You're getting attacked because these aren't "questions" you are posting nor are they "answers"...
Your posts are designed to mislead...
You did it yesterday with your supposed "facetious" reply...
You did it last night with the engine warranties (despite your later retraction after posts were slammed in your face that showed what you were posting was crap)...
You are clearly, in the many posts I have read here, looking for this company to NOT succeed...
So...now...you are posting the fuel doesn't meet ASTM standards...just what DOES AmSpec do down there in TX?....
Call JR...you're his "buddy", right, Doc?...you've got the BatPhone...Use it...
The fuel passed...and you know it...
Any investor here...call AmSpec yourself and ask them...
Fairwayiron=wechoose="dirty pool"
For any investor or potential investor here...I don't care if you buy the stock, hold the stock, sell the stock, EAT the stock...
But whatever you do, make sure you do it because YOU believe it...YOU put together the information on this board with the logic and experience that YOU have...YOU have put together your OWN third party information...Call/e-mail John Rivera yourself and ask your questions...
Not this nonsense posted by those who CLEARLY have an agenda (and no stock position) against this company....
YOU have to ask yourself...why would anybody like this guy wechoose spend all this time trying to shoot down the company if he doesn't have any money invested in it?....there are others...you have to weed them out...
I'm not suggesting you blindly take anyone's opinion who is pro-USSE either (but at least they have money on the line)....find out for yourself...
Love your Jekyll and Hyde personality...
Yesterday, you were over on RagingBull saying "it's (USSE stock) a buy at any price"....
Today..."investors are being played"
That's a 180 in less than 24 hours...
In case you forgot (btw, for the uninitiated, Fairwayiron=wechoose)

Handyman says the EPA has registered JR's biofuel allowing it to be offered for sale and, frankly, that answers the last of any lingering doubts I had about challenges JR was facing. This stock, in the face of this news, is a buy at any price.
Yes...the boat....
Look, you seem to have spoken to JR before...why don't you call him again and ask all these questions?....
I have a family contact that spoke to Jim Ford at AmSpec a few days ago...
Ford was also very complimentary on the fuel...
Look at my prior posts (all today)....and actually read them...
Like I said...I'm not predicting the same kind of movement ($30) on USSE/SSTP...at least not at this time :)
For illustration, it shows how stock prices can get way ahead of what any fundamental valuation is based on perception...
I agree...the outstanding shares of both companies are huge....if things go as planned, maybe the company will consider future buybacks, but that's just pure speculation on my part....
I agree...
I reference the announcement last year that Gates invested
$ 85 million in PEIX....that stock made a $ 30 run in four months...and PEIX wasn't even making money....markets finally realized that and it powered back down to $12-$13/share (although now PEIX showed it made money in 1Q07)
I'm certainly not making any predictions as to stock price...just showing that interest can push stock prices past fundamental valuations alone, even if only for a short time...
Beyond that, our company should be making money out of the gate (well ahead of a PEIX-type)...
And beyond any investor hopes to make money, we should be cheering this thing on to succeed to help be part of the solution in a) reducing dependence on foreign oil and b) cleaning up the environment....A win (investor profits)-win (reduce foreign oil/clean up the environment) would be just "what the doctor ordered"....
Cool...
Ouch....not to suggest that USSE/SSTP will eventually trade in that realm (though anything is possible), but SBAC
at $34+/share?....
Oh my....
I would be lying (and I'm sure everyone here would show me some of MY old posts), but I have been frustrated from time to time myself...so, November, I understand...but I can tell you it won't do you much good...I've been there myself...
But over the last month or so, things have been progressing...maybe not the way shareholders would like or the timeframe shareholders would like, but they are progressing....
The Bloom/DR visit, the Dearing visit and now the fuel spec release on OD-66....JR also told me (as well as wechoose=Fairwayiron at RB) last week we're doing 12,000 gals/day in Channelview...4 customers...marine applications...
I don't think JR has come this far not to get it done...(I think) we need to keep our shirts on....we have to remember that though we ARE part owners of the company, we don't run the business...
We have no idea (though some here might because they have or still run their own business) what it takes to do that (run a business) and the many missteps or miscalculations that happen along the way...even those that have or still do run their own business would probably admit as much...yes, it might not be the way they would do it, but they'd probably have their own stories of how they should have done it rather than they way they did....it's all part of learning....nobody's perfect....
