Soooooooooooooooooooooo, whitemanfromtown ...
you're saying ~kidd is stk, bcci etc?
Where do you GET these things! Or do you just create them out of whole cloth?
No need to answer.
yes, poor victim closer, ~kidd ...
after he pumped the wunnerful elf and vammp tech across every board he could find, made his killing on the first runup and now has become just another woebegone investor waiting for malc to just DO something.
My heart goes out to him.
Stk got bored with it all, I imagine. Prolly into a new hobby. But I know it wouldn't take him more than a day to get back in the swing of it, if something caught his interest again. Maybe he'll do that. He being a lawyer (plus a few other things) and all that.
You're admitting you can't read, whitemanfromtown?
At last, the truth from you!
Now it's time for you to admit a whole lot of other things! Like: you'll twist anything to suit your unique agenda.
thanks, crow ... so next week it is (no later than Monday the 16th, allowing for Sun being the 15th).
How do you know it's one out of 19, paige? What are the other 18 (17, besides Motts), where are they located and what have they said? Plz to post.
No, not "all the industry," whitemanfromtown -- whatever "industry" you mean by that all-inclusive and very mooniemath-type conclusion.
That would paint with too broad a brush.
Do you find it "interesting" that the authorities are still "interested" in CDEX ne LOCH?
crow ... because you keep track and I don't, when is the next cdex filing due, and what is it to be?
Tommy made a lot of threats ... and look where it got him. Tax evasion and attempts at BK proceedings! Wonder where that all stands now.
Arloco?
Vhat's yer prollem, whitemanfromtown? Can't read?
Crow was talking about PP buyers, those peeps targeted by oh say insurance company reps. You know the kinds of companies I mean, right?
Sheesh! You really need to learn to read.
How big a hole do you need to dig for yourself before you give up?
Hee's a little "discrepancy" or "massaging the facts" that I find interesting:
Written/released in early January this year ...
C.S. Mott is the first hospital in the world to use this device to test patients drugs compounded in the hospital pharmacy, said Jim Stevenson, associate dean of clinical sciences at the U-M College of Pharmacy and director of pharmacy services at the U-M Health System.
http://www.healthfinder.gov/news/newsstory.asp?docID=611531
What about those hospitals where valimed was placed but found lacking, specifically found not to do what it said on the package, like TX Children's? Why weren't they mentioned?
Oh wait ... I think I can figure that one out all by myveryownself.
You just reminded me, crow ... speaking of focusing on a particular audience ...
Remember when tommy was able to rope in all the doctors through his connection with something or other, from his PruBache days, or something?
All those bright medical men being sucked in! And one of them even putting out his own stock newsletter highlighting loch (without, until he was pretty much forced to do so, noting that he had a substantial interest in the company). I think he's the one who ate the chocolate bug.
btw, whitemanfromtown ... who's 'stu'? Seems you and clozer feel you have some sort of bead on something.
Nope, whitemanfromtown ... I didn't tos you. Sorry, I hate to shatter any illusions you have of your importance, but there it is.
These figures represent a possible financial position and, as with other forward looking statements, are intended to fall within the forward looking statements safe harbor of the SEC Rules and Regulations.
Another "possible financial position" would be to say they "intend" to actually sell something -- a few cuvettes? -- to any of the hospitals flagged on Malc's sh'holder mtg map.
btw, I wonder who pays for return shipment of all those Valimed units working away out there, plus insurance costs ... seems cdex should.
I also wonder if, at any of those kazillion hopsitals, the chief pharmacists or directors of pharmacy have read the latest PR and found it "interesting." I'd imagine so.
Also, what kind of e-mail contact address is this (from the PR)?!
Contact:
Malcolm Philips

Sloppy, sloppy.
ps ~kidd ...
Just so you remember, the Nantucket Blue Room is mine. But you get to use the Corinthian alternate weeks, as long as you continue keeping her shipshape. That includes taking care of the bright work.
My post speaks for itself sanddollar.
Your post speaks for a fool.
Go do your own dd to answer your questions.
Already have, whitemanfromtown, very recently. You know that old line about not asking a question you don't already know the answer to? And you ... have you done any dd at all?
Suffice it to say that the company is alive and well and getting stronger.
