Nevada Secretary of State search reveals.

Globalnet Inc (Status Active) comes up with Mark Schaftlien as the only officers, active as of 2/9/07. New list of officers is due 10/31/07.

Globalnet Corporation (Status Active) comes up listing Dunn, Schaftlien and Woods as officers, active as of 2/13/07. New list of officers is due 12/31/07.

Annual LO Due Date

Annual List of Officers due date which is the date the corporation is required to renew their filing fees in order to keep their officers and corporation filing status current and free from delinquency. Annual Lists are always due on the last day of the month the entity was originally created. That's what I'm seeing. It looks like many have pulled back and are just waiting to see what is going to happen. I'm wondering what the sequence of events will be and how that will translate into volume and increased PPS.

Nat, you caught that, huh! Originally I thought those 37,833 shares would clutter a nice round number, but last night I thought those same shares are going to be good enough to cash in and clutter up my cash account rather nicely so I should treat them all equally.