We really only have two choices....go to the car early to beat the crowd out of the parking lot or watch to see how/if our team mounts a comeback that has us winning the game...
If you believe the process and product will stand up (at least until somebody builds a better mousetrap) and you believe the political, economic and environmental climates are going to "fuel" the interest and demand, then you have to believe our team has a pretty good chance to win...yes, we have to execute...like any other business-owner, John knows that as well..."catcalls" are not going to provide him with any additional wisdom...
We (and I include myself) have been trying to determine the outcome on every pitch....Just my opinion, but I think we need to sit back and wait to see the outcome...
I'm still in my seat...like Yogi says, "it ain't over 'til it's over"...some of you are there too...Right now, I expect we'll be high-fiving each other at the end of the game...if I didn't, then I'd already be on the freeway heading home...
I'm sure now the board will be inundated with posts skewering me for this post...it's America...it's great...and it's allowed...but it won't be too constructive now, will it?...I'm not suggesting anyone run out and buy/buy more stock...you have your own risk parameters and in the final analysis, it's YOUR money...only you can decide what is best for you....and the best part is, you can always decide for yourself if/when you've seen enough...
Good luck
Thanks, cool...
I'm also on Schwab....
Wow....I thought you were a shareholder...
If so, that's a helluva comment to make to another individual about the company...
Just my opinion
But maybe somebody can tell me...
Why do trades not get shown "on the tape" for these companies?...
I bought more this morning and I have not seen it print the tape...
Is this pink sheet system just slow for reporting trades?
Right now...as a pink sheet company, they are not required to file financial information...
They are working to meet the requirements first for SSTP.PK to achieve filing status for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board where financial filings will be required...
Then, as I understand it, will be working to get USSE to the Bulletin Board...
Call Richard Paisano at Redwood 415-884-0348 and ask him about it....
Here is the reference link for SSTP.PK
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070426/0244314.html
Nobody is hiding anything...
Thank you, MM
Dude...
Then either you didn't get the split shares or you have an error in your spreadsheet...
There's no way you paid .70 on post-split shares...
My first buy was in mid-November at .45....it was never higher than that afterward...
Post-split ..225
Enough...
To any who are reading this, the number .42 (post-split) appears to be correct to me...
Dude...You should recheck your numbers...wechoose's numbers look accurate to me...I know...I've been here (looking into the company and watching the stock price since Oct06)...
I know because a co-worker of mine told me about the company prior to the October 31 demo in Vidalia...
So...post-split, it couldn't possibly have been .70...
That's all I'm saying...
If you're telling me that your average cost is .70, then something is wrong with your numbers...
All I've asked is for people to be factual with the numbers...yeah, they don't look so good from .42 to .06 (approx) either, but it looks to me like you used a pre-split number...
I'm not saying you're deliberately misleading...
I'm saying you may not have realized you used a pre-split number...
Other people who haven't been following this company and come to these boards (God knows why) should get factual numbers...
That's all I'm saying...
Now...enough...there's a PR out on the fuel...that's progress...
I'm not looking at the price...but, people have a tendency to post numbers here that are factually inaccurate...
I'm asking that anyone (thanks wechoose, that looks accurate to me) who posts the numbers post them accurately....
That's what I'm saying...
It's more like .40 to the current price...
I'm just asking you (and everyone else) to be factual especially when posting numbers...that's all...
Please keep the record straight... the .70 was not split-adjusted...
John...
In case you don't get my personal e-mail at your corporate address and you're still trawling the boards, I just copied Fairway's post from RagingBull...I didn't write it...
You should address him personally...
No...I'm not bio....I'm mickeynu...any way (or board) you slice it...
It was bio's post under his name....
I just copied it here because my perception of robco's post was that it was made to look like something was being "hidden" from IHubbers....in that case, then readers should know about other potential positives in the USSEC story...
Not only that, in Fairway's later comment, he specifically opines that United Ethanol is the target of the SEC investigation, not USSE...
I'm not here to invest anyone's money...and yes, full disclosure, I have investments in both SSTP and USSE....
But...it's your money...it's your decision...
But please (and these comments are for all)...base your decisions to buy, sell or hold on yourself and your own due diligence...not anyone else's...or specifically anyone else's scare tactics...
There are clearly posters here and at RagingBull who have their own agendas against USSEC...and it's not because they have an investment in the company....