The company is barely alive, gasping for a transfusion, whitemanfromtown. Don't pretend you don't know that.
It got registered and is a reporting/trading company, didn't move off shore to avoid the new stringent reporting rules, like some companies we know of.
whoopeedoo. I suppose in your lexicon that means cdex by definition is a winner. I didn't think you dealt in non sequiturs.
Has patents and patent applications/patent pendings.
Please be precise: how many patents granted and patents pending? 3 or 4? 30 or 40? 300 or 400?
Has products and has record breaking revenue.
What's the "record" that the revenue has broken? What are the revenues from? Etc. Stc. I'm sure in the interest of clarity you'll elaborate.
All of this in spite of your concerted efforts to paint it as a scam.
Oh but it IS a scam, whitemanfromtown. Sorry 'bout that, but history has shown it to be so. Who put boonie at the wheel, smart guy?
According to you the company should have disappeared years ago, yet it is still here, with technology that is saving lives.
No, the technology is NOT saving lives, any more than the magical elf was finding ladnmines buried in a swamp or wherever, or the terrific solar pump is gushing out water in the desert. But since you're so positive that it is, this should be easy for you: post just a single line from any cdex PR or filing that states that it is. There must be so many that it'll be easy for you to find just one. Be sure to reference the document. That;s your homework assignment for the rest of this weekend.
I think you should have chosen another way to spend your time/entertain yourself all of these years, I think your choices will prove to be a mistake.
This is only one of the ways I entertain myself, and hardly the most entertaining or fun. Real people have lost real money by being blind to the reality of this ongoing saga. But that doesn't seem to bother you at all, as you continue trying to convince anyone who actually reads your posts that it'll all come good.
Isn't it interesting that the 6 top/most prolific posters on this board aren't even shareholders in this company?
I suppose by 'interesting' you mean 'surprising' or 'worthy of disection.'
Welp, no not really, whitemanfromtown.
Some of us knew -- yes knew -- from back in boonie daze what was going on and sold then. But it's been such an 'interesting' story to follow we can't resist it.
I had nothing to do with WWII, but I find the story of Nazi Germany's rise to power, in the body of Adolph and his team of very shrewd operators, something I keep reading about and trying to fathom. He took a whole country by storm, had his legion of followers and defenders, and proclaimed theirs was the master race, that the 3rd Reich would last what, a mere thousand years. Seems he was wrong, in much the same way (only in far more serious an arena) as this little company and its leaders and promoters have been wrong. Oh, btw, in case you've forgotten your history, his corps of henchmen escaped capture, some of them, and the grand master himself went into hiding in a deep bunker and then killed himself.
Tell me, Mr. Whitemanfromtown, just how many valimeds has cdex sold? How's the testing with those top flight hospitals, like the ones in GB, coming along? What oh what will the next filing show? How close to the wind is Malcbaby sailing?
Who knows what capnmike is trying to say? Given his success in tracing down international cabals intent on destroying this company (in any of its iterations), I rather doubt that chimp is even a little alarmed. On the other hand, it's capnmike who seems upset over something or other. He doesn't seem to like anyone interrupting his "news flow."
Those were the days, when some of us knew the truth and posted it. My biggest contribution (then, that is) was a coupla letters from Nikola Zovko which pretty much laid out the RBI/Croatia scheme. It was Dr. Zovko who was put in the worst position of all (for a while, anyway). Anyone remember Vlado?
Interesting that Pouligny has been promoted (I guess it's a promotion). What I wonder is: why in the world would a man with such strong international connections want to work for cdex? Methinks therein lies a story. I seriously doubt it's because he finds Valimed the technology of the age. But of course I could be wrong. I guess we'll have to wait and see how all those hospital pharmacies around the world where valimed has been placed (not sold) evaluate it and its spin-off potential for the meth gun. I'm sure at least one or two, maybe a few, of them are following cdex's PR campaign with interest. They could become this decade's Dr. Zovko!
Welp, it's time for a trip to the farmer's market.
Don't you know how, capnmike? You who have spent the better part of the last seven+ years linking everything from Mars to mushrooms to this remarkable little company and its even more remarkable technology?
Go sit in the corner and sulk over your failings.
What'll be their reason -- given publicly -- for refusing it, crow? Unless it ridiculously undervalues the company, they'll have to present it to sh'hlders for a vote.
