation) but certainly not paying down any debt
keep the dream alive
its probably better if you learn your lesson the hard way
time will tell
just wait until the 10K is released and all your dreams will come true
read the past filings, the truth will set you free
no bonus, it was regular pay in stock which was subsequently sold to pay their rent
yeah, im sure all those people that sold at .0003 to .0005 are crying that they didn't wait
LOL
please tell us what your "definition" of a great 10K is
yeah right
a company projecting 10million in revenues with less than 50K in cash is surely cash poor
will you all admit you were wrong when the 10k shows no share buy back???
no cash to buy shares so no buyback - BOOK IT
they've paid employees with stock in the past, why not now when they're cash poor
payoff what prior to when
surely you don't mean the debt
interesting fact about the prior reverse splits in case anyone is interested
they reduced the OS shares by the split factor (200 or 300) or whatever it was depending on the split but they never reduced the authorized shares by that same factor. Pretty sneaky LS
looks like plenty of 2's available
who's doing all this selling at 2????
actually that's not true if you do the math, but it will lose you twice as much when you can't sell anything
Grab those 2's, let's make this move
After all if you all believe this is going to $1 or .01, what difference does .0001 make in the long run
Unless you're just on here BSing about how many shares you own and your entry/exit point which is most likely the scenario
better hurry up and grab all those 2's you can, before this goes to no bid
how can you be "silently" accumulating when you post that information on this board
doesn't makes sense does it???
go look at the posts around the time of the last RS - it's there
By "they" you mean LS
It's not as if they have a separate investors relations department or anyone who works exclusively in investor relations
Don't hold your breath waiting for a response
BTW, perhaps the 10K is late because they can't pay for the audit - it's happened before. Kind of tough to keep up with all the bills when you have $30k cash on hand, which would make it even more difficult to repurchase shares.
Hey Kramden - what was your response when I asked how they're going to repurchase any shares when they don't have any money. You stated that you responded but the message was deleted, refresh our memories with your psychic insight. Do they have a printing press in their virtual office.
LMAO
He's lying
Look at the last time he said no RS - then RS a month or so later
how exactly are they eliminating debt with no positive cash flow
revenue is great, cash flow is king
the 8K regarding forbearance states the company is catching up on interest payments, no mention of principal payments
so how could he have gotten the number of employees from the BBB website
More false and misleading information being disseminated
but who cares, this stock is going to get bought out by MS at $500 per share
LOL
This business is not BBB accredited.
CoroWare
How do you explain this
you never reply to question directed at you
where is COWI going to get the cash to repurchase debt??
and where is the response to the post about COWI having 75 - 100 employees
Still waiting on answers to these questions
there are people on this board that just post BS opinions and have no clue what they're talking about - blind leading the blind
75 - 100 employees
where do you get this from???
more unsupported BS being spouted on this board
better question is why
what does cowi have that MS would want??? No ground breaking technology, no intellectual property, surely they wouldn't want to assume cowi's massive debt burden
the only thing cowi does for MS is supply labor, why would they buy the company as opposed to just hiring the labor
that's kind of a no brainer
buyout from Microsoft - you can't be seriously considering that as a possibility
LMAO
not sure I understand your math
the numbers I provided are from the 10K filed last year
If they had 24 employees and earned $1.94 million that's $81K per employee in billings - I wasn't talking about how much the employees make rather how much revenue they generate.
Highly unlikely they bill at 160/hour and they don't have any kind of 401K
Interesting how you mention the number of employees
Here's an interesting fact to ponder:
In 2014 the company had revenues of $1.943 million
As of 12/31/14 they had 21 full time engineers and 6 part time engineers - let's say the 6 part time = 3 full time
Do some basic math
$1.943 divided by 24 = $81K per engineer
Projected revenue for 2016 = $10 million
$10 million divided by $81K per engineer = 123 engineers
$10 million divided by 24 engineers = $417K per engineer
So are they hiring a whole lot of engineers or are they raising their billing rate or are they exaggerating their revenue projection?
That's a shame they have to pay a fee to file the NT10K late. Think about all the shares they could have repurchased for that money.
LOL
That's LS's job, he's the CEO and the CFO so you know the report will be F'd up. Look at some of the previous filings, numerous errors in the reporting.
I thought the company's involvement in the project had already been regurgitated on this board over the last several weeks/months with all the excellent DD people had performed.
Is it still unclear what COWIs role in the project is??
Perhaps they're not such an integral part of the overall plan??
Perhaps there will be not such good news in the 10K?
yeah you're right, just like they'd mention them when talking about hololens development
looking forward to the 10K - should be a real eye opener
yeah, they've only been in the business of losing money and fleecing shareholders for 12+ years, these scams take time to develop
you surely don't have a clue what you're talking about
What is 'Levered Free Cash Flow'
Levered free cash flow is the free cash flow that remains after a company has paid its obligations on its debt. The levered cash flow represents the amount of cash left over for stockholders and for investment after all obligations are covered. The levered cash flow can be negative while the operating cash flow is positive if the amount of cash paid to cover obligations exceeds the cash that comes from operations.
Clearly they are not paying their obligations, liabilities are increasing at exponential rates
Excellent post!!
they just don't seem to understand that if they had the means to repurchase shares the CD holders would just redeem/convert and subsequently flood the market with new shares thereby negating the repurchase
Just one comment on your post:
Quote: Any spare revenue cowi had needs to go to reducing C/D.
I believe you mean spare cash, which they certainly don't have, have not had, and will not have in the future.
Remember it's not how much revenue you generate, it's how much cash flow you generate.