Some investors (myself included) are frustrated by the lack of public press for Sustainable Power and US Sustainable...that frustration boils over at times for obvious reasons...
But, I am even more frustrated at those who are negatively targeting this company....sure, alternate theories and opinions are welcome, but these posts I speak of are designed to mislead...and that hurts our investment....
All I can say is you either believe in the process and what it can do or you don't...you either believe AgriMax and BioCentric/Core Ventures validated it or you don't...if you don't believe that, then your money should be placed elsewhere...(or you should make some calls to those independent third parties to validate for yourself)....
If you do, if you've got enough information that says it's worth a shot, then stick around and let's see what happens...
Either way, it's totally up to you (all)....
my name at RagingBull is also mickeynu...
But the post is not under my name....
It is posted under biowannabe....
Check it out for yourself...and follow-up with some due diligence of your own to confirm....
Well...something ELSE we should all know...

It just is what it is. In this case, all the arrows seem to point at United Ethanol as the target of the SEC as opposed to USSE. Stanton is largely a red herring in this deal but his skirts are dirty with CYBR for sure. But how dirty?
His whole reason for inclusion in the investigation is forming the USSEC-FL that he planned to use for the partnership he and JR formed (JR 51%, JS 49%). JR had other plans so the mess of PR's about CYBR and just who the PR's were really about was born and thus the subpoena Q's about all that. Stanton's response (first) to the subpoena line items re United Ethanol has 34 or more no such documents exist answers. Stanton wasn't a part of the USSE/ONYI deal.
I do believe JR took advantage of the SEC investigation to unload the wagonload of Stanton dealings across the board in his responses and it may peak SEC interest -- who knows?
The Stanton/Rivera battle, in all likelyhood, will not play out here (SEC), it's in the VTBD suit and the $9 million JR says JS invested and will surely go after. Right now, it's all about the shares and the Natchez site.
Just so we're clear for everyone...
That's 640,000,000 shares of SSTP in USSEC treasury....not 600,000 shares
I do not have the answer to your question...
Unless factual evidence is presented to the contrary, however, my opinion would be "no"...
I am not a company representative...simply an investor...and my knowledge is based on a press release from US Sustainable back in January that stated construction on FREEUS in Natchez was completed...
We're not back on this issue again, are we?
I suppose BioCentric who has been integral in running the process along with JR had the wool over their eyes during all demos....the Dominican Republic reps....Bloom....
They're all idiots and liars....
Get a grip, man....just because you can't seem to figure out the science doesn't mean it's not there...
Are you now PaperProphet's reincarnation?
If it's an investor's frustration talking, then I understand...otherwise, I don't understand....
I think that means his original stake was 225 million...
The rescinded 225 million is probably the split/dividend shares...USSEC never delivered the split/dividend shares and rescinded them...
Now, they (USSEC) are going after the original 225 million shares from Stanton...
That's my read...
Breach is breach....it would involve all shares...not just ones issued before a certain date....
I would think if USSEC rescinded 225 million shares and is going after the other 225 million shares, then they are alledging the breach was a breach of conditions that Stanton needed to meet to justify the awarding of any shares...
Again, that's my read....
Not sure if this helps...but here it is...
https://www.fuelethanolworkshop.com/roster.cfm?start_letter=U
They show on the roster....
"Mickey, can I be just like you and be mature enough to drop arguments..."
Obviously, not...
You're right...I'm probably not worth talking to...
The question about do you know whether CNN was there or not was directed to all...not just to you...
Good...I'm glad you're a shareholder...
Just let me know when you hit the sell button...
Until then, please post responsibly....
Cash...
I'm not attacking you...if you took it that way, I'm sorry...
I don't like people posting something (the $5 bucks/share comment) that I knew was incorrect because I knew I just read it and it may be misleading to others reading this stuff...
As you can tell, I also don't like disparaging remarks about anyone (that would include you)...if I don't like your opinion or don't trust your information (as I would do with anyone), I just click to the next entry (or hit the ignore button)...If you want to waste your time, you can read all my posts here or on RB and point out if I've disparaged anyone...then, I'll take my own medicine and apologize to them...but, I doubt you'll find one...