I haven't the foggiest idea what in the world you're talking about, paige.
Welp, capnmike ... I'm sure you'll let us know when that all important offer by Cardinal is made!
bwahahahahahahahahaha! (comme on dit)
And so when is Cardinal going to make a bid for the li'l upstart CDEX, capnmike? Surely that wonderful day can't be far off.
Maybe capnmike might like to contact her, instead of just posting all those links.
Got it. Thx. And maybe that WAS capnmike's purpose citing all those links to Kroll/Sunny/anything else he could lay his hands on. She "liked what she heard."
Prolly Sunny or Kroll has never been alerted to cdex/loch's history. P'raps if they were, she might not "like what she heard" and could put her team to work finding out about all that money safely stashed in strange sounding llp's or whatever they were/are (enoob?!) and/or in offshore accounts.
That would be start, wouldn't it.
This scam had serious international implications back when the inonits were making their killings -- just Kroll's cup of tea, right up their alley.
crow ... help me understand.
exclusive distributors?
How many can be "exclusive"? I thought a count of one (1) was the only way to be exclusive. Or maybe it means there are lots of peeps out making calls in one exclusive distrbutorship?
As I said, I'm confused. It's confusing.
Sounds pretty intentional to me. Or at least sufficiently noninformative to get only some momentary interest.
btw ... I think capnmike missed the point of my Kroll post about Imelda etc. Ya think? But he's playing Sunny up for all it's worth and then some.
capnmike ...
If Kroll can do these things, it would be a walk in the park to uncover ill gotten monies held in off shore accounts of small company prinicpals and their families and friends, eh?
Saddam Hussein's Financial Network
The Kuwaiti government hired Kroll to investigate the financial network used by Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein to hide assets in the West. Kroll’s work linked Hussein to millions in assets held through nominees in the U.S. and Europe, exposing his front companies and agents. (1990-1991)
"Baby Doc" Asset Search
The Haitian government hired Kroll to locate millions of dollars misappropriated by former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier. The investigations led to the seizure of bank accounts in New York, London, Luxembourg, Paris and Geneva. (1986)
Marcos Asset Search
A subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee retained Kroll to investigate reports that Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos and his wife Imelda had secretly amassed millions of dollars in private wealth. Kroll’s investigation confirmed that the Marcos were the beneficial owners of office buildingsin Manhattan worth almost a billion dollars and linked them to other foreign assets. (1985)
Well, of COURSE they didn't want their names in print.
So wasn't it very very foolish of MP to identify them, even in a closed sh'holders mtg on tiny flags on a map? Someone might have remembered them and so much for closed-door secrecy. It would be a cryin' shame if word got back to one of the hospitals that they were identified when they asked not to be, wouldn't it. Or do you think the hospitals didn't mind that the "print" they were identified in was only flags on a map at a closed sh'holders mtg?
Somehow I doubt MP will make that same mistake again. Others, maybe, but not that one.
btw, capnimke ... I see you're now interested in Kroll. Would you believe, I know something about Kroll ... there's a cowinkydink fershirley.
What relevance does Kroll have to cdex? Or are you just interested because of the remarks of Sunny Hostin? All those links you provide! What are we supposed to make of them?
Quite a resume Sunny Hostin has. As you note, "she is also currently the youngest Managing Director of Business Intelligence and Investigations at Kroll, the world’s leading investigative firm. She manages teams of investigators all over the world, uncovering fraud and corruption."
Oops whoops.
paige ... not unless a keycode to the maps IDing the hospitals was provided, which of course MP couldn't do (something about selective disclosure). So me thinks he prolly stretched the truth a tad by "flagging" hospitals being targeted, along with those already using valimed for testing. And make no mistake, testing is what the "partnership" agreements have been all about. Not even a consideration fee for the privilege; you can believe if there were one with any of the hospitals, MP would have said so.
Maybe that's what one color flag on the war-room map was intended to represent, prospects? Did he say as much to the huge gathered throng at the sh'holder mtg?
As I've said often, M. Pouligny is obviously well-connected internationally and there would be nothing legally wrong, as far as I can tell, with flagging prospective target sites (115 of them?!) on a map for all to see. And of course he wouldn't dare identify them. That would prolly end all further discussions about a "partnership."
