Prolly Sunny or Kroll has never been alerted to cdex/loch's history. P'raps if they were, she might not "like what she heard" and could put her team to work finding out about all that money safely stashed in strange sounding llp's or whatever they were/are (enoob?!) and/or in offshore accounts.

That would be start, wouldn't it.

This scam had serious international implications back when the inonits were making their killings -- just Kroll's cup of tea, right up their alley.