If there was a prior post from Cap about $5 by the fall, I don't remember it...but, it goes to show how I filter the information...if he did post that, I took it as investor sentiment...and moved on....people here have posted things like "it's going to the moon"...while I don't think that's helpful either, it's a free country...It just speaks to their hopes and expectations...it doesn't affect their credibility...
Obviously, if that (by the fall comment) was true, then he has modified his assumptions...either way, like I said, assertions about pps/volume don't matter much...it's all predictive...
The only credibility I'm concerned with is USSE/SSTP...that's where my money is...if you (or any of you) don't have a position, please identify yourselves and I'll push the Ignore button...if you (or anyone posting here) don't have money riding on this (and no, I don't have a shareholder list, so we'll have to use the honor system, oh, brother), then your (or any non-shareholder) opinion is totally meaningless to me...
As to the CNN post, I posted the same thing here that you did...my opinion when I read it was whereever Cap got his info, he believed it was factual and posted it and yes, I have spoken to him directly before this...
No, I wasn't there and I have no other independent confirmation...
In the short run, it would be nice (if CNN was there), but it really won't make a difference in the long run....The company's ability to deliver to investor expectations will be the determining factor....
That's all I have to say on this topic...my rant is over....but, please (everyone) try not to mislead when posting on these boards...
Later, he also posted

I have confirmation that CNN is doing the documentary.
Spec...any comment?....
Also, were any of you in Natchez yesterday while all this was going on or knew someone who was there who could confirm/deny with any certainty?....do you absolutely know for a fact CNN WASN'T there?...if you were looking for a news byte last night, I think it was pretty clear the word "documentary" was used...it didn't say anything about news story of the day...
I posted as much yesterday saying we shouldn't expect to see something yesterday...
I wasn't there...I have no idea if they were there or not...
Cash...one more question for you...do you have a position in either of these companies?....
Dude...then you must have not read this post written by allwaysright in response to you...

In defense to "Capo" I believe he never said that CNN will be there. I think it went something like we would eventually be on CNN. I believe that Stanton will not get his shares and that he is out. I believe that Stanton owns the building (which was originally owned by Yens from Redwood) big deal we don't really need it anymore and for the Dominican deal it will be worth billions for I have personally spoken to all the Officials and Mr. Optimism have met them in person. So cut "Capo" some slack he gets a little excited and means well but he does know what's going on.
Well, I'll filter that ("flat-out pumping") on my own...just like I do the bashers....
Either way, why you need to come over here and disparage someone behind their back here is appalling...
At least to me...
And I'll be the first to say that if Cap's or anyone else's "predictions" on pps don't come true one after the other, I'm not going to be out on these boards crucifying him/them....
You have to read them as just that...investor's sentiment...certainly, it implies success and positivity...
Nice to think about...
Then look at my latest reply....that post is from today..
I think you took the "very soon" out of context from an earlier post...
"Very soon" did not imply a couple of weeks/months...
Cap's post from RB (Today)
My true opinion on time frames are:
We should hit $0.25 by the end of the week.
In two weeks $0.30
Three weeks $0.35
In 2 months $0.75
In six months $2.00
In one year $5.00
He said a year on the $ 5/share...
Please don't mislead...
I'll assume you read it wrong...
Ron...
You are the man...always good to see your posts...
Longs are so frustrated at this point...I think we need to stop watching every tick....and trying to read into everything that's going on....
Let's sit back and give things time to develop...
History will tell you (by reading my posts) that I have been just as uneasy and just as frustrated...that was a mistake by JR & Co. giving timeframes that were too short to meet...
But, we're beyond that now...for now, we should continue to share information, but stop trying to "crystal ball" what the price and volume on the stock is/should be doing...
If it's right, it will happen soon enough...they have the product...they're starting to get some backing...and the climate (no pun intended) is right...Today's front page sports a headline that the Senate is trying to push through
$ 29 billion in new taxes to the oil companies "designed to promote clean and sustainable energy"...
While Big Oil will no doubt fight it (and maybe even win in the short term), the American public is fed up with huge Big Oil profits, rising gas prices and the Middle East and America's dependence on that region...
My approach now is "sit tight"...see what happens...there will be times to reassess, but given the shift from earlier projections, I think it's too early to start that process...
In the meantime, we investors should continue to get the facts from the players and share them here with fellow IHubbers...
Ron, this whole post was not directed at you....you know this stuff already....I just wanted to thank you for your continued support of your fellow investors...