But naming prospects on a list for public consumption? Give me a break, capnmike, if that's what YOU'RE suggesting! I'm sure that's NOT what you were suggesting. You were doing nothing more than your usual spin on a list Pouligny prolly DOES have for internal use only, for prospecting purposes.
So you and paige are prolly both right.
btw, capnmike, you managed to mess up the screen width with your lonnnnnnnnnnnnng links. Maybe you'll quit doing that in the future. No one reads them anyways (tm nasfanium) so why waste your valuable time hyping ad extreme boredom, to the point of nauseum, and screwing up a perfectly good screen size in the process. Or if you need something more exciting to occupy your mind, go on another search for companies who are threatened by li'l ol' cdex and so are working diligently to bring this company down. I'm sure you'll find a goldmine there, what with the remarkable technology and superior management here. What company WOULDN'T be threatened by cdex's "breakthrough" technology (not to mention all those patents and brilliant management)?
Have a good weekend, capnmike, and give yourself and the rest of us a break from all your dd. Go write a poem or sumpin.
I dunno why you repeated your post, capnmike, but since you did I'll repeat mine:

Nice, capnmike.
Interesting how the lease/purchase terms are combined. And what does a "contract FOR" same really mean? They WILL lease or purchase the product IF ... (it performs to expectations)?
I'm assuming you haven't been made privy to the actual contracts, so I'll understand if you wing it.
And what about all those international hospitals that have been PRed? I don't see them with a contract for lease/purchase on that list.
Is there another list?
I bet valimed can even identify the terrorist by blood type and dna characteristics, even if he or she hides out in soggy underbrush in a swamp somewhere -- I mean, it's a direct outgrowth of the fantastic magical little ELF, isn't it? And couldn't it do that? Absolutely no end to the capabilities of this remarkable blue machine (and still yet to come, the meth gun), I'm sure.
hjc ...
You mention all those hospitals that have invested in valimed (words to that effect).
Specifically, what hopsitals have invested in valimed with other than their time spent in the pharmacy conducting tests to see if it does what someone told them it does? No one else seems able to come up with even one (1) hospital pharmacy that actually paid for the privilege of testing valimed. Not even capnmike or whitemanfromtown.
Here's an idea, crow ...
They can add onto valimed a QC feature that will validate what valimed displays (or however it reports). Kinda like the QC at Kinman!
How many complementary programs can Wade write in a hurry? And will the company find a Senator to sponsor them at Walter Reed? Just think ... better than the Capitol steps ... they can use medications that will be given to Ted Kennedy and wow (tm capnmike) what mileage they'll get out of that! "ValiMed and its QC validation add-on save Ted Kennedy from certain death caused by improper medication!"
The sky's the limit for investors of every description! Buy bigg and just sit back and wait!
(I'm so sorry about Teddy, btw.)
AND MANY MORE TO COME!!!!!
Why, I bet they're already working on a security system that will flouresce when someone unauthorized walks into the pharmacy -- the person will glow for hours to come while a shrieking siren reverberates throughout the hospital corridors!
Beats the palace security system they were working on years ago, gotta admit.
Nice, capnmike.

I've done that, whitemanfromtown.
And more, much more.
Now ... tell me, have any valimed units been actually sold? Or have they just been "placed" (with M. Pouligny's able assistance) for testing, kinda like at TX Children's, to see if -- for starters -- they do what the pharmacists have been told they do?
whitemanfromtown ... I just want you to tell us whether or not any of the hospitals have paid for the valimed units they've received.
Yes or no will suffice.
And yes, it does matter quite a lot.
I assume that you've researched and found out, of course.
I don't think you'll hear much from whitemanfromtown this morning, crow ... nor will any of us.
He's no doubt sleeping off his bender last night and nursing a killer hangover.
Delerium tremens? Oh yes, I imagine he speaks with the authority of first hand 'sperience about those thingees.
Did he say you don't have any idea what he does (for a living, I gather he meant, not counting flying his aeromachine fer fun)?
I guess he's never bothered to google himself. Ya think?
They're gonna surprise the market with it, crow!
Nothing like a great surprise like that to make the pps soooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
It's all very clever strategic planning on MP's part.
